The tone of conversation, even at the surrounding tables, is always calm and in keeping with the ambience. The wine list is extensive and offers unique culinary offerings alongside the classics. The white chocolate mousse is superb.

Everything is managed with great care and attention to detail, even the splendid outdoor green area is immaculately kept and makes the experience even more enjoyable. 04/01/2026: We booked for Christmas Eve dinner weeks in advance. We were seated outside on the patio, and despite the heaters, we ate in the cold, wearing jackets and scarves. The cold made it hard for me to digest, and I had a sleepless night. Never again.

25/11/2025: We highly recommend this restaurant. The ingredients are top-quality, Marco is incredibly kind, and the chef is amazing, reinterpreting and innovating the best traditional Tuscan and Umbrian dishes. We had the garlic pastrignocchi, the calamari, and the amberjack. Everything was delicious. For dessert, we had the banana shortcrust pastry and the sage-scented stuffed apple. Delicious and a little surprising.

05/03/2026: We arrived around 1 PM for lunch, without any recommendation from anyone, just a quick internet search. As soon as I sat down, I immediately noticed from the atmosphere that the restaurant was only for locals, which is always a positive for me; despite some noise, the ambiance was pleasant. The service was quick, and the food was perfect. I especially recommend the two desserts, Tiramisu and Apple Tart, which were the stars of the meal. For starters, we had Chianina beef tartare, followed by Tagliata di Manzo and Rabbit with Sausage and Truffle Cream. Everything was perfect. It was accompanied by the house red wine. A negative note was the smell of food that lingered on our clothes; the kitchen's ventilation system needs improvement.

12/01/2026: We had an amazing time at La Chuisa, being very new to Italy, the staff were very helpful, especially Andrea who went above and beyond to look after us. The views and location amazing! Close to the little village of Montefellonico. The cooking class with Nonna was so memorable! Our only issues was when we called the hotel for assistance and couldn’t get a hold of them a couple of times, Also no tea and coffee in the room.

03/01/2026: We had a lovely stay for one night being on the way to Rome. Great service on arrival at 8pm. Very comfortable bed. Nice big shower. The food was excellent and the service very friendly and professional in the Resto as well.

17/01/2026: I visited this fantastic place with my family to celebrate my and my sister's birthdays, as well as my departure, so we wanted to say goodbye together with a special lunch. The staff made our Sunday truly perfect, one I will cherish forever. The service was extremely attentive, professional, and courteous. Furthermore, the dishes were delicious and made with elite ingredients, and the wines were also truly excellent and flavorful. It should be noted that the prices and portion sizes, given the location, can sometimes be inconsistent, but despite this, I can confirm that it was a unique experience. Thanks again to all the staff for making our day special. See you soon!

02/01/2026: Beautiful, beautiful, good, good! A truly pleasant surprise. I found this restaurant by chance while looking for somewhere to eat on my way to the mountains to avoid the auto-grill. A meticulously designed place, both in appearance and in the cuisine. We ate very well. The staff was discreet and attentive. Highly recommended.

08/03/2026: There were four of us, and we ate two Florentine steaks with a side of fried artichokes and drank an excellent bottle of Chianti. The meat was very well cooked and decidedly tender, and the artichokes were absolutely spectacular, as they weren't the usual fried ones, but rather something special. The service was prompt, attentive, and extremely friendly. Excellent value for money! We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Siena. Highly recommended!!! 👏👏

19/01/2026: A small, elegantly decorated restaurant, ethical, organic food, and a very good location. Local products are on sale. Many of the dishes are packaged in special felt boxes, which are also for sale. Perhaps the only restaurant worth visiting in Chiusi.

It's a shame that, having ordered a Florentine steak, it wasn't shown to us raw and was sold for 1.2 kg when we actually didn't even see it weigh 1 kg. It would be much more appropriate to bring it to the table raw and, if possible, with scales, as is done in many restaurants in Tuscany. We won't be returning.
