Il contesto è da fiaba, con una location suggestiva e panorami mozzafiato che rendono ogni momento indimenticabile. Il personale poi è semplicemente impeccabile. Con discrezione, eleganza e una gentilezza autentica, riesce a farti sentire non solo accolto, ma profondamente coccolato. Ogni gesto è curato, ogni parola è scelta con attenzione, e nulla è lasciato al caso. Bravi!!

07/06/2025: Wonderful experience! The food was amazing and the owner really went out of his way to make us happy. From personalized service to giving us his umbrella to keep us from getting wet when we left his restaurant. I recommend everyone to go there, you won't regret it!

16/05/2025: We ate for lunch. Everything was delicious! Pici with crunchy breadcrumbs and stracciatella ravioli with pistachio pesto and shrimp, fried calamari. One dish better than the other! The dessert - semifreddo with salted caramel brittle is a spectacle!! If you pass by those parts I recommend you try it. Highly recommended!!!

26/05/2025: Le vecchie trattorie proponevano una cucina del territorio fatta con prodotti giusti, con un ricco condimento e sapori decisi che ti esplodono in bocca e che ti spingono a finire il piatto abbondante che ti viene servito. L’osteria Le Panzanelle appartiene a questo genere ormai in estinzione con porzioni generose, sapori intensi, prezzi ragionevoli, personale giovane e professionale, carta dei vini molto ampia con una particolare attenzione ai vini del Chianti classico (io ho preso un interessante valdellecorti con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo). Mi sono piaciuti molto gli stracci di pesticcia (un ricco sugo con salsiccia e funghi) e soprattutto il peposo di guancia, fatto con carne tenerissima e con una salsa non troppo piccante e lucida come sono le salse di qualità.

03/06/2025: So delicious we went twice! My family and I loved this restaurant. From the tables outside to have a glass of wine with a view before your meal, to the amazing food (shout out to the cheesecake, wild boar stew, and the chickpea patties), to the incredible service. We travelled Italy with a one year old and met so many incredible servers who love children...but Luca will always stand out to us. He was so warm and lovely to our daughter. He brought her extra bread and chips, crayons to colour with, he made time to show her around the restaurant, and stopped at our table anytime he walked by. She adored him and we did too! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

05/05/2025: Wonderful dinner at Bottega Roots Siena! We sat outside and enjoyed a mesmerizing view of the city streets. We tasted local red wine, which was excellent, and enjoyed a delicious selection of pasta, tartare steak, and local bruschettas. A fantastic spot for authentic Italian cuisine and a true taste of Siena-highly recommend!

02/06/2025: Absoluut een aanrader voor heerlijke pizza's en antipasta, pasta etc. Geweldige snelle service, accuraat, oplettend, zeer vriendelijk en meertalig. Je wordt zeer goed ontvangen maar wel reserveren voor een plekje want is populair bij de plaatselijke bevolking. Echt een compliment waard

28/04/2025: Siamo andati in questo ristorante consigliato dal B&B in cui pernottavamo. È stata una bella e piacevole sorpresa. La location è particolare ed accogliente e sembra di fare un viaggio nel passato! Il È un ristorante a gestione familiare e propone, grazie ai consigli del "signor cameriere" (così lo avevamo soprannominato, vista l'eleganza che presentava), un menù di pochi piatti ma veramente ricercati e deliziosi. Solo per indicarne un paio, consiglio il tortino come antipasto e il peposo, ma ci sarebbe da divertirsi ad assaggiare tutto. Dopo questa prima esperienza, siamo ritornati anche la sera successiva. Lo scrivo giusto per completezza, i prezzi sono giusti ed economici: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ovviamente conviene prenotare. Per chi è celiaco come me, non ci sono problemi in quanto basta farlo presente e anche i primi possono essere fatti senza glutine. Una goduria unica. Buon viaggio culinario!
