The dishes are meticulously crafted, both visually and in terms of ingredients, and all served in an extremely understated and elegant setting. Service is attentive and precise, without being intrusive. Typical Tuscan dishes are expertly reimagined. Recommended.

Disappointing! I'm sorry!
Recommended by excellent chefs in Modena, we stopped for lunch at this beautiful location. Considering it's in the Val di Chiana, we opted for the Florentine steak, but to our surprise, they were sold out. We were told it was the weekend, so they didn't have any left... but is it possible that on a Sunday lunch, there's no Florentine steak left in the Val di Chiana?
As if tortellini didn't exist in Modena...
I honestly don't understand... what a shame!!!

Bettolle isn't a well-known town, but dining at Walter Redaelli is truly a discovery worth making.
A place with a traditional feel, with a few refined twists that make every dish special. The staff is friendly and attentive, and Walter is always present: you feel welcomed right at home.
The food and wine are top-quality, in an elegant and refined setting. An experience to remember!

We went with a Smartbox, and they were very flexible with our choice of dishes. We ate truly deliciously. We had a tasting of three wines, which they left for us directly, and a generous aperitif with bubbles. The house gift was also greatly appreciated: wine to accompany dessert and, after dessert, some delicious pastries. Friendly and helpful service. Highly recommended!

I visited this fantastic place with my family to celebrate my and my sister's birthdays, as well as my departure, so we wanted to say goodbye together with a special lunch.
The staff made our Sunday truly perfect, one I will cherish forever.
The service was extremely attentive, professional, and courteous. Furthermore, the dishes were delicious and made with elite ingredients, and the wines were also truly excellent and flavorful.
It should be noted that the prices and portion sizes, given the location, can sometimes be inconsistent, but despite this, I can confirm that it was a unique experience.
Thanks again to all the staff for making our day special.

Beautiful, beautiful, good, good!
A truly pleasant surprise. I found this restaurant by chance while looking for somewhere to eat on my way to the mountains to avoid the auto-grill. A meticulously designed place, both in appearance and in the cuisine. We ate very well. The staff was discreet and attentive. Highly recommended.
