Excellent quality, excellent cuisine, service a little slow.

Walter’s place was, and is by far one of my ultimate favorite restaurants that I’ve ever been to out of all of my travels. My husband and I had the pleasure of not only staying at his beautiful in, but enjoying various meals at his restaurant. I felt awful when our Airbnb review timeline expired before I could leave a review, so I decided to leave one here. For our honeymoon my husband and I traveled from New York and spent over three weeks traveling throughout Italy. Walter’s boutique hotel and restaurant share a special place in our heart and we plan to return as soon as we can. The views are absolutely breathtaking and our tower room was straight out of a fairytale. The restaurant patio is as such a lovely dining atmosphere and their staff treated us like family. Each morning we were greeted with a smile, and our favorite coffee beverage was already ready for us at our table before we could even arrive. Each day our server would ask us if we had plans for the day and gave us such wonderful suggestions on and the best way to arrange our plans based on her experience and and we found her to be extremely helpful. And for Walter’s restaurant, my mouth still waters thinking about the amazing food we ate. And if you’re like me and have numerous serious, allergies, fear not! I was able to eat almost anything on the menu, so much so that we opted for the 7 course meal because this rarely ever happens. Huge thanks to Walter and his lovely team. We will certainly be back!!

Very high level of general professionalism, first of all. Wonderful and welcoming place. Not banal and extremely original. Warm and familiar. Raw materials, very fresh. The flavors are clear and well defined...never suppressed or altered. Kindness, courtesy, elegance and style paint this very original and wonderful place. Highly recommended I found myself at home... I was at home and I could smell the scent like when I open the windows of my house and let myself be embraced by the breeze. The class, kindness and above all the sweetness of the owner are wonderful It felt like I'd known him my whole life. And those flavors.... My heart was happy because I felt loved through those wonderful dishes. Tonight...I came home. Thank you with all my soul. Thank you...thank you with all my heart. Thank you for making me feel emotions similar to those I felt when, as a child, I found myself in front of a dish prepared by my mother. A strong and sincere hug.

Absolutely elegant and classy restaurant. I was there for Valentine's Day: excellent menu, very well-kept and elegant location. I suggest the cocoa tagliatelle. Avoid the barley at the end of the evening: it was undrinkable, an oversight worth highlighting. The dishes were excellent.

We stayed on February 3rd using a Smartbox that they had given us. Very nice and quiet place. Very friendly and trained staff attentive to customer needs. Welcome entrée, starter, first course, second course and dessert. All carefully prepared and elegantly presented. Among the things to point out: as soon as we were seated they asked us if we had allergies and the other thing that surprised us was they brought two different desserts so as to allow us to taste two different preparations If you find yourself near Bettolle I recommend stopping in this place of elegant tranquility and excellent hospitality.

Unforgettable experience... wonderful dishes we will return

Ristorante facilmente raggiungibile dall’uscita autostrade di Bettolle. Proposta culinaria interessante, ambiente molto bello ed elegante. Veniamo agli aspetti da migliorare: servizio lento lento, quantità piuttosto ridotte, pochissima scelta di vino alla mescita. Avevo aspettative alte e sono andato via un po’ deluso.

L’arrivo sul posto lascia ben sperare su quello che ti attende nel ristorante… e le aspettative vengono mantenute in modo soddisfacente. Molto buoni i piatti proposti in base ad un menù non molto vasto ma, comunque, interessante con alcune aggiunte del giorno (anche con piatti di pesce) legate alla stagionalità. Ben strutturata la carta dei vini con etichette nazionali e internazionali. Sala interna accogliente, con romantico dehors per la bella stagione. Corretto il rapporto qualità prezzo. Servizio in linea con il livello del locale.
