01/04/2024: We had dinner on the cloister terrace during the Easter holidays.
The dishes allowed us to range between the flavors of the Val d'Orcia (unforgettable pecorino cheeses from Pienza and local cured meats expertly accompanied by tasty homemade compotes) and the delights of the Amalfi coast, homeland of the owners and some of the staff.
Note of merit also for the desserts and the wine list, in our opinion worthy of a starred restaurant.
Lively and competent service.
Prices absolutely in line with the quality offered.

Abbiamo preso le tagliatelle al sugo di cinghiale e i pici al vino.
I pici sembravano scalati al microonde e le tagliatelle immangiabili il sugo sapeva di selvatico (lasciate tutte nel vassoio)
Allora ci siamo orientati su tre porzioni di prosciutto e formaggio.....
Il cameriere ci ha portato qualcosa come quattro fettine di prosciutto e quattro di formaggio ma non a testa in tutto.
Incredibile.
Oltretutto il cameriere non ci ha nemmeno chiesto perché avessimo lasciato tutte le tagliatelle sul vassoio da cancellare.
