I started with the Parpardelle with deer sause followed by the sweetbreads, perfectly prepared and delicately balanced, that was rich, refined, and beautifully presented. Every dish reflected precision and passion, and the service matched it effortlessly attentive, professional, yet genuinely warm. A well-deserved Michelin recognition for 2026. We had a wonderful experience at Osteria Le Panzanelle. From the first moment, we were greeted with such warmth and immediately felt at home. The atmosphere is authentic, typically Tuscan, perfect for those seeking a relaxed yet refined environment. The dishes are simply excellent: quality ingredients, authentic flavors, and a cuisine that respects tradition, with that extra touch that makes all the difference. Each course was well-balanced and prepared with great care. The service was impeccable: attentive, present, but never intrusive. You can sense their passion for what they do. We truly had a wonderful time and will definitely return. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a true experience in the heart of Chianti! 🍷 One detail that really struck us was hearing Tuscan spoken at neighboring tables: a simple thing, but it makes the experience even more authentic and immersive.

We found the osteria by chance, around 2pm. The waiter kindly accomodated our party of four, as the place was almost full (with locals, which is always a good sign) and near closing time. The pasta, the meatballs and dessert were delicious. Decent wine list and spotless ambiance.

Simply amazing! Tagliolini al Lampredotto, you could eat endless amounts of it. My compliments, truly.

A simple atmosphere, attentive service, and excellent cuisine, with Roman twists: lamb chops, puntarelle salad, and sautéed chicory. Also on offer are egg pasta with sausage and mushrooms, and a superb peposo di guanciale. To finish, vin santo ice cream and a reasonable bill.

I went to the osteria for a birthday lunch with friends. The place was elegant, the service excellent, and the food delicious! We'll be back to eat outside when the weather is nice!
