21/03/2026: Rude and disorganized. I booked a table for three people at 8:30 PM. Upon arrival, I was nervous and stressed. They didn't even ask my name, which made me realize the table wasn't ready. After almost half an hour, no news, and we left!

15/03/2026: It's tasty, but it didn't blow me away. You can eat better for the same price at other places nearby. It has a typical diner atmosphere. We ordered one plate of tagliolini with special sauce and truffle, one plate of seafood risotto, and two large draft beers. The tagliolini (see photo) was fantastic, but the risotto left much to be desired. When we arrived, it took about 15 minutes to be served, which also detracts significantly from the experience. We spent €50 in March 2026. Would I go back? Only if I couldn't find a place nearby with a better rating.

08/03/2026: In terms of value for money, it was truly awful. The price was insignificant compared to such a delicacy for my palate… when I left, I had a penne alla norcina left over as a sort of after-dinner treat, and I simply thanked the universe for that second chance to savor it again.

12/04/2026: On Saturday evening, we went to dinner at Sabatini restaurant and were truly amazed! The food exceeded our expectations. We started with a flan that was simply perfect. The pasta with guinea fowl was exquisite and flavorful, while my fiancé chose the pasta with lampredotto, which he thought was beyond delicious. For our second course, we had the pork tenderloin, tender and full of flavor—truly excellent! Then we had the tiramisu, paired with a sweet wine recommended by Duccio, and it was truly fantastic! He also revealed that all the desserts are prepared right in the restaurant! At the end of the dinner, we even asked the name of the chef: Peppe (Giuseppe), truly excellent; you can taste his passion in every dish. Duccio was very helpful, advising us on both the wine and the choice of dishes, making us feel truly at ease. The service was impeccable. Duccio, Pamela, and the entire staff were very friendly and attentive. As for the price, considering the quality of the food and service, I would have expected higher prices, especially after seeing the exorbitant prices at other restaurants downtown, where the food is often poor. Excellent value! Thank you for this wonderful experience, we'll definitely be back! ❤️

09/04/2026: We waited half an hour at the door because they messed up our reservation. The table was too small for our group and we ate crammed together. The food was good and the price reasonable for the area.

08/04/2026: The meal was decent, although the ossobuco lacked a bit of salt, and the pici al formaggio arrived directly on the plate, unlike what we expected (see the creaming on the cheese). The bill was excessive.

The atmosphere on the rooftop is truly magical, with a breathtaking view over Florence that makes the experience unforgettable. The food was outstanding — beautifully presented and full of flavor. Every dish we tried was delicious and carefully prepared. The wine selection was excellent and perfectly complemented our meal. What made the evening even more special was the service. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout the entire dinner. We chose this restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect place for such a special occasion. Thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable experience. 28/03/2026: I only comment for the food, I wasn't sleeping here. The self service was the worst experience in Florence. I have tried food in cheap supermarkets in Spain better than the food here. Nothing homemade, everything were frozen food. Please don't go, there are so many good places to eat in Florence to go here.

18/02/2026: It was a joy to discover this restaurant. Both times I visited during my stay in Florence, we ate very well. The seasoning, atmosphere, and service were excellent. The prices were fair, and it had that comforting, home-cooked meal we hope to find in Italy.

29/01/2026: When you say "the pleasure of being pampered"... We'd been hearing about this restaurant for a long time, from relatives, friends, and friends of friends from all over Tuscany, so it was time to try it, and it was wonderful to find so much quality in one place, so much so that we didn't know where to begin. The staff: They were both professional and welcoming. Always impeccable, they explained the dishes they served, the local and international wines, and even the (excellent) olive oils produced in the area. The location: The restaurant offers more intimate tables, both inside and outside, as well as larger tables for dining with family and friends, even directly overlooking Piazza Giotto. The food: Refined and delicious mixed antipasti (I loved the eggplant), mouth-watering pici with guanciale, tender and flavorful Florentine steak, and mixed side dishes with superb beans. The dessert of cream puffs filled with mascarpone (with melted chocolate on top, if desired) left me speechless. A unique experience of classic yet refined Tuscan cuisine. I recommend it to everyone!

The seafood is top-notch; admittedly, the bill is a bit pricey, but the freshness of the ingredients and the attention we received make it absolutely worth it. I didn't stay in the rooms, so I can't rate them, and parking may require a little patience, but the dining experience is more than worth it. A truly relaxing stop that I highly recommend.
