I came here on the recommendation of a guide who knows Florence and its history very well. You can have a very pleasant day with a fantastic pizza and a very tasty draft beer. The place is small, and sometimes you may have to wait in line at the door, but it's worth it.

Their true specialty is pizza, and it shows! The staff is incredibly kind, fast, and always available. Even when we arrived practically at the last minute, they didn't make us feel rushed, which unfortunately doesn't happen everywhere. I chose a vegan pizza with sun-dried tomatoes, hummus, and arugula to avoid mozzarella, and I asked for it to be cooked a little longer: it arrived just how I wanted it, crispy but still in perfect Neapolitan style. Truly excellent and, importantly for me, very easy to digest. My boyfriend had a pizza with gorgonzola, walnuts, and yellow tomatoes, truly delicious. We've been here a few times and also tried the excellent scialatielli allo scoglio and finished with a delicious Calabrian truffle and lemon sorbet. A place where quality, courtesy, and customer service truly make the difference. We'll definitely be back!
