21/04/2026: What can I say... it's hard to find the words to describe the experience at La Leggenda dei Frati. Chef Filippo Saporito is simply a master: he manages to blend tradition and innovation with a rare naturalness and balance. I return here as often as I can, and every visit is a confirmation: there isn't a single dish that isn't up to par; every offering is thoughtful, surprising, and memorable. A place that isn't just a restaurant, but a true gastronomic experience. Without a doubt, one of the best in all of Tuscany.
