30/03/2026: We were guests at the restaurant. The service was very warm and attentive. Both the pasta and the tagliata were absolutely delicious. We've been to many restaurants in the area and were pleasantly surprised here :) Even the local olive oil we were served with the bread was very tasty.

17/02/2026: Excellent restaurant. Very kind waitress. Perfect Valentine's evening, we arrived first and had a great meal. My only criticism is that they changed the plate for the ribeye steak; unfortunately, the meat got cold quickly on the ceramic. I would recommend serving it on a lava stone plate, like those used for Florentine steak. Quiet place. Huge parking lot.

15/03/2026: A great place to eat a great pizza. I've tried them all myself, and they're definitely good. The only drawback is the high prices for the Roman-style and steamed pizzas, while the Neapolitan-style pizza is in line with many other places. Reservations are recommended.

11/02/2026: A very nice restaurant with a carefully designed dining room, perhaps just a little dimly lit. The pizzas are excellent, but I was surprised by the fish-based first courses, which were excellent and the portions were just right to fill you up. In my opinion, their strong point is the service. The staff were incredibly kind, and I often heard other customers compliment the young, super-helpful waiters. Well done. It's a shame about the location; it deserves to be on a central street. Highly recommended.

25/02/2026: I had lunch at Trattoria Tiberio on Via delle Ruote in Florence, and the experience was decidedly positive, with a few small nuances worth mentioning. The restaurant is an authentic trattoria, free from modern constraints or unnecessary stage effects. You come here to eat traditional Tuscan cuisine done well, and that's exactly what you get on the plate. No creative reinterpretations, no stylistic exercises: just classic recipes prepared with care and using quality ingredients. And it's precisely this consistency that makes it so compelling. The chef is very friendly and exudes true passion for what he does, one of those presences that makes the atmosphere more human and genuine. The waiter, young and friendly, also contributes to the pleasant and spontaneous service. The only slightly less warm note was the owner, who wasn't particularly outgoing: nothing serious, but you could sense a more formal welcome than the rest of the team. The food is good, solid, and reassuring. The flavors are clean and true to tradition. You leave satisfied, without that feeling of heaviness or superficial cuisine that unfortunately occurs elsewhere. The wine list isn't very extensive, but it does contain some noteworthy labels: limited but sensible choices. The price is around €50 per person. It's not a cheap trattoria, that much must be said. However, the quality of the food and the overall experience justify the expense. It's not the place to go to save money, but the place to go when you want to eat well, without surprises and with solid reliability. In summary: well-executed traditional cuisine, an authentic atmosphere, and young, pleasant service. A few inflexible welcomes and a limited wine list prevent it from giving a fifth star, but the overall rating remains entirely positive. A pass. I would gladly return. ⭐⭐⭐

06/03/2026: We arrived to stay on site at 9:30 PM on Friday evening, and were seated without any problems. The food was excellent, the pappardelle with wild boar was simply killer, their special ragù, the addition of olives—I think Taggiasca—is a plus. The staff was super hospitable, friendly, and accommodating. What can I say? I can't give it 6 stars, otherwise I would have. Until next time, we'll definitely be back. 👋

15/02/2026: Always and forever fond memories of this place nestled in Chianti, where you eat and drink superbly and never predictably, with excellent dishes and a dream wine list. 08/02/2026: Excellent wine selection. As for the food, the prices are very high and the quality is poor. For example, a second course of tripe was tasteless and tough, costing €25. I won't be returning, even if they invite me for free in response to this review.

25/12/2025: I had a wonderful time at Masò, a rustic and welcoming place in the center of Florence. Good food, fast service, and generous portions at fair prices. Experience with a little girl Even though it's not exactly a place for families with small children, the staff was super hospitable: they welcomed us kindly, making sure we had plenty of space and making us feel comfortable without any problems. A pleasant lunch, we'll definitely return.

07/04/2026: I don't understand how it has a 4.1 overall rating. It means that people's tastes are changing for the worse, along with their behaviors. Tastes are tastes, of course, but for those who like to constantly suck their socks off, I'll go to Rustico. Upon entering, you immediately feel like you've stepped back in time. The atmosphere is not formal but comfortable, and the service is fast and helpful. The tortelli with wild boar sauce are fabulous, and the mixed grill is excellent. I'll definitely be back.
