19/03/2026: This place is a disaster. Don't even bother going. You make a reservation and wait outside, eat at shared tables, and the food is awful. I got home and cooked pasta myself. The worst part was that we each paid 40 euros and the food was terrible.

The ambiance is beautiful, warm, and inviting, making it perfect for a memorable night out. The highlight was definitely the Parmesan pasta, ordered by my son, made tableside, such a unique and delicious experience. My husband ordered the dry-aged beef, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I had the ravioli, and it was incredible, the sauce was delicious and you can tell that it’s made with so much care and love. The service was excellent from beginning to end, attentive without being overwhelming. To top it all off, we were treated to a complimentary limoncello, which was the perfect finishing touch. Overall, a beautiful restaurant with amazing food, thoughtful service, and an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend! Make reservations!

09/03/2026: A starred restaurant in both aspects, they make you feel pampered and delighted in an elegant atmosphere. The chef is top-notch, a well-deserved star. Tagliolino with smoked butter, something otherworldly! In addition to the special treatment... we were there on Saturday and will definitely repeat the experience. Thanks again.

07/03/2026: The food is excellent, it's a shame about the hour-long wait for 4 pizzas, and the price of the drinks is a bit exaggerated: 4 euros for a small Coke in a normal supermarket, the value is around 1 euro!!!😡

01/10/2025: Two of us arrived without a reservation, but luckily there was a table available. The wait was two people, one very friendly, the other less so. The drinks came quickly, and we waited about 30 minutes for the appetizer. The pizza didn't arrive until about 90 minutes after the appetizer, which we really didn't expect, and our hunger grew accordingly. The pizza unfortunately had a bit too much cheese, but overall it was okay. Unfortunately, the wait was far too long, especially since the tables next door got their food much earlier.

18/02/2026: I ate at this pizzeria with friends, O'cor e Napule, in the heart of Florence, and the experience was truly excellent. The place is very well-kept and clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The pizza is made with the highest quality ingredients, and the value for money is truly excellent. The fried foods are also delicious, dry, and light. The dough is soft, well-leavened, and highly digestible: a true Neapolitan pizza. The pizza chef is excellent and very kind, while the owner is always available and cheerful, capable of making you feel right at home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, courtesy, and fair prices. 🍕

20/10/2025: We stayed there for two nights. We appreciated the beautiful and well-kept environment. In particular, the impeccable cleanliness and the size of the bathroom, which was above the average standards of other hotels. The location is ideal for traveling the Chianti road to San Gimignano, which is considered one of the most beautiful roads in Italy.

22/02/2026: I went to Il Vecchio e il Mare in Florence tonight and was really satisfied. We had pizza, and it was excellent: light dough, well-cooked, and high-quality ingredients. The place is beautiful and well-kept, welcoming, and pleasant. The service was also quick and friendly, which always makes a difference. I have to be honest, after seeing some of the pasta dishes pass by, we almost regretted not ordering them 😅 because they looked so inviting. It will definitely be an excuse to come back! Excellent value for money. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat well in Florence. 🍕
