02/08/2025: My boyfriend and I spent a day in beautiful Florence. We were looking for a place to enjoy a cup of espresso early in the day, and there we found La Carbonata! The coffee was perfect, and a sweet dark-haired waiter welcomed us with open arms. He gave us great advice about the city, what to see and what to do. We decided later in the day that we would also spend our evening there. We both had the best and most delicious pasta dish during our week's vacation! Everything was perfect! The ingredients were all homemade. In addition, it should be mentioned that the staff, from waiters to chefs, were so sweet and passionate about their work. Especially the waiter Andrea (the dark-haired one from before) was sweet and extremely passionate about his work. Thank you for a fantastic experience La Carbonata! And see you again🍝🙌

25/05/2025: Very nice terrace with a pleasant view. The lady at the reception was very polite, but we waited 20 minutes before we were served (after I asked). Otherwise - good drinks & a nice atmosphere.

25/02/2025: I had lunch today for work at this delightful restaurant located inside the Four Seasons Hotel. You can find it by entering through the entrance on Borgo Pinti. It's a very charming, bright location with comfortable tables and sofas. The staff is courteous and helpful, attentive when passing from table to table to refill glasses, and the service seemed quite fast. The menu is varied, with several meat and fish dishes, as well as pasta, appetizers, and desserts. The chicken club sandwiches are delicious and I recommend them. Prices are high, so keep that in mind. There are a few street parking spaces in Borgo Pinti, or within walking distance. You can look for paid parking, garages, or additional parking on nearby streets.

It’s the type of restaurant RS would like- menu in Italian only, locals eat there, there is a sheet of daily specials and the friendly owner comes out to take your order. Every dish we ordered was good! Good service too…Cleaned the plates for the dishwashers.

16/07/2025: It was rated as Michelin in 2017 and 2018. The food is very fresh and delicious. The boss is very nice. There is no need to worry about the language. The boss and the chef are very friendly and will listen to your requests patiently.

31/05/2025: Amazing location, super friendly staff and Marco is a fantastic cook. Worth a small detour from the via degli Dei and take a rest day by the lovely pool if you have time. There's a fishing lake down the hill you can catch trout for lunch at!

04/05/2025: We stayed here during the Via degli Dei, and had a really great time! I think our best stop, rustic rooms are very quiet. The surrounding environment is very beautiful and also the swimming pool and the rest. 09/08/2025: Absolutely wonderful. Stumbled in here, on foot, stayed nearby at Park Palace Hotel. Family-owned restaurant with excellent food, views, and price. Wine list and menu ingredients are all local and fantastic quality. Service from the couple that owns this restaurant was personal and attentive. Also, the views were amazing!! Highly recommend.

29/07/2025: I called GLAM Catering to have my wedding re-celebrated at my house the next day. They're very well organized and can adapt to any situation. The dishes were all delicious, and if you want, they'll even provide dessert, freeing you from the hassle of having to find a pastry shop. I'd definitely call them again if I needed them again.

26/07/2025: I have to be brief because I would have to explain everything in detail, but I'll simplify it by saying they are a spectacular team. The wedding was absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious and perfect, just like the previous tasting. Empathy and professionalism deserved top marks. The organization was perfect in every way. Highly recommended!!! Thank you guys ❤️

30/07/2025: The pizza was great! I had a calzone very good. Don’t order the wine…undrinkable..they only have a house wine, so you would figure it has turnover…it was terrible, probably open for a week the way it tasted. Then they over charged, 2€ each for service charge then charged 2.5 € for tap water…upon leaving after paying…and really I know we should have paid attention…also realized they charged twice for one beer, which my husband ordered because the wine was so bad. Order a pizza and a coke then you won’t go wrong.
