09/05/2026: Absolutely loved this place - our fave pizzas from our trip to Florence! We only had to queue for 10 mins or so because we wanted to sit outside (there were seats inside though!). I really recommend the pesto one and the one truffle😍 Both 10/10, super light + flavoursome!

09/05/2026: 5/5 stars for this pizza! After a long day of travel, this place was such a treat. The pizzas are big, but that’s not to say you can’t eat a pizza to yourself, because it’s so good you won’t want to stop. We also had glasses of wine with our meal, which were just as good. We sat outside, on a busy little side street, making for a great atmosphere away from the crowds.

17/04/2026: The place is so cozy, and Antonietta and Camilo are the best! The food is delicious, real Italian pizza, and the antipasto is spectacular. We ate here four days and were very happy. I highly recommend it. 💚💚💚

18/04/2026: I passed the test!! The lady at the entrance, the one dressed in blue like a run-down hostess, said yes!!! After looking me up and down, she told me there was a free table at the bar for us!! Eureka... but won't you check the soles of my shoes? You know what? You missed an opportunity, I'm turning heel and going to give my money to someone more discreet and refined than you. Are you bragging? You've got the wrong target, turn your gaze to all those American tourists sprawled on your exquisite sofas, not caring about your grand dame airs.

29/04/2026: Worst cooking class I've ever encountered. Also the most expensive. Save your money and go elsewhere - I took 3 other classes in Italy for half the price far superior. The cook had no knowledge of of pasta - asking us to purposefully overknead the dough so it wouldn't get really tough. They didn't add meat to a ragu for the reason of "tasting the tomatoes". Both sauces were also too runny. The tiramisu portion was just us mixing the mascarpone filling - when it came to serving it he put it together and insisted the ladyfingers are always meant to be crunchy. Not correct - it's meant to be very creamy. The pasta we received was of course too tough and chewy, the sauces were bland and lifeless plus ICE COLD. I left starving and disappointed. The wine was the only thing they kept flowing probably to get people buzzed enough to think the food was even sort of decent. I guess their kitch is putting people in funny aprons. Find another place, save your money and your tastebuds.

24/04/2026: We had an amazing pasta making class at this place. We made parpadelle and ravioli and learned a lot about the history of pasta making from Rafaelo. And the tiramisu we made as a group was just out of control Good. Best we’ve ever had.

Interesting offerings for both the restaurant and the pizzeria, classic pizza, thin (that's fine for me, I'll write this for those who expect something different), well-leavened dough.

25/05/2026: Edi House remains the same place it was 20 years ago, a true blast from the past! I rediscovered fried polenta with porcini mushrooms, which is hard to find in pizzerias these days! Friendly staff, prices in line with the area, decent food. Easy parking.

30/05/2026: I used the restaurant service, homemade food and reasonable prices, view of the valley from the very suggestive terrace, fast and attentive service, dated but well-kept location, unfortunately located in one of the most unfortunate areas of Tuscany in my opinion, I would recommend it to anyone passing through

19/05/2026: I was disappointed by the service at Osteria Pastella. The food was good, but the waitress was neither pleasant nor welcoming. No smile, little warmth in her service, which made the experience less enjoyable despite the quality of the food. A shame for such a reputable restaurant.

09/06/2026: Very good pizza and pasta. Pizza is excellent stone oven and well made. Also authentic sardic dishes and strong pasta di mare (different kind) Super fair prices for wine. And tasty wine. Some of the waitress could be seen as a little bit grumpy, we adress this to us being reall bad in italian. But the chefe she is really friendl and fast. Thanks for a really nice stay.

06/05/2026: On Sunday evening, my family and I came for dinner with some friends. I was with my husband and three children. We had an appetizer and pizza. The appetizer was generous: cold cuts, stracchino cheese, coccoli, and some fried vegetables with a little focaccia. The pizza was a bit runny and even smaller than the plate. Unfortunately, they ran out of several ingredients, like the zucchini flowers and artichokes... but there are plenty of pizza flavors. The bill came to €150 for five pizzas, including red pizzas, a pizza with salami, and one with sausage and chips... a shared appetizer, a bottle of water, two Cokes, and a coffee! Too much! It's fine to pay Roman fare, but counting children as adults seems absurd to me. In the end they ate a couple of slices of mortadella, just 2/3 coccoli and 1 pizza, with water: 30 each even for the children, it seems excessive to me when in reality people drank beers, coffee, sweets and after-dinner drinks.

05/05/2026: Wonderful experience. A very nice place, very friendly staff, pizzas and other dishes arrived very quickly, and the quality of the pizza was top notch. I'll definitely be back! I also recommend trying the tagliata, which is really good.

02/05/2026: We went as a group and ordered a variety of dishes, from pizza to hamburgers, and even sliced ​​steak. The pizza was overall good in size and flavor, just a little undercooked. The other dishes were decent. A note about the service: we ended up ordering two portions of potatoes. After a while, we were told that some of them were out, and when we changed our order, they even stopped to bring our dishes. It could have been much better if it hadn't been for the poor service.
