21/07/2024: After many years of saving this place, I finally had lunch with my husband and my grandchildren in this beautiful place!
I ate very well, even for me as I'm a vegetarian, fast service and extremely competent with children.
I will definitely be back!

26/08/2024: I had dinner with friends over the weekend, the place was very clean, the staff were friendly and kind.
We took pizzas and desserts, great price and excellent quality ingredients. In my opinion one of the best pizzerias in Certaldo, I will certainly return if I find myself in the area. I'll leave photos for you😄

04/08/2024: Great public swimming pool. Thank you for using the den. Clean place with a beautiful garden. 25 meter swimming pool for adults and pool for children. Very nice bar area. Great option to spend a beautiful summer day.

18/08/2024: Siamo stati in questo bar per festeggiare i 16 anni di mio figlio, abbiamo fatto un aperitivo, cocktail ottimi, preparati con molta cura, il tutto accompagnato dalla estrema gentilezza e cortesia del personale.
Io al momento della prenotazione avevo detto che sarebbe stata una serata speciale, perché era il compleanno di mio figlio e volevo regalargli un'esperienza del gusto in un luogo unico e magico: la cameriera super gentile a fine serata ha portato un dolce con tanto di candelina!!!!
Ve lo straconsiglio.
Grazie ancora, mio figlio era felicissimo.

19/08/2024: Ho ordinato una Napoli (sul menu venivano esplicitamente indicati acciughe e capperi) con doppia mozzarella: per fortuna ho chiesto “doppia mozzarella” (come mi è stato anche specificato quando me l’hanno portata) altrimenti di mozzarella nemmeno l’ombra; grandi assenti pure acciughe e capperi.
La pizza era cruda, insipida e acquosa… la notte è ritornata in gola con un rigurgito di indigerito… e dire che normalmente io digerisco anche il cinghiale al forno…
Mai più; pizzeria sconsigliatissima… e ora capisco anche perché è praticamente sempre vuota.

Entri al genio italiano e trovi una spiaggetta di felicità per il palato e la mente..
Fatti fare i paccheri con il ragù di mare..
Il sughetto con cozze e pesce e pomodorini ti portano il mare vicino, e poi paccheri...i signori paccheri si mescolano dolcemente con il sugo fino alla perdizione...ottime potzioni

Fried fish good and plentiful. Service a little inattentive but given the informal context it is understandable. Advised!

05/08/2024: Pizzeria and historic restaurant in Rifredi. Retro environment with a very vintage atmosphere, unique furnishings. Probably the widest menu in all of Florence, countless varieties of first courses, second courses, side dishes, pizza, desserts, you can really find everything and for all tastes and dietary needs. Family run, Italian-Tuscan cuisine, expert and very good pizza chef.
30/07/2024: Typical American tourist here! Stumbled upon this place as we were walking toward a "fancier" Italian restaurant. It was a 5 minute walk from our Airbnb, so we decided to stop. Pizza was great, pesto pasta was wonderful, and wine was delicious. We had 3 entrees and a bottle of wine and it was under $60 USD. Server was courteous and helpful communicating with "dumb" Americans! :)
