27/07/2025: A very youthful atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, and a varied menu with a wide selection of pizzas, first courses, and appetizers, both meat and fish. The fried seafood was excellent and very light, the seafood first course was plentiful, and the pizza was crispy and easy to digest. The ingredients were all top-quality, too, not to mention the desserts...truly superb. Definitely worth returning!

22/07/2025: The truffle bruschetta was good. Unfortunately, the pizzas aren't recommended. You can definitely eat better pizzas in Italy, nothing special. Service was top-notch. In summary: I've eaten many better pizzas, but fewer worse ones.

20/07/2025: Siamo arrivati senza prenotazione, e nonostante fosse l’orario di punta, e ci fosse molta gente già seduta, ci hanno fatto accomodare in in saletta molto ben climatizzata. Servizio veloce e cortese: mia moglie ha preso una pappa al pomodoro e io trippa fiorentina con fagioli. Entrambi i piatti molto buoni e abbondanti: con una bottiglia d’acqua e due caffè conto totale 36 euro. Ci torneremo alla prossima occasione che saremo a Firenze. Grazie davvero

20/07/2025: Very good food in a small town. It has a great atmosphere and is worth a visit. The only downside is that when it was sparsely populated and we arrived late, we felt the staff were watching us. We felt like they wanted us to leave as quickly as possible, which wasn't pleasant. However, when it was crowded, this didn't happen.

28/07/2025: Di rientro da un viaggio verso Milano, abbiamo deciso di seguire il consiglio di un nostro amico e fermarci in questo autentico ristorante nelle vicinanze di Firenze. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata!! Siamo riusciti a trovare la genuinità e famigliarità in ogni piatto gustato, un vero tripudio di gusto ad ogni forchettata. Antipasto “Da Pampurio” eccezionale, deliziosi i primi piatti, soprattutto i pici. Ottima qualità prezzo. Fortemente consigliato!!

19/07/2025: About a 40-minute drive from Florence, via Bagno a Ripoli, San Donato in Collina, Torri di Rignano sull'Arno. Beautiful countryside, hills covered in olive groves, vineyards now ripe for Merlot, clear roads, and views. Pampurio is essentially a grocery store, but from 11 a.m. onwards it also operates as a trattoria-restaurant, open for lunch, except Tuesdays. Closed in the evenings. Tuscan cuisine, with some pleasant variations, and a well-presented menu. Prices are more than reasonable (a steak, for example, is €40/kg). The atmosphere is usually crowded, perhaps not a declaration of love (though that's not necessarily the case). Service is fast, and half portions are available (full portions are more than generous). Today, the highlight was the potato tortelli with sausage and porcini mushroom ragù. The food is easy to digest (a not insignificant advantage), and allergy-friendly (please declare). Reservations are recommended on Saturdays and Sundays.

15/05/2025: ZEROCALCARE signing sessions. He and the publisher Bao are very nice and punctual. Only one star instead for the organization of the event by the bookstore. Divided into 3 steps: drawing 15.00-18.00, 18.00-19.00 talk, 19.30-24.00 signing session. I leave home at 6.50, train and off I go, I arrive at 7.40 and I am 63rd in line (a gentleman contacted us 3 times), opening at 9 and delivery of the passes (bracelets) with a number written on them. They say that for the 1st step there are only 75 passes, I'll go back!! but when it's my turn they're already sold out 🤔 (I'm 15 and I'm ashamed to do myself justice), I'm the 6th excluded so I have to settle for the signing session. I feel bad😩, I get angry😡, I repress it thinking that the important thing will be to meet him. I enter school in 3rd period, I go out, I eat a sandwich on the fly and at 2pm I get back in line outside the library for the 6pm talk. At 4pm everyone stands, otherwise "we'll take up too much space" says one of the security guards. Finally I go in and enjoy the chat. They say NOW EVERYONE OUT AND WHO HAS A PASS FOR THE FIRMADILLO GET IN LINE FOR THE TIME GROUPS WRITTEN ON THE BRACELET. I go out, convinced that I will return almost immediately since I am number 6 in the first group, and here is another injustice, the line (60 people per hour) has already formed while the talk was taking place, I am second to last... My mother has joined me, worried about the time of returning to the train, she argues with the 2 security "gorillas" who do not enforce the order of the numbers assigned in the morning, the response of one of them is I DON'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT THE NUMBER. I am back inside to meet him, finally, even if I am the last one in the third time I have been in line since this morning. I look at the time and if everything goes well we will be able to take the 9.14 train and return home by 10pm... the director of the bookstore arrives and takes me by the hand and makes me climb among the first, perhaps she has understood that something has gone wrong? I thank her, but this is just not right, 3 times in line despite the numbered bracelet. What should be security, of indecent rudeness. I arrive home at 9 pm, very tired but still happy. Because to get justice you have to raise your voice, why?

05/07/2025: The only ones complaining are the little mads who are outraged that they were not welcomed with torn bombs and a whole fleet of trolleys xD The place is good, for 30 euros in 2025 with two people you leave very, very well fed (unless someone needs half a slaughtered pig to eat, then you can ignore this aspect). It is quite loud, but this is Florence and the place is in one of the narrow streets, where every now and then a scooter drives by or a local walks by and greets the staff. The service is nice, entrance from the street during the tourist season without a queue in the afternoon. The waitresses are energetic, if they could they would probably talk to people all day. The pizza is good - simply good. There is no need to say more. When I am in Florence I will definitely visit this place again. It has the charm of such a simple, roadside, but good Italian restaurant with good pizza. Certainly 5 stars, and if someone complains, it's only a little girl with a bubbler who didn't get water or just a regular little onion who wanted to go and just eat, with grace leave 15 euros and be the prince on the estate, the only customer around whom the staff has to jump and dance. I definitely recommend!
