The staff was too impolite & seems they never learnt how to treat a customer. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻although we liked the food but we will never go back due to impolite, rude, unprofessional staff. Management should re think about the staff !

Small downside on the paid bottle of still water, but French deformation obliges.. But the staff is great. If you have to have a pizzeria in Florence even if it's a Neapolitan pizzeria!!

26/08/2024: I don't think it can be defined as a bookshop anymore, but more of a tourist attraction. I went in yesterday to look for a book (which I miraculously found despite the terrible general selection) and I noticed with great disappointment how large the section of foreign language books was compared to that of Italian books. I have nothing against English, but it seems clear to me that Florence and its bookshops have made a tourist-type choice even on their shelves, which at the entrance only display books and gadgets relating to Florence and throughout the ground floor almost exclusively books in language. Even the stationery section is practically non-existent. Even the staff seem to have to sell you something at all costs (I can't imagine the pressure they receive from above... But I frequent several Feltrinellis even outside Tuscany and I've never received this pressure). I understand that there are many tourists in Florence, but are citizens and students, who need more detailed books than the four TikTok novels, no longer worth anything? Appalled by this choice

We came initially because they were showing football outside, but were absolutely amazed by the amazing food we were served. we had a mixture of different food, including gluten-free pizza which exceeded all expectations. When we had finished eating, we were surprised with a small dessert and of course they also served gluten-free - on their own initiative. Came back a week later for some drinks and dessert - same great service and fantastic atmosphere with down to earth and funny waiters. We can highly recommend this place!
