11/06/2026: I found this inn by chance while visiting relatives in Tuscany at the end of May. The room was functional and clean, with a bathroom and shower, and faced the back of the road. The balcony overlooked the greenery. The owner was extremely kind, polite, and eager to accommodate guests' requests. The breakfast was varied and delicious. It's a traditional setting that could use a bit of a refresh, but it's perfect for those who want to stay overnight and explore the beautiful surroundings. P.S.: The hand-drawn map of points of interest is very original.

24/05/2026: It’s hard to please a party of five at one restaurant, but this one did it. We all ended up getting our own pizzas, and devoured them all. The food was delicious and service was great. Such a nice place to stop in for a brief bite or a family dinner.

01/06/2026: Despite my efforts because I love the garden, it's been years since I've been able to give this place, both a bar and a restaurant, more than one star. The restaurant has ambitions and pretensions; it aims to be positioned in the mid- to high-end segment thanks to the beauty of its garden, the well-kept interiors, the table settings, and the refined cuisine. But the service is completely subpar, and overall, the prices aren't justified. A full meal with a bottle of wine for four people costs around €80-100. The portions are very small, and the food is nothing special. The service, which is the real flaw, was insistent all evening. The waitress or the head waiter kept checking on the table, clearing away one by one without waiting for everyone to finish. While the last guest was still finishing his main course, all alone, the waitress asked us if we wanted dessert. Rather than point out the gross disrespect, to please her and get her out of the way, we had her bring the dessert menu, but after two minutes she returned to take our orders. When she didn't get a prompt response, she sent the head waiter to pressure us again. In the end, wanting to be in line with their demands, it must be said that the famous desserts were served without dessert spoons. None of us will return, and it's no surprise that the place, despite its beauty, was practically empty on a Friday night. Bar – fine for a coffee or a quick drink, not for an aperitif. While the cocktails are quite well-made, a mini bowl of '80s peanuts and a bowl of chips for four people are ridiculous, better off with nothing. Here too, the service was pushy. We're not: we're here to relax and spend a nice evening with friends, not to drink and eat with a funnel, pay, and leave.

18/03/2026: I usually come to this restaurant for fish. Personally, I think it's the best in the area. The mixed antipasto is noteworthy. The wine list is well-structured. Last time, I also tried an excellent rum paired with dark chocolate.

09/05/2026: We had two delicious pizzas, a good size and reasonably priced. The wine by the glass was excellent and highly recommended. The atmosphere was pleasant; you could talk without shouting. The service was good.

12/05/2026: As soon as we entered the Four Seasons lobby, we were greeted by Matteo. He was so so so nice to us and our little baby who was excited to meet a new person. He even helped calm our little one as he got a bit fussy, and gave him a little toy. Soon after we got seated everybody was being super nice there too. I have to make another special mention, this time for Francesco. He went above and beyond smiling and playing with our baby any chance he got when he passed by. He even tried to find us a bottle for the baby to drink from after we realized we had forgotten his bottle at our hotel. What can I say, we had an unforgettable experience as relatively new parents, thanks to everybody at the Four Seasons Firenze, but especially thanks to Matteo and Francesco. Thank you, thank you, thank you! As for the food, it was no doubt great. The tuna tartare was especially good. Everything was really good. But the best thing about our experience were the amazing people working there. I wish I could give it more stars.

09/05/2026: 5 stars only because 100 can't be given! Edoardo is without a doubt one of the best bartenders I've ever met in the world (and had the honor of having a drink from). The food, the service, the aesthetics, and the attention to detail at the bar are excellent... not to mention Domiziana's service, excellent, with great knowledge and a sunny smile, always ready to help you choose and make the most of the experience. Florence is even more beautiful for me. Thanks to you!

It is a truly dynamic location, perfect for hosting a full three-day wedding experience in different settings: from a welcome event in the vineyard, to the wedding celebration at the main estate, and a relaxed pool party on the final day. The food is exceptional, with great attention to quality and presentation, and the team is also highly experienced in providing menus suitable for kosher weddings. 31/12/2025: Incredibly rude front desk staff! They should not be in hospitality. I left my room key in the room and went to my friends room next door with the door open but a strong wind came to blow my door shut and I was locked out. I asked the front desk staff for help the man was angry and frustrated and scolded me for locking myself out and now he has to dig through the drawers to find the right key... It was a huge inconvenience to him... This completely ruined my stay..

14/04/2026: The food is truly fantastic, but the rest is unfortunately not at all. We had booked the 8-course tasting menu for 12:30 pm for €170 per person, which was confirmed by email, and our credit card was pre-charged as a precaution against no-shows. Up to this point, everything was fine. However, when we arrived shortly before 12:30 pm, they were very surprised that we had booked something and were completely unprepared, neither the service nor the kitchen. We then had a great, somewhat hectic, but very tasty menu. We found it a little strange that we were brought different desserts; when we inquired, we were told that this was essentially the chef's artistic license with the tasting menu. However, when paying, they deducted €215 per menu and dismissed it as a misunderstanding on our part. I think the pictures show that this is just a cheap tourist trap. We have never experienced anything like this in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Every course felt intentional and memorable. The service was equally impressive; the staff made us feel like a true priority throughout the evening, creating a very personal and elevated experience that stood out as the highlight of our trip to Florence. We also had a few requests for modifications to the menu, which were handled with remarkable care and craftsmanship. The team approached these changes with the same level of detail and creativity as the standard dishes, which we greatly appreciated. There was, unfortunately, an overcharge that initially led to my previous negative review. However, after connecting with the restaurant, I can confidently say their response and professionalism in addressing the issue were excellent. While there was a delay in identifying the charge—largely on our end due to not catching it until months later—their team handled the resolution thoughtfully and fairly, going above and beyond to make things right. As someone who runs a business, I understand that mistakes can happen. What truly matters is how those situations are handled, and in this case, they demonstrated integrity and a genuine commitment to their guests. We would absolutely return and would look forward to visiting again or exploring their other locations. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a truly exceptional dining experience in Florence—it was, without question, the best culinary experience of our trip.

16/11/2025: A tiny little osteria. This season, there's only 14 seats inside in a bright space, and Francesca and Alice are attentive, efficient, and smiling, serving both humans and animals. The varied menu features traditional Tuscan fare, starting with an entrée offering pappa al pomodoro in the form of a small tartare. There were six of us, and we chose and exchanged the various dishes, all tasty and traditional, with a focus on vegetarians. €40 per person, including a Montalcino red, water, coffee, cheesecake, and a pear in wine. We'll definitely return, perhaps in the warmer months, when they can seat at least twenty more.
