15/10/2025: Excellent experience here. Food was excellent and the service was above and beyond from Aldo, Ambra, and Maicol. Had great conversation with them and made some great friends! Also did a cooking class while at the resort - was a once in a lifetime experience with Carmelo and Ambra. Absolutely recommend!

31/10/2025: A sushi restaurant in a class of its own! Delicious and sophisticated dishes, it stands out from traditional Japanese restaurants for its variety of dishes and unique offerings, with special uramaki and tataki of a different kind. The wine list is also excellent, with a wide selection.

02/09/2025: My boyfriend and I tried this restaurant for our month-long anniversary. Needless to say, the setting was beautiful, the food excellent, and the service impeccable. We had the salmon tacos, and they were amazing. After being there, we haven't been back to an all-you-can-eat restaurant in a year. Eleonora and Niccolò.

01/11/2025: This isn't my first time at Amorino. I'd already noticed the coldness and unhelpfulness of some of the staff, but they were overlooked because the food was so good. Last time, I had dinner with friends from abroad. I took them out for pizza, confident it would be delicious, and they served us pizzas so thin, so thin, the only way to eat them was to fold them in 4. My complaints were quickly dismissed by a waiter, and 20 minutes later, a curly-haired girl arrived, even making jokes in the manner of a joke. This really pissed me off. There's no point in offering coffee, which included some half-witted jokes. I'd be tempted to give you a 1 for the problem-solving skills of the wait staff.

She patiently answered all of our questions, offered thoughtful recommendations when we asked, and worked tirelessly to ensure that our wedding reflected exactly what we envisioned. By the end of the wedding weekend, we genuinely felt like part of the Palagina family. The entire staff was amazing. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make sure our guests felt welcomed, comfortable, and happy. Their genuine care and attention to detail were evident in every interaction and moment of the weekend. The catering provided by the venue was absolutely exceptional — without a doubt the best wedding food I’ve ever had — and it perfectly complemented the elegance of the setting. The grounds themselves are immaculate and breathtaking. Every corner of Palagina is pure perfection, from the sweeping views to the beautifully maintained gardens and intimate spaces. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated to create a magical atmosphere. We are endlessly grateful for the kindness, dedication, and expertise of Elisabetta and the Palagina team. They made sure my husband and I had the best wedding we could have imagined, and their warmth and professionalism truly enhanced every aspect of our celebration. We cannot recommend Palagina highly enough to any couple looking for a stunning, welcoming, and perfectly executed wedding venue.

29/11/2025: Terrible experience at this establishment, and I'll explain why: the room wasn't very clean, and the furnishings were very dated. We booked half-board, and when ordering dinner, the waitress made us choose between a la carte menu and a €30 fixed menu. I opted for the second course, and my friend opted for the first course. After a while, the waitress returned, saying that the fixed menu was only valid if we both chose it. This alone doesn't indicate a serious restaurant. So I changed my order, and the waitress mistakenly brought me the platter from the fixed menu, which had previously been cancelled due to the change. My friend was served a first course and side dish, while I waited about 20 minutes for a salad and a small sliced ​​steak, so we both found ourselves eating alone. To top it all off, at 8:00 AM, there was no one at reception to check out, and we had to wait a long time to leave. People should definitely change their professions.

25/11/2025: We stayed for 3 nights, 2 adults, 1 boy, and 1 girl. The room was warm and spacious for 4 people, though both the room and bathroom needed a bit more cleaning. The food was good and varied, even for those of us who opted for half-board. The location is a bit isolated on a hill, about 15 minutes from Florence, but comfortable and relaxing enough for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle. It must be a lovely place to stay in the summer or spring. The staff were friendly and discreet.

09/11/2025: We had the pleasure of enjoying afternoon tea at the Four Seasons Hotel in Florence; an experience so delightful that we returned the very next day. The setting is breathtaking, the atmosphere refined yet welcoming, and the tea simply the best we’ve ever had. We also enjoyed an Espresso Martini , without a doubt, the finest we’ve ever tasted. A heartfelt thank you to Antonio and the wonderful team at the Atrium Bar for their warm hospitality and impeccable service.

06/10/2025: We were at Atrium Bar for tea and had a wonderful, peaceful experience. The space is elegant and calm, with beautiful design and a serene atmosphere inside the Four Seasons Florence. The tea selection was excellent, served with care and accompanied by delicate pastries. It felt luxurious yet welcoming, with attentive and professional service. It’s an ideal spot to take a quiet break from the busy city. While on the expensive side, the experience, setting, and service make it worthwhile. A refined and relaxing afternoon treat.

18/11/2025: The kindness of the waitress who served us deserves praise, but not only for the pizza and the interior space. I was hit from behind with the kitchen door at least three or four times, which isn't ideal while eating.

31/10/2025: Yesterday I was having dinner there with friends and had an embarrassing experience, to say the least. On a normal evening, during dessert I took a bite and found a piece of glass in my mouth (they tried to justify it by saying it was plastic, but to me and my fellow diners it looked like glass, but in any case the fact remains), to which they tried to justify themselves by saying these things happen, nothing more. Faced with my shock, they didn't even offer to buy me dinner (the bare minimum on such an occasion), but instead said the price of dessert had been deducted (an insufficient gesture, especially after a few poorly formulated excuses), which was also unbelievable, given that my fellow diners and I actually paid more than others at our table who had left early and paid first. Dismayed and disappointed.

15/09/2025: I had dinner with my family for my birthday. It was the best seafood restaurant in the center of Florence. A relaxing and unique atmosphere with exceptional dishes, each one better than the last. If you're in Florence, you definitely have to stop by. I'll definitely be back.
