We had dinner for two at Osteria della Pagliazza. Overall, it was a good experience: the service was definitely one of the highlights of the evening—truly excellent, professional, attentive, and very friendly. The appetizer was also excellent, well-prepared, and very enjoyable. The first course was good, though perhaps not as memorable as we'd expected. The main course and desserts, however, were the least impressive parts of the dinner. Considering the type of restaurant and our expectations, we honestly expected a little more from some of the dishes. That said, the experience was still positive overall, especially thanks to the quality of the service, the atmosphere, and the excellent appetizer. A nice restaurant, but with a few aspects that could be improved to fully live up to the expectations of a venue of this caliber.

Fantastic dinner. Tried several dishes and the beef entree. Excellent and highly refined service. Intense flavors in compact dishes. For foodies.
