We tried the pizza with the dark crust (a mix of whole wheat flours and grains) and it was delicious! Despite the restaurant being fully booked, service was relatively quick. The atmosphere is very pleasant, spread across three levels, all very welcoming.

This restaurant and pizzeria is located right in the town center. Here you can enjoy pizza made with different types of flour. Don't expect Neapolitan pizza, because it won't be like that. Here you'll find a fine, delicious pizza made with top-quality ingredients. Prices are reasonable.

01/04/2026: Excellent restaurant! We were there for a small celebration for four. The dining room on Via Panciatichi is small but very comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. All the dishes we tried were truly delicious, with a special mention for the burrata! We'll definitely be back!
05/03/2026: Apulian restaurant with the freshest ingredients delivered daily from Puglia: mozzarella, Altamura bread, focaccia from Bari...excellent quality.
