Last night, at 9:45 PM, due to a change of plans, we made a last-minute reservation at this restaurant. Despite the late hour and last-minute reservation, we were greeted with great kindness and availability, a thoughtfulness that made our evening even more enjoyable. The food was simply excellent, with authentic and refined flavors that won us over. Kudos to the entire staff for their professionalism, friendliness, and quality service. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a high-end dining experience accompanied by impeccable hospitality.

Fast and attentive service, quality food, and judging by the clientele, it seems like regulars. My only complaint is that the fried flowers are a bit rubbery and greasy; otherwise, they're fine! The price is a bit higher, but it's okay.

I'll start by saying that management has changed... fortunately, the food has remained very good, and the menu is very similar to the previous management. The only thing I hope they can improve is the service, and this is partly due to the price list. It's not a cheap or mid-range restaurant, so we can't just "bring plates" and "take orders." Good service primarily involves an attention to detail, knowing the basic rules of first-served service, such as clearing the table, addressing customers formally, knowing how to put customers at ease, making them feel pampered, dressing like a waiter with an apron, etc. In short, these are the basics of this job if you want professionalism... experience, not superficiality, is needed, especially when you have a high price list, which is acceptable considering the quality of the ingredients, but the service must also be up to par. The restaurant is on the outskirts of town, so that's all the more reason to focus on retaining loyal, quality customers.

10/06/2026: Quick and easy way to enjoy A LOT of different varieties of pastas or sauces. The food is made with fresh ingredients and there’s a window if you’d like to watch the chef cook your food. Because they do both table and takeaway service, you can choose whether you’d like a more relaxing experience or a quick one. We had the Tuscan Ragú, which was excellent.
