29/03/2025: Crowded place, stressed staff, cold lasagna dishes and fortunately at least lukewarm lampredotto. Unpleasant environment with staff quarrels in the background.

24/03/2025: Small deli in the market - a canteen for quite a few local workers, so it has a very local feel. Simple cuisine - a few pasta choices - the two we tried were very good. So not haute cuisine, but efficient and local - in short, a place to keep for a simple lunch ~ average prices.

29/03/2025: We were a group of seven and ordered different dishes. The risotto with zucchini and shrimps was actually rice and some shrimps with no zucchini and very salty, the pasta with clams didn't taste of anything. The only ok pasta was the carbonara.

29/03/2025: A restaurant a few steps from my house, it was me and my wife tonight we had 2 if you want to call grills with 2 side dishes after waiting 1 hour Grilled a large word a piece of rosticciana a small piece of sausage, a charred lamb bone, and finally a piece of chicken, after the owner came and asked me what was wrong I told him that there was nothing in the lamb bone and moreover it was charred. Having said this, there was everything that was wrong, the seasoning for the vegetables, the oil, the salt etc. was missing, In short, we spent 80 euros with the bottle of peppoli, but it's not the expense, the point is the owner who doesn't accept criticism and the lack of organization which ruined my evening with my wife after working all week!!!! We will definitely never go back again, and take some advice, listen to customers more and maybe sometimes a little bit of humility would be enough to say I made a mistake, sorry, I'll try to do better next time!!!! Because customers are the basis of a company, without them we couldn't have a future.

07/04/2025: Pizzeria restaurant located in the Signa station square. The clean and well-kept room appears to be a little dated. I ate some really delicious culurgiones with gorgonzola and smoked bacon. Excellent and attentive service. The bill is correct.

31/03/2025: Honest inexpensive cuisine. The prices are fair, both for the pizzas and the other dishes and the wine bottles. The service is friendly and attentive to the guest. Lots of local guests. My food was good without being sparkling. The tagliata with gorgonzola was chewy! I liked it, even though everything was simple.

23/03/2025: Pretty good, but not the best place to eat in all of Florence. Top location but not so top prices. You eat for 15 - 20 euros and well, you have to be lucky. I ate well but a friend not so much because she chose wrongly. Recommended if you have a budget (they even charge for table service).

14/03/2025: Very good pizza with grilled vegetables for € 9.50, Tagliata Pollo € 14, - also very good - juicy chicken, well seasoned. Friendly staff, cheap dinner and nice atmosphere in the middle of Florence!

10/02/2025: Truly an excellent restaurant/pizzeria to spend time with friends and eat good food! In particular I wanted to express my appreciation for the Sorrento style gnocchi, served in a terracotta jar in which some pizza dough had first been placed and then the gnocchi with the sauce had been poured: delicious! Like eating a first course and a pizza together. 😃😃😃

A group of 20 children for a 12-year-old birthday followed one another on the veranda, followed by a group of and teenagers next to an unfortunate group of seventy-year-olds. The customers, all incredibly packed, with incredible noise. Mediocre pizza. It can be improved...

22/03/2025: I have been a customer of theirs for many years now and I can say that they are one of the best restaurants in the area, excellent typical Tuscan cuisine and excellent pizzas too. moderate prices considering that we are in Florence a stone's throw from the center. advised!

30/03/2025: Saporium is one of those restaurants where the Chef seems to have forgotten a basic truth: a restaurant exists to serve guests — not the other way around. Yes, creating a special atmosphere and crafting a unique concept is great. But when that becomes more important than the guest experience, something’s gone wrong. We spent €742 on an 8-course tasting menu for two people. The first half was excellent: • Welcome bites • Bread 1. Antipasto (Snail) – absolutely amazing 2. Risotto – very nice, perfectly balanced 3. Pasta – a great addition, light and flavorful 4. Veal – rich taste, beautifully prepared Up until this point, we were extremely happy. But then things took a negative turn: 5. Manzo – disappointing. A slimy, tiny portion of beef with an almost invisible veggie 6. Pre-dessert – a single Magnum-style ice cream bite 7. Main dessert – sponge cake drowned in plain milk with a splash of alcohol 8. Post-dessert – a couple of bonbons For a Michelin-starred restaurant, dedicating nearly 40% of the menu to dessert is baffling. Post-dessert should be a kind gesture — not a counted course. This feels like a cheap solution for this money. When we asked about the missing eighth course, the deputy manager told us the bread was one of the courses, because “the Chef considers it a separate plate.” Sorry — that’s not how tasting menus work. The wine list looks impressive — but prices are outrageous. €450 for a bottle of Ornellaia? Completely out of touch. To make matters worse, the closing vibe was cold. One staff member, the guy with long curly hair, literally kicked us out... With this ending, Saporium Firenze felt more like a stage for the Chef’s ego than a place for genuine hospitality. I regret coming here. PS: The €200 deduction in the bill photo is just the prepayment required to book.

30/03/2025: I booked a lunch for my parents for their 30th wedding anniversary. I have often interacted with Bianca, professional, very kind and really super helpful. She was able to best manage the payments and any hitches (by chance the reservation had been made for the days in which the weather alert was activated in Florence), the reservation was moved without additional costs and with the utmost understanding. The lunch was perfect, the environment comfortable and relaxing and refined, truly a little gem. Perfect lunch tasting menu, captivating dishes, balanced and visually unique combinations. Thanks again for your kindness and for the experience, I repeat in particular Bianca who was splendid.

27/02/2025: Great way to eat a home cooked meal while on a tour in Firenze and it’s a budget meal as well! Pasta and a side of broccoli only for €7.50.

05/04/2025: I was recently in Florence for work, for lunch my colleagues showed me this pizzeria/restaurant, a short distance (10 minutes) from the Florence SMN station, a stone's throw from the Fortress. The atmosphere is good, the staff at the tables are good and helpful, the owners are friendly, the dishes are good. Difficult to find parking.

18/03/2025: The vegetarian platter is excellent
