14/05/2026: The food and the place, very good. The waitress was very rude, yelling and snorting while serving. I recommend she find another job; customers are sacred and you can't treat them like that.

06/07/2026: Not much to say about this restaurant. We've been coming back every summer for the past two years because it's good value for money and saves us the hassle of scouring Google reviews to find another pizzeria. The pizzas are good (I recommend the thin crust), with generous, no-nonsense toppings. The service is always friendly. The place is nice, the terrace is pleasant and not too noisy, although you might get bitten by mosquitoes. The bill is very reasonable. Not much else to add. It's not a fancy place, but you feel comfortable there, the food is good, and that's all that matters.

23/04/2026: Il Rustico is always a guaranteed place, where once a year a group of colleagues and I travel from Milan for lunch. The family-run restaurant, with its typically 1980s decor, serves traditional Tuscan cuisine, dominated by Her Majesty the Florentine steak, cooked to perfection by Chef Cesare, expertly assisted by his wife, who manages the dining room with punctuality and discretion. After the meal, in addition to their homemade desserts, I recommend a stroll through the charming village. The quality/price ratio is excellent, making it worth the trip.

27/06/2026: I stumbled upon this place for dinner on my last night in Florence. It was a quiet, pleasant-looking spot. Ingrid served me; she was lovely and very kind. She also speaks Spanish, which made things very easy for me. The food was delicious. I ordered a pasta dish, which was very generous. When I asked Ingrid about the size of the desserts, she said she could make them a little smaller—just enough for me to finish. I ordered tiramisu, and it was one of the best things I've had in a long time. Very light and creamy, yet with a strong flavor. Not at all cloying.

13/07/2026: Went here on a sister’s trip and the food was delicious. Definitely try the Florentine Steak and try the Secondi sides! We also had Hugo Spritz. It was a calm environment and our waiter Jovawel was very welcoming and friendly. Definitely go!!

17/07/2026: A simple restaurant, with a small indoor dining area and an outdoor space that opens directly onto a public parking lot. The pizza quality, in my opinion, is modest, as is the menu selection. A genuine and unpretentious place. Not the cheapest considering the location.

13/05/2026: We had a great lunch. The staff moved us inside as it threatened rain. Good food and fair cost. The chicken salad and the pasta dish were as expected. The staff hospitality was excellent.

04/05/2026: TRULY SUPER!!!!!!!! A gem not just for tourists, but famous and historic. The location is elegant, the staff friendly. But the highlight is the food. The best dinner I've ever had in Florence during my stay. NOT TO BE MISSED IF YOU'RE IN FLORENCE.

27/05/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic tagliata cinta (wild boar) with red onions. My girlfriend had a delicious pasta guitarra. Superb presentation, very friendly service. Cozy, relaxed atmosphere. And free parking right outside the door as well. Highly recommended.

20/05/2026: A bad experience due to the poor service organization. Furthermore, the atmosphere wasn't good; the servers were doing their best to compensate for the disorganization. The pizza area wasn't large enough to handle both takeout orders and all the restaurant's tables. It took two hours for seven pizzas.

06/06/2026: This place is definitely recommended. The sushi is top-notch, the staff is friendly and attentive to their needs, and they're always available to offer recommendations. The location is also beautiful. Compliments to the chef and the entire staff. We'll definitely be back.

05/06/2026: I tried Via Vai and I must say it was a truly wonderful discovery! Let's start with the assumption that it's à la carte sushi, but we booked through The Fork and got a 20% discount, so the bill was absolutely fair for the quality. The restaurant is intimate, elegant, and very welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere and attention to detail. The staff was also super friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the dinner. We chose to dine at the counter, with a direct view of the chef preparing the dishes: a truly unique and interesting experience, which made everything even more engaging. We ordered: * Seafood Tacos * Tuna Tataki * Salmon Tartare * Spicy Sake Gunkan * Octopus * Scampo Roll * Spicy Drago The Tuna Tataki and Tacos were incredible: balanced flavors, super fresh fish, and beautifully presented. The portions are generally very generous, so I highly recommend splitting the dishes between two people, as one each could be too much! I highly recommend this place: elegant decor, high quality, spectacular dishes, and a different experience than traditional sushi. We'll definitely be back!

27/05/2026: Went to this restaurant 2 nights in a row.. You can never go wrong with any of their dishes here. My personal favorite will be any pizza with sausages and the Tuna tataki! Staff was attentive and friendly! Mostly local clientele since this is not at the historic city centre.

07/04/2026: Yesterday, Easter Monday, I had a truly amazing experience at Le Cantinacce. The excellent meat tasting menu began with a Tuscan antipasti platter of cured meats, pecorino cheese, and top-quality liver crostini. Next came a choice of first course: I opted for the gnudi au gratin with a fondue of aged pecorino cheese and truffle...indescribably delicious, it was enough to blow you away! For the second course, a tender and flavorful roast suckling pig topped with mouth-watering potatoes. And to finish, a refreshing lemon dessert with meringue and fresh strawberries. The whole-wheat and turmeric bread, fragrant and fragrant, is homemade. Wine, water, and coffee were included in the €45 price tag, a truly exceptional value for money. The restaurant is run by a young, competent, polite, and attentive staff. The view of the Chianti hills is enchanting. Go there, you won't regret it.
