It's a blasphemy to call the €18 Tuscan DOP cured meats and cheese platter the dish they served us: two small pieces of one type of passable cheese; the cured meats were two slices of prosciutto, coppata, and salami that you can find in the supermarket for a low price. Foreign employees who are difficult to communicate with. The first courses were generous, but the gnocchi were served overcooked. To be fair, I raised my complaint at checkout, and the platter was charged half the price.

19/09/2025: We've always considered it a good restaurant and used to come here quite often, but we were very disappointed that, at least since last year, the hot and cold appetizer we always ordered, which we thought was spectacular because it wasn't ordinary, as well as excellent, was removed from the menu. Bring it back! Then because we were served a second course that also contained sliced ​​RAW onion, which obviously didn't go well with the gratinated fish.

There were some negative reviews about the curly-haired waitress, but luckily, I didn't experience any issues, so I guess that's understandable.

Everything seemed perfect: I received the official confirmation and even a reminder message the same day. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. We tried to contact the number provided, but it was either non-existent or deactivated, making it impossible to get information or assistance. The situation was extremely difficult for us: there were six of us, with two small children, in Procchio, where there were no other restaurants open that evening. A disappointing and unprofessional experience. The reservation system should be managed with greater care and reliability.

12/10/2025: A small but welcoming place. The Etruscan rabbit was exceptional, and the beef was delicious. The side dishes were also delicious. The desserts were the final touch: exquisite tiramisu and a surprising hazelnut semifreddo. The waiter was very professional and helpful.

07/08/2025: This hotel is 25 minutes from the Duomo, but very closed to the theatre and the tramway, so depends on where you want to go. They do bot have their own parking, and outsource their parking, which needs 1 hour notice in advance. Rooms are okay, but their mattress is stiff and you can feel the spring, and they don't have thinner pillows. It's not comfortable for sleep. And they are not very eco-friendly, they don't recycle in rooms and the air conditioning doesn't turn off when you open the windows, electricity doesn't get cut off when you exit.

25/09/2025: Passing through Pisa, we made a befitting stop at Rino's. Greeted by the ever-smiling and courteous wait staff, we ordered a tagliata with parmesan and arugula, stockfish with Pisan-style potatoes, and fried calamari, plus two sides of potatoes and fried mushrooms. The tagliata was incredibly tender, expertly cooked, the calamari flavorful and tender, and the stockfish simply sublime. Generous portions accompanied by crispy, freshly baked bread. It's a shame to go to Pisa and not enjoy Alessio Marcato's expert cuisine. See you next time.

17/09/2025: Unfortunately, I can only give it 2 points because: 1. The pizzas are good, but not outstanding. 2. The pappardelle with wild boar was unfortunately cold, or lukewarm at best. 3. The seafood starters were forgettable; ice-cold and tasteless mussels served with cold squid in cold and equally tasteless spinach. Accompanied by a horribly dry whole-wheat baguette. Tip: The chef should perhaps spend more time in the kitchen chatting than on the terrace. But: The server was very friendly, quick, and attentive. Nevertheless, we won't be going there again.

09/09/2025: Very friendly, attentive staff. Delicious dishes that can be combined. From the terrace, you can look across the street into the distance. Free parking is available right in front of the pizzeria. In addition to pizza, there is a wide variety of Tuscan dishes. We would be happy to come back.
