17/03/2026: We went for lunch on a Saturday, and there are fixed-price menus for lunch. Two or three courses, starting at €19 and ending at €30. The place is very nice; we were in the downstairs room. We ate really well and were pleasantly surprised by the fact that, despite having ordered fixed-price menus, the quality of the food was excellent and the portions generous. Compliments also to the ladies serving. We'll definitely be back.

23/02/2026: We chose the maximum 9-course menu. I don't know if it was because there were only a few of us in the restaurant or if it should be counted differently, but we must have tasted about twenty items and left feeling full. Some were very good (bark, savory crème brûlée, salted crème caramel, artichoke, tortellini), some were more anonymous (the fish soups at the beginning), and some I personally didn't like. Specifically, some dishes (e.g., spaghetti with Versilian pesto) used helichrysum, which has a very distinctive flavor. And yesterday I discovered that I don't like helichrysum. In general, there are many dishes that lean toward the bitterness. My wife, who chose the gluten-free menu, had a spectacular bread. At the end, the chef came out and lingered for a very pleasant conversation. If you were spending €100 each, it would be highly recommended. We spent €340 for two with two glasses of regular sparkling wine. In my opinion it's too much

22/02/2026: The pasta was outstanding - I had “big spaghetti” with ragu and mushrooms. The service was a little dismissive, but we did go at a busy time. Great location to come from/go to the next tourist spot.

14/02/2026: Wwwooowww!!! A place with an unparalleled view. To say it's wonderful is simply an understatement. Excellent, high-quality food. The menu consists of just a few dishes, but they're executed excellently. We had the steak, which was extraordinary; the mushroom squares with sausage and pumpkin, which I highly recommend; two side dishes, one of which was delicious sautéed vegetables; and finally, a sampling of delicious desserts. I'd say the service was special because the owner is truly a wonderful and kind person, and he's incredibly friendly, and meeting people like that these days is rare. A welcome that embraced me. We promised each other we'd return; we've discovered a place we love.

08/02/2026: Excellent wine selection. As for the food, the prices are very high and the quality is poor. For example, a second course of tripe was tasteless and tough, costing €25. I won't be returning, even if they invite me for free in response to this review.

08/03/2026: Just a regular pizza. IT’S NOT THE SAME TASTE PIZZA OF NAPOLES! But it’s a nice regular pizza. You should try the Da Michele pizzeria from Naples, is the best pizza of the world! Unfortunately the Firenze da Michele isn’t the same :( Marguerita: €8 Marinara €6,5 Aperol spritz €7 (it’s good)

07/03/2026: Gorgeous meal in Pisa at this lovely little place. We had the “mini pie” and the tagliatelle with pumpkin and mushroom, followed by the stuffed pumpkin flowers and the slow cooked beef. Just wonderful. The square was buzzing and joyful, and the service charming and passionate about the food and delicious wine. Much recommended and great value. Exactly what you want from eating in Italy. Simple, well made and delicious food from great ingredients.
