25/07/2025: We chose this restaurant because it was top 1 on trip advisor. But unfortunately the experience was something else entirely. Waiters who were busy with orders, and were far from professional. 2 out of 3 got their food, after a while found out that the last meal was sold out. When we told them, the waiter was impatient and had to apologize that there was a lot to do. The bill was wrong and they wanted to pay for food we didn't get.

24/07/2025: A brief stop on a scorching day before our walking tour for some liquid refreshments. Four slush drinks later and four satisfied and slightly more hydrated people were ready for their tour.

11/10/2025: Great experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, ready to satisfy every request. The pici are amazing, the authentic handmade ones. Good wine list. Highly recommended.

06/10/2025: The restaurant doesn't overlook the Bagno Vignoni thermal baths, but is located on a side street a few dozen meters away. The location is central yet quiet, with tables in a small courtyard directly on the pedestrian street, which doesn't cause any disturbance. Very good crostini, carefully prepared first and second courses, sometimes with unusual pairings. Good wine selection. Friendly and welcoming staff.

11/10/2025: We dined here with our Italian friend and truly enjoyed the experience — the dishes were authentic and beautifully captured the flavors of classic, old-style Italian cuisine. It felt like a genuine taste of Tuscany!

02/09/2025: I'm staying in the area and chose this place based on reviews. I made a reservation, and it's best to do so. It's just off the main square of this beautiful village. The location is very quaint, both inside and out. The welcome is friendly, but a bit touristy. The traditional Tuscan dishes are well-executed, with modest portions. The traditional onion soup, which isn't on the menu, is very good. If you're passing through Casale, it's definitely an option worth considering.

17/10/2025: We like to thank the staff at La Madia for their incredible service, most specially Ryan who took care of us on October 15. We came back tonight , October 16 and brought our priest and Her Excellency Lieutenant of the Dames and Knights of the Holy Sepulcher. We were here in Firenze for 3 days from the US for the Jubilee Year Pilgrimage. We just chanced on LaMadia walking back to our Hotel the other night. The pasta and seafood were excellent and the service even better. We'd sure recommend your place to our friends who'll be visiting Firenze in the future! Thank you very much!!!

16/10/2025: Very long waiting time for food Sat next to toilets , tablecloth not changed Felt like a production line and factory , food was decent but service sucked

14/10/2025: A very nice and well-kept place, perhaps a little too blue, but a pleasant place to spend an evening. The food was all very good (the grilled fish was remarkable), except for the crema catalana, which was truly amazing. And that's where the waiter's mistake was immediately apparent. When we remarked, he quickly justified himself by saying that they always make it this way and that it was delicious, and they ate it themselves. In short, if he had simply said "Sorry," it would have been better.

10/10/2025: We had dinner for three, and although we didn’t have a reservation, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We ordered several dishes, as seen in the pictures, and everything was cooked perfectly. We hope to return next year to try even more of their delicious offerings!

01/10/2025: What can I say? An evening spent with friends, where we laughed a lot over some of the pizza names... I ordered the Las Vegas pizza, and all my senses were on fire, a combination of flavors, all perfectly paired. The dough was sublime, and despite the pizza being large, its lightness made me want to eat another. Mine was third place out of 500 participants for best pizza maker, but I, gentlemen, would have given them first place. Well done, see you next time, very soon. 24/09/2025: A very nice little place to spend a quiet evening enjoying good food. We were pleasantly surprised by the availability of a tasty gluten-free menu, excellent quality, and helpful staff. I highly recommend it!

29/09/2025: I went to Risto-bar il Caffe and I have to say it was a great experience! The pasta dish was really delicious, and the tordelli my friend had were well-made, everything was super seasoned and full of flavor. The staff was incredibly kind: the young woman who served me was especially helpful, carefully listening to my lactose intolerance and making sure to check directly with the kitchen to make sure everything was suitable for me. The young man and the staff in general were also super nice and welcoming. Plus, they're pet-friendly, which I really appreciated. I absolutely recommend this place, both for the quality of the food and the friendly service. 🌟🐾

28/09/2025: We visited this small restaurant a few days ago during our vacation and highly recommend it. We actually wanted to go to the adjacent In Pasta - Cibo e Convivio. But it was far too busy and crowded, and the waiter was a bit stressed and unfriendly. We're glad we switched to Risto Bar Il Caffe. The waiter was super friendly, quick, and courteous. He also spoke perfect English. We had the spaghetti with burrata and loved it. It was delicious. For dessert, we had panna cotta, which was also very good. The restaurant is also a bit quieter and away from the tourist hustle and bustle. But not too far away. It's a wonderful place to relax after a city tour. It seems to have just reopened, by the way. We would gladly return anytime and can recommend Risto Bar without reservation.

20/08/2025: I had dinner with a large family. The place was magnificent. We arrived 5 minutes before sunset and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service from the girls was excellent! The food was very good. I can't wait to go back! The restaurant is in the countryside, a very peaceful place to relax in nature.

12/10/2025: The two of us went and had one appetizer, one pasta, one steak, and one dessert. The portions were just right, and the food was delicious and presented beautifully. And the view was amazing. You could see the dome and bell tower.

06/10/2025: An outstanding setting with succulent dishes! Tried the ravioli di ricotta and the maialino arrrosto were delicious. Save room for the torta della momma. Great views of town. Reservations advised. Highly recommended

10/09/2025: We were nine people and one person didn’t get her Food when the others did 10 minutes ago and when she told the waiter he missunderstood that she didn’t want it but she tried to say that she didn’t get it. And a salad didn’t arrive on time and the other didn’t even arrive. Altough the Food was great.

22/08/2025: Friendly and helpful staff! We went two nights in a row. Good value! The first and second courses were plentiful and delicious. We'll be back at the first opportunity.

04/10/2025: The service left much to be desired. We ordered two glasses of wine and they lost our order; we ordered two appetizers and they lost our order again (which arrived after an hour). Finally, we ordered tiramisu: incredible but true, if I hadn't gone to ask about our dessert after 45 minutes, it would never have arrived. Still, we ate well, and the place is gorgeous.

26/09/2025: Everything was delicious, the staff was friendly but always professional. The liqueurs offered at the end of the meal were highly appreciated, especially the milk one.

16/10/2025: A really great restaurant. We ate there twice. All the dishes were freshly prepared and delicious. Lots of local regulars. Delicious and affordable pizza straight from the wood-fired pizza oven.

12/10/2025: Good food, simple but welcoming atmosphere, very friendly staff. Very family-friendly atmosphere, excellent prices.
