I migliori ristoranti di cucina mediterranea in Toscana

03/06/2025: Locale raccolto e gradevole, personale cortese; abbiamo preso il menù degustazione più completo "greatest hits" (130€). Iniziamo con alcune amuse-bouche semplici ma gradevoli (notevole il "biscotto" con mousse al baccalà); seguono piatti a mio parere non tutti di livello adeguato: emergono la quaglia con crema caramel ai funghi, il risotto mandorle e fagiano e il superbo petto di piccione con tarte di melanzane e ricotta affumicata; niente di eclatante gli altri piatti e deludente la "zuppa inglese nocciole e salvia", che in sè è interessante solo per l'accostamento di sapori ma risulta piuttosto "povero"; in sostanza una cena piacevole ma l'aspettativa era più elevata.

15/03/2025: Sarò sincero. Non penso di tornare. Locale piccolo, quasi angusto. Servizio attento, cucina precisa, ma non entusiasmante. Carta dei vini locale, forse troppo. Tutto bene, ma se devo fare il confronto, non ne parliamo.

16/05/2025: Ottimo pranzo con prodotti fatti in casa, servizio gentile e non invadente, atmosfera curata da trattoria tipica di un borgo molto caratteristico. Prezzo giusto. Consigliato!

25/04/2025: Locale piccolo e carino nel borgo storico. Ottimo sformato di porri e filetto al pepe verde. Noi abbiamo sofferto il servizio, troppo tempo tra i primi e i secondi piatti, tanto che abbiamo rinunciato a dolce e caffè perché eravamo troppo stanchi per l'attesa.

28/04/2025: Locale particolare ed arredato con grande personalità, senza dimenticare comfort e funzionalità: piacevolissimo. Menu interessante anche per la particolarità degli ingredienti, con un accento sui prodotti della stagione e del territorio e completato da un discreto numero di piatti del giorno basati su ingredienti decisamente non comuni (la sera della mia visita venivano proposti, tra gli altri, il lupacante di Orbetello e gli sconcigli). La scelta risulta ampia, sia di terra che di mare. Disponibili anche soluzioni per i celiaci. Cucina ottima, giustamente all’altezza degli ingredienti. Porzioni assolutamente non risicate, secondo una giusta logica per cui se una cosa è buona non è bello limitarsi ad un assaggio. Conto più che corretto, specialmente considerando la qualità e la cura delle proposte. Consigliatissimo.

11/06/2025: Upscale, as are the prices. The menu was very bland. There was no drinks menu, which is ridiculous. The restaurant has a bit of a posh vibe, but doesn't really pull it off.

26/05/2025: Prese tre pizze da asporto : orribile la prosciutto e funghi con prosciutti e funghi buttati sopra (e crudi) immagino a pizza cotta. Pareva quasi un prodotto ancora da "assemblare" : finita purtroppo direttamente nel cestino . Non so ai tavoli cosa viene servito dal pizzaiolo ma spero non siano le stesse pizze....

09/06/2025: Osteria San Francesco is a marvel. Recommended by a dear local friend. It is located in the center of Pontremoli, a small town in Lunigiana. Excellent service, sublime dishes, nice location, normal price, absolutely not to be missed.

24/05/2025: Cultural staple. You can’t go to Salerno without having one of their brioches (medium size, which has a strip of custard on top) with any of their gelato flavors. Recommend the nocciotella. And don’t forget the panna!

10/06/2025: A super nice restaurant with a truly wonderful hostess (she speaks German, by the way ;)). The food was fantastic (the best pizza we've ever eaten) and the value for money is excellent. We went there twice in a row because we felt so comfortable there. There's also free parking just 5 minutes away. We returned after two years, and the quality hasn't changed at all. It's still delicious!

06/06/2025: You can never go wrong by going here, excellent cleanliness in the room, abundant breakfast and all the staff from the waiters to the receptionist always available for every need

09/06/2025: A little insider tip, as almost exclusively locals eat there. The prices are super reasonable for what you get. The food was perfectly prepared, tasted amazing, and looked very good too. The only downside for anyone who doesn't speak Italian or doesn't want to use a translation app: the menu is entirely in Italian!

23/03/2025: Sono stata ieri sera, tutto molto buono, e finalmente un ristorante per noi intolleranti al lattosio! Menù molto chiaro, prodotti senza lattosio o naturalmente senza lattosio. Camerieri molto gentili e preparati. Bravi continuate così!

06/06/2025: Testé ce midi en famille... déjà l'endroit est magnifique avec un intérieur tout en bois et brique, les jambons pendus, les desserts qui sentent bon... Tout ce qu'on a pris étaient: -bons -copieux -à un prix vraiment raisonnable -que du fait maison Pour ne rien gâcher, un service agréable et souriant. Vraiment une très bonne adresse, je recommande!

03/06/2025: We spontaneously visited this wonderful restaurant and were absolutely thrilled with the food. The pasta was delicious, and the meat was super tender. The tiramisu and the pistachio and nocciola semifreddo were truly delicious! The service was very friendly. We would definitely come back. Era buonissimo, grazie mille!
