We had amazing and so special Pizza, one of the best we had so far. Dough is super delicious and the toppings are so special and well planned, highly recommended. Also the desserts are amazing. The service was very friendly and attentive.

We returned after 2 months, taking a Chianina Tartare as a starter and shared 2 pizzas (one steamed with Burrata and Raw Ham and one Roman-style dough with Meat and Vegetables) and 2 good lager beers on tap, it's a shame about the lack of air conditioning in the internal rooms.

We celebrated my husband's birthday and dined at this pizzeria for the third time. The selection of gourmet and classic pizzas (chosen for the Tuesday special) is excellent, accompanied by delicious craft beers. The desserts are sublime, like the tiramisu a modo mio and the Mojito baba. Highly recommended!

I was staying at a local B&B. I was looking for a nearby pizzeria for dinner, and Lo Spela came up... I got there and from the road I thought, "Where the hell have I ended up?" Then, further ahead, turning my bike around to park, I saw a parking lot with signs for "down/under." I got out, and finally found it: shaded parking, a large veranda for those who want to eat outside, but above all, excellent food and delicious pizzas... and friendly staff with quick service... 6 💫

It's a trattoria attached to the grocery store (cured meats, cheeses, and other local products), as is traditional in Tuscany, but with a certain refinement in the decor while still maintaining the look of an old-fashioned trattoria. We enjoyed the potato tortelli with ragù—the most flavorful I've ever had—the sliced ​​beef so tender it melted in your mouth, and the crispy, light fried zucchini flowers. The service was prompt, courteous, and professional; we'll definitely be back again.
