Impasto TOP, it's a little out of the way for those in Florence, but it's worth the trip. Delicious, original pizzas, wine, desserts. Everything is good and original 👍

Very nice place, I expected a good pizza, but instead... IT WAS PHENOMENAL. A very nice and helpful girl served me, I think her name was Iris (beautiful name!), and after explaining the menu and format of the pizzeria with a big smile, I opted for the tasting menu, which she noticed, explained, and served. Pizzas this good already exist, even if they're not around the corner, but I find that girl's kindness and preparation even harder to find. This place is a great find, even if it's a bit hidden. GREAT!

Very good and unique pizza. We came here looking for gluten-free pizzas and were very pleased, especially the kids. Congratulations! We'll definitely be back if we have the pleasure of visiting the area again. Well done!

Truly a wonderful evening! The staff is friendly and willing to explain the differences between the various doughs and pizza types. You can tell the ingredients are chosen based on their characteristics and not simply thrown on the pizza. The dough is wonderful, easy to digest, flavorful, and not too salty. The special double-baked pizzas, which they make, are also very good; they melt in your mouth! I've read some criticisms about them being too pretentious or that the prices are high. These people clearly have no understanding of the quality and authenticity of this group! Furthermore, the prices of the classic pizzas are more reasonable than many other competitors, even those at much lower prices. Keep up the good work, keep your heads held high, you deserve it!

Well, I have to say, nothing exciting compared to a menu that puts on airs with prices that can reach over €25 per pizza. The classic pizza dough wasn't bad, but instead of roasted ham, my pizza had standard (average) cooked ham cold from the refrigerator, which immediately chilled my pizza. I suspect the steamed dough is frozen, but I'm not sure. Some extras were added to the bill, which were later removed after careful consideration. Friendly service. In short, I think if you're a remote pizzeria and want those prices, either you're impeccable or you're better off keeping your prices low.

A great place to eat a great pizza. I've tried them all myself, and they're definitely good. The only drawback is the high prices for the Roman-style and steamed pizzas, while the Neapolitan-style pizza is in line with many other places. Reservations are recommended.
