We went there on Sunday, and we're back again (Tuesday). It's excellent, very calm, and fantastic! Well done to the team! Keep up the good work! However, we went back and ordered the set menu with a super spicy dish without being warned... so that's a shame! Just order the pasta; it's excellent, but not the meat dish.

I ordered the paparedelle al sugo di nana, and it was delicious. Cooked to perfection, and the sauce was very original and flavorful. We received a very warm welcome from the waiter, who was very friendly and attentive.

Very friendly staff. Very cute and quaint atmosphere. My husband and I had appetizers, steak, and cantucci with vin santo. Everything was really good.

Although the food was impeccable as we ate very well, we were very disappointed to still pay an extra €30 for two glasses of wine and water when we had a smartbox with a menu included.

04/08/2026: Fantastic pizzeria, very good, the classic dough reminded me of my grandmother's pizza, which was made at home in the countryside, exceptional and very tasty and worth trying because it deserves it. My only advice is to modernise a little more, not too much, little by little, and you will become number 1.

The food was excellent, the portions were just right, and the service was friendly and attentive throughout. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere and was clearly popular, so reservations are highly recommended. If you’re looking for a memorable meal in Florence, put Ristorante Il Guscio on your list—you won’t regret it.
