Located in the historic center, it doesn't look like much from the outside, but then you enter and find the warmth of the osteria, the owner and staff are extremely kind and efficient, courteous, cheerful, and kind. It felt like you'd known them forever. We came from Mantua and Verona to try the Pappa col pomodoro and the tripe... everything excellent. Highly recommended. Prices are the same as elsewhere in the area.
Parking is difficult to find outside the restricted traffic zone.

We had dinner taking the Pisano tasting menu, with a trio of Pisan tapas appetizers, a first course with ragù with Pisan mucco and a second course of Pisan mucco in red wine with mashed potatoes, we added a bottle of wine (very good) and a hand-cut tartare, and we really had a great time, it is a journey of flavors from the appetizer to the second course, really good and the price is also right, we had a very good time, highly recommended.

A well-kept, clean, yet casual restaurant just steps from the tower.
A wide selection of dishes on the menu, including many traditional Tuscan dishes.
The staff is friendly and smiling. Service is quick despite the busy Saturday night.
The price is reasonable for the quality and quantity of food.

We ate at this lovely osteria with four adults and two children. The staff was incredibly kind and professional. We had appetizers, first courses, and second courses, and everything was delicious and traditional. Plus, the value for money was excellent!

Service - 5 Stars - Efficient and friendly staff
Menu - 5 Stars - Varied selection, even for children, and menus for those with food intolerances.
