17/04/2026: My 13-year-old review needed updating to say that things have improved after all this time. A varied and imaginative menu that doesn't neglect Tuscan tradition. High-quality products, expertly and skillfully cooked, tasty yet delicate. Elisa is a thoughtful and kind hostess, as well as a first-rate chef. A well-stocked wine cellar and delicious desserts. Excellent value for money.

31/03/2026: A charming restaurant in a medieval tower. The pici with ragù and asparagus and the sliced ​​beef are excellent. Friendly and punctual service.

The fish was fresh, delicious, beautifully cooked, and above all, with a lot of creativity in the pairings. Discovered by chance while passing by in the evening. 01/06/2026: We discovered this typical Tuscan trattoria, and it was a wonderful surprise. The place is very charming, welcoming, and has an authentic atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful from the start. We started with "Gina's Tagliere" for two: generous and truly excellent, the perfect introduction to traditional flavors. Next up were flavorful pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, and simply delicious pici with wild boar ragù. For a drink, I asked for a Coke, and they offered me a homemade Tuscan cola: a truly pleasant discovery, very tasty and unique. What can I say? Excellent food, a genuine atmosphere, and more than fair prices. Highly recommended.

15/03/2026: We visited in mid-March, on a Sunday for lunch in the enchanting San Miniato. The restaurant is beautiful and bright, with large windows overlooking the splendid valley. The wait staff is fabulous, attentive to every need, always kind and professional. It's really hard to express anything about the dishes because they were all so good, with well-defined yet delicate flavors that combined to create a symphony that is hard to forget. High-quality, seasonal ingredients that showcase the local produce. We tried the land tasting, and our 13-year-old daughter was won over by the bottega with dried tomatoes and guinea fowl, duck, and rabbit ragù. Finally, the chef, a wonderful person with kindness in his eyes, was a pleasure to thank for the wonderful lunch. I recommend going, even more than once, to explore the various menus. It's a place that exudes simple, elegant cordiality.

05/05/2026: 😋🍕 Molte buone! Very good food. Loved the spaghetti (we tried the pomodori, ragu and carbonara and they're all very delicious). Also enjoyed the very good pizza's and very good wine. We ordered more than we normally would, because of our last night in Italy, so the price per person is a bit higher. Would definitely recommend eating here 😊.

12/06/2026: The food is incredibly delicious. We had the bruschetta, 2 pizzas, and coffee with dessert. After less than an hour, we received the bill WITHOUT asking. There was only a 1-minute gap between the bruschetta and the pizza. Tasty, but they had to rush; a real shame.
