02/11/2025: I was recommended this restaurant for a get-together with friends, and I must say, even though I'd been there before, it had been a long time. The first impression, as soon as we entered the room, was of a casual yet clean and tidy place. The staff was absolutely perfect, helpful, precise, and friendly. And lunch? Various appetizers—corrected if I may say so—plenty, good, nothing earth-shattering, but you'll definitely find appetizers to your liking, like meatballs, eggplant or zucchini rolls, cheeses and cured meats, stuffed mushrooms, and these are just my favorites from the multitude of appetizers. It seemed like everything was gone, but instead we moved on to two first courses. Pappardelle with mushrooms, excellent, and Trofii with pistachio, amazing. Finally, a bit of mixed roast beef and lamb, delicious. And to finish, dessert, which I personally didn't order. The price? Well, almost the same as pizza with dessert and chips, but we had a restaurant-quality lunch. Moral of the story: well done, see you again.

12/11/2025: Delicious pizza, thin and dry dough despite the fior di latte mozzarella. Overall, the pizza is light and tasty. Last but not least, you can't taste the yeast or fermented dough (which I've unfortunately found in many pizzerias). So what can I say? Excellent pizza, and above all, at super affordable prices.

09/12/2025: Once we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome that, despite the winter, cheered us up. Matching the warm welcome and cheerfulness of the staff, the meticulously prepared dishes arrived, perfectly cooked and flavorful, far beyond the norm, all topped off by a staff that was more than present, helpful, and above all, friendly. Highly recommended; the chef's skill at grilling is indescribable.

07/11/2025: We went last night to this beautiful restaurant recommended by Fabrizio from Area 51. We had a wonderful time, the food was delicious, and the hospitality was top notch. We felt right at home, if not better! The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Wonderful people!

15/11/2025: I learned about Piero La Sogliola restaurant through some colleagues. They'd raved about chef Piero's dishes, and I have to say they were right. The food is good, tasty, and fresh. They served a variety of appetizers and a few first courses; I couldn't finish them due to the quantity. The local wine was also excellent. The staff was kind and attentive, very knowledgeable. I left satisfied. I recommend trying it.

29/11/2025: My daughter's graduation A wonderful evening thanks to the very kind owner and the staff led by Vincenzo, who were ready to satisfy our every request. The menu was excellent and plentiful. Everything was delicious.

17/11/2025: We visited this restaurant on a Saturday, at a table of four. After calling several times to have our order taken, we finally managed to place our order. The food arrived promptly, but the drinks weren't served with the dishes; we had to ask twice for them. After we finished the appetizers, the first courses were served, but the table hadn't yet been cleared. Although the staff noticed we were finished, no one came to collect our plates. The food was overall acceptable and the value was reasonable, but the service could be improved, especially in the management of the drinks and the attention to the tables.

08/11/2025: Beautiful restaurant with a stunning terrace to admire the most beautiful sunset in this area. We found the service very friendly, the seafood dishes high-quality and presented with impeccable care. Even the desserts were truly top-notch (must try)!!! Excellent value for money. 19/10/2025: The flavor of the dishes we enjoyed was sublime! Our taste buds were in overdrive! A Catania-style pasta dish that had the authentic family flavor, caponata, fried anchovies, sardines alla beccafico, and tuna with lemon sauce. And to top it all off, a cannoli with an amazing cream. All this in a family-friendly and authentic atmosphere. Congratulations to Chanty and her family for their work and their extraordinary ability to satisfy their customers. Top value for money. An experience to repeat.

14/10/2025: A small deduction for the forgotten caponata, and we actually had to get up and order inside because the service simply didn't pay us any attention. Friendly nonetheless. The food and atmosphere were fantastic!

29/10/2025: We will never forget our stay in this magnificent place! The location is quite good, between Mount Etna, Isola Bella, and the Alcantara Gorge. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is plentiful. The dinner menu offers healthy and varied dishes. There is also a swimming pool and a reading area. While the Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms, it is available in the breakfast and dinner areas. This is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience. I highly recommend it.

17/10/2025: The accommodation is beautifully landscaped. The room is clean and spacious. Tanja is very friendly and helpful at breakfast. She also speaks German. As a German, you'll need plenty of time at the restaurant. From appetizer to main course, it takes 1.5 hours. They said that's normal in Sicily. 🤔 We'll see, we'll try a different restaurant tomorrow.

17/11/2025: We received a very warm welcome during the off-season! The food was delicious and very reasonably priced; I recommend the Pizza Mojito and the homemade Parfait Mandorle for dessert. Good portions and a friendly, family atmosphere. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back. Grazie!

07/12/2025: A beautiful Harry Potter-themed location, which fans will fully appreciate. The staff is friendly and helpful. We bought two Godrics (mixed grill and fries). Cost: €15 each. Excellent and, for me, quite filling. Highly recommended.

16/11/2025: The place is really nice. If you like the Harry Potter series, you'll find a well-maintained restaurant with truly impeccably decorated corners. The service is friendly and fairly quick. I recommend booking to avoid long waits. The food is good. The burgers served with fries are very tempting and the portions are generous. The flavor is average—honestly, nothing spectacular or memorable—but overall, I had a good dinner. The price is in line with other similar restaurant-pubs.
