03/06/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us by a local who we chatted with at a nearby cafe, so we were looking forward to trying it out. We ordered gnocchi pasta dish with tomato sauce, which tasted homely, had great comforting flavour. We also ordered a tagliatelle dish with mushrooms and truffle, and this tasted incredible. I only gave 4 out of 5 starts because we found a long hair in the tagliatelle, which was disappoiting. Also perhaps a more expensive restaurant than others in the town.

24/04/2026: The B&B recommended this place to us, and I can assure you, the food is excellent. We chose two pizzas (a paesina and a salmon one) and they served them quickly. The atmosphere is very relaxed, so you can chat and enjoy the food.
12/04/2026: I had the opportunity to dine with a group of friends at the Ariston restaurant in Enna and would like to share my experience. The pizza was truly delicious, a plus! As for the prices, I found them to be reasonable for the area, which is a positive aspect. Overall, a pleasant experience.

05/05/2026: Expectations were high, but then... an absolute disaster: the mixed seafood grill was of questionable freshness; it was dry and stale, like leftovers from someone who couldn't bring themselves to eat it. The spaghetti with strange ingredients was so overcooked it became mush. The mixed meat grill consisted of a skewer of pork pieces, a small slice of beef with long-shriveled edges, a sausage, and a chicken breast so thin and dry it looked like leftovers. We were incredibly hungry, and the stomach aches were even worse for those who ate the spaghetti...
If the owners had a real chef, this wouldn't have happened. We definitely won't set foot in the restaurant again.

The dishes are generous and delicious.
The decor is very nice.
The prices are reasonable.
It has the ambiance of a Sicilian restaurant.
The staff is very welcoming and professional. Plus, they're very pleasant.

However, the owner offers you a bruschetta while you wait for your meal, without giving you a choice. He then charges you €2 per person for it! There's no wine list, so you have no idea about the prices.
The owner is far from pleasant.
We do not recommend this establishment.

We asked for a bottle of water and they didn't bring it.
€1.50 cover charge is excessive, even if it had a sea view.
Furthermore, the prices are exorbitant and don't match the quality of the food.
The food isn't good quality; the sausages were cold, tasted like they were from the fridge, and there was too much oil on the pizza.
The sausages were badly cut.
The fries were incredibly salty.
I even have a stomachache, and I've had heartburn.
Besides that, the staff is very kind and respectful... the atmosphere is lovely, but the prices and everything else are awful.
I felt like my money was stolen.
Have a nice day.

09/11/2025: Today I went to the outlet and, like always, I had lunch at FudSud. I had a first course with arugula pesto and tuna, which was truly exceptional. My girlfriend had a slice of salmon with basmati rice. It was good, but honestly, given the price, they could have made the portion a little larger. Overall, it was an excellent lunch.
09/11/2025: We've been to this self-service restaurant several times, but since I'm celiac, I had table service and chose gnocchi with tuna and cherry tomatoes. It was excellent, simple yet full of flavor.
My compliments for the quality of your dishes and the kindness of those who welcomed us. For us, you'll always be a culinary must-visit during our shopping trips to the Sicilia Outlet Village. Well done!
