What can I say? Sicilian flavors in a sandwich, pani cunzatu, pizzolo, or bruschetta...all superb. Kudos to all the girls. I return to Noto often and will always eat at your place.

Everything was delicious; we had several sandwiches, excellent value for money. €12.50 is a decent lunch. What struck me most was the interior atmosphere: colorful, warm, friendly, and cheerful. The employees (not on drugs) were very good.

During a stop at Apputia d’Ercole in Noto, we sampled some truly delicious crostini with Cantabrian anchovies and a truly exquisite caponata. Everything was prepared with taste and great quality, in a memorable balance of flavors.
The staff was very friendly and kind, welcoming us in a spontaneous and pleasant way. A delightful little stop, absolutely memorable.

Very good food. It's located in a nice part of town. Good service. I ordered a salad, and I have to say it could have been topped with more ingredients; it was a bit simple, but overall good.

Good sandwich shop near the main sights. We had a sandwich, a pizzolo and a Caponata. All were nice, but the caponata was what we would go back for. Service was efficient and friendly.

I ordered the Abbinirichi, and it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. The bread was fantastic. The ricotta was fresh and so different from the watery stuff I buy in the supermarket. The pistachio spread...divine! I'll dream about this sandwich for years to come.
