01/01/2025: We ended up here three times in one day! Lunch was the fried mixed plate and an arancino al ragù, followed by busiate alla norma. Later we had a coffee and came in one last time for dolci.

14/01/2025: Serata di Capodanno da non ripetere mai più. Valore della serata 95€ p.p con cibo immangiabile,l unico buono era quello dei bambini. Peccato perché il locale merita. Mi dispiace ma non ci ritornerò ne per capodanno ne per un altra occasione e neppure posso consigliarlo. Non capisco, cosa cambia tra un matrimonio e un cenone?dato che per gli eventi abbiamo mangiato sempre bene.

26/12/2024: I relied on this structure to celebrate my daughter's 18th and I found myself not well, but very well. The spacious and well-furnished rooms provided a splendid setting for the event. The owner was available to guarantee the service even on the evening of December 25th, an element not to be overlooked. The food was very good. A truly more than positive balance sheet. If you don't know this place, you absolutely must go.

22/10/2024: We went because the reviews were quite good. The food is OK, but nothing more than basic home cooking. We paid €10 for vegetables and we got a plate of watery and overcooked cavalo nero. Unless you are too tired to walk further into town I would skip this restaurant

28/09/2024: Best restaurant in the area with a great welcome, don't hesitate to take a detour before visiting the Roman villa which is 4 km away. Good and inexpensive, everything is homemade 🤗

17/10/2024: Ho scoperto questo ristorante grazie alla segnalazione di un mio collega. Io e mia moglie abbiamo passato una splendida cena in un locale accogliente con una bella atmosfera. Abbiamo cenato con un menù degustazione incentrato su una cucina del territorio che strizza l'occhio alla contemporaneità. Se passate dalle parti di Caltabellotta non perdetevi questa perla!

07/10/2024: Our resort recommended lunch here for an authentic Italian meal and boy did they deliver! We had wine and the tasting menu. The starters and pasta were amazing. The meat was good. Cannolis were delish. We also had the best service of our 2 weeks in Italy. Decor is adorable as well. It used to be an olive oil factory and they have some old machinery displayed. We even bought some olive oil to bring home as that was tasty as well. You must go here if in the area. We were staying in Sciacca and it was worth the drive.

23/03/2025: The facade of the restaurant does not do justice to the interior. A contemporary and elegant venue, the professional service wouldn't go amiss if it were more confidential and offered primarily the fresh fish on the counter, good and plentiful dishes, and a vast choice of wines.

07/04/2025: I went to this place with high expectations because of the reviews, but the service wasn't very good. I don't know if it was because he was busy, but he slapped the bag of aperitif bread on the table... He just stretched out his hand and walked away while talking to other customers... I kept looking at the staff to order, but none of the staff came to take my order, so I kept waiting and eventually went to the counter and ordered. At other restaurants in a similar price range, they come up to us and recommend a menu before 5 minutes have passed, but that's not the case at this place. I felt bad even before I ate my food. It was my first time eating couscous, and the fish was soft and not too salty, so it was delicious. There are some comments about friendliness in other reviews, but I think people will have different opinions. If you go there with a casual restaurant atmosphere in mind, you'll probably be fine, and most of the other customers came with friends and ate casually. However, if you go there thinking about friendliness and good service, you will likely be disappointed.

06/04/2025: Despite the delicious and well-presented food, the service left a lot to be desired. I wonder if this is because Italian is not our native language or if it is simply bad. We reported that we were not charged for one of the wines and one of the waters we ordered and we got the impression that they were irritated by their mistake and in the end did not correct it and charged less than what was due. In short, it is not worth the stress despite the delicious food.

24/03/2025: In Cerda they make artichoke-based meals and everyone focuses on quantity. In this restaurant they focus on quality. So less abundant dishes but more refined in taste, less ordinary. Good everything including the price.

23/03/2025: Excellent food quality. Owner and waiters very kind and available to our every request. Price in line with the quality and quantity of food. I will definitely return.

13/04/2025: AVOID. The place is filthy, and the owner put his hands in our food while we were eating. The bowl they served bread in was caked in month’s worth of dust. Probably never cleaned. When the food did arrive it was undercooked and cold. The owner then approached the table and picked up my boyfriend’s food from his plate and tried to feed it to him. When he was asked what he was doing. He then ate the food for himself. He seemed to think because he’s the owner this was okay as he laughed at us. Disgusting Man. When we told the waiter and left immediately after this, we could tell this wasn’t the first time people have left probably due to similar behaviour. I’ve never had such a vile experience.

20/02/2025: Now a fixed stop for special occasions, in fact I returned, after having already eaten here several times, with my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. I was highly satisfied like the other times. The quality of the food is high, and is reflected in the incredible taste of the dishes prepared. We ate a delicious mussel soup, and spaghetti with sea urchins, which were DEVASTATING. Furthermore, the room was very elegant and intimate, and the staff was kind and friendly. I hope this level never drops.

21/03/2025: We celebrated my daughter's graduation here, it was a pleasant and very positive experience. Very varied menu, abundant portions, top quality raw materials, excellent service. I would gladly recommend it to everyone. We will definitely be back to try the pizza.
