14/04/2026: I spent Easter lunch at Singola and it was a truly impeccable experience. I particularly enjoyed the appetizer and the wine pairing, which was truly spot-on. What really made the difference was the kindness of the service: you could sense passion, attention, and a genuine smile. I will definitely be back.

18/04/2026: We returned to Scoglitti after a few years for lunch at Sakalleo. The quality of the ingredients is evident in the very fresh raw seafood appetizers. The hot appetizers and first courses are equally delicious. Professional service, carefully supervised by the owner. An excellent experience; reservations are recommended.

01/05/2026: It can all be explained in one word... EXCEPTIONAL We ate some delicious pizzas made with quality ingredients, but I'd like to highlight the gluten-free pizza, made with homemade dough. It's the best I've ever eaten... highly recommended. I'll be back.

30/04/2026: None of the reviews were credible for us, a party of 4. Went tonite to visit the restaurant at 8:15 pm and they said they were closed. Online said they close at 10:30pm Very disappointed! I found it interesting that now you're communicating in English...the man in the door said CLOSED in English! You were in the middle of the restaurant speaking italian...hard to hear you. Nothing else to add.

08/05/2026: A truly charming little place located in a narrow alleyway in Modica. Friendly staff, fairly quick service, and excellent food quality...the ingredients are expertly blended, resulting in true culinary masterpieces. We'll definitely be back. Recommended!

17/04/2026: The property is located in the open countryside, on a hill in the Hyblaean Mountains. Easily accessible via GPS, and the property's signage is helpful. There's a final stretch of about 500 meters of dirt road, but it's not too difficult. This review is based on the Sunday lunch. Good food, well-portioned, including an appetizer, first course, second course with second course, small dessert, and coffee. €28 per person. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful views of the countryside stretching to the sea and the slopes of Mount Etna. Ample free parking. Recommended.

10/04/2026: Great food as everyone here says. We sat outdoors in a quiet corner just off the street next to the church. Benvenuto tasting pieces before the meal. We had the lamb cutlets and pork shin for lunch. All perfecto!

08/04/2026: Sicilian hospitality at its finest: Cucina & Vino While searching for authentic Sicilian cuisine, I came across the restaurant Cucina & Vino. My conclusion: The food and wine selection, as well as the service and ambiance, are absolutely first-class. The family-run charm of this establishment is particularly noteworthy: While the father attentively and courteously serves the guests, his wife and son ensure excellent culinary delights in the kitchen. A visit that impressed in every respect – we are already looking forward to our next time at Cucina & Vino.

22/03/2026: I walked away feeling ripped off - especially since this was the first restaurant I’ve encountered in two weeks that sought a tip - starting at 24%. I found this place using the Michelin app and it currently has a 4.6 rating on Google. I got the “SHEEP MEAT /ENDIVE /BAKED RICOTTA CHEESE.” I didn’t know what to expect, but most other dishes were made from organs so I hoped to play it safe. The waiter described the sheep meat as a “pot pie,” made from different sheep meat “textures.” In essence, it was a compilation of sheep (lamb?) stripes and what appeared to me minced of sheep meet. It was ok, but nothing exciting. The “endive, baked ricotta” portion of the meal was a a small salad. The endive was boiled and impossible to cut. The taste of the ricotta was lost on bitterness of the endive. This certainly was not a Michelin not a Google 4.6 experience.

10/04/2026: Perfect! Everything we tried was amazing. Octopus, artichokes, caccio e peppe, spaghetti with anchovies, capers and botarga. Very friendly service. Kudos for the real bread!
