15/05/2025: I give one more star because the prices are absurdly low, and despite this the quality does not suffer (at least apparently as far as we are concerned). We spent 17 each for chips, coke and wine, two first courses, two second courses, a bitter. Portions are just the right size. You leave full, yes! The guys at the tables are very kind. Maximum wait between one course and the next is 15 minutes. Unique flaws: scooters whizzing by a few centimeters from the sidewalk where you eat, a fight always the order of the day near the betting center opposite.

25/05/2025: Servizio cortesissimo, cibo ottimo e atmosfera calda e accogliente, torneremo di sicuro! La pizza è davvero buona, inoltre hanno opzioni senza glutine e senza lattosio. Rapporto qualità prezzo conveniente.

21/05/2025: Locale elegante e ben curato. Vasta selezione di vini. Servizio puntuale e impeccabile. Ingredienti freschi e piatti abbondanti. Opzioni senza glutine molto valide. Personale gentile e dispobile, un ringraziamento alla dolce signora Cristina, che ci ha fatti sentire come a casa.

08/05/2025: There were two of us and we stopped for lunch. I took the swordfish which was a miserable, totally tasteless and dry slice for €13. The grilled fish had the same problem: a small piece of fish and 3 cloying prawns for €15. As a side dish I had the fennel salad: half a fennel roughly chopped with a drizzle of oil: €3. We were truly dissatisfied and saddened. We do not recommend the place.

02/05/2025: Risotto pescatore and fish arrosto misto was not fresh. It was too hard, we didn't like it.

08/03/2025: We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday, a splendid evening, highly qualified staff, excellent dishes, also paying attention to the guests who for various reasons had not tasted anything from the chosen menu, in fact no one remained hungry. Everything has been adorned with attention to detail in a beautiful and elegant way. The owners are available and attentive to everything and everyone. Everything was perfect! 15/02/2025: Elegant venue for any beautiful occasion....! And you can see it from how you can see from the photos! We ate there, super Valentine's Day menu that is yesterday... what can I say, simply wonderful from the polite staff, to the owner of the house as well as Carmelo and his whole family who are wonderfully kind, they satisfied us in everything... they know how to do it great! We had fun, we also danced, ate great, everything was excellent, freshly prepared, genuine stuff! So the eye also wants its part... see you next time 😘

24/05/2025: Consigliatoci dalla struttura dove alloggiavamo, questo luogo è ideale per potere fermarsi e mangiare in serenità. L'accoglienza della titolare (e del cuoco) amichevole, il locale è arredato come nell'antica tradizione dei piccoli centri, e con 'ottima scelta di non mettere una televisione in sala che distrae dalla conviviali. Un ottima e soffusa musica accoglie il viandante che si ferma a mangiare. La scelta del menù è ampia e soddisfa tutte le esigenze. Piatti classici come il passato di fave "macco", ed antipasti ricchi e saporiti della cucina tradizionale. Ottimi i primi e succulenti i secondi. Cortesia e qualità. Da non sottovalutare finalmente un tovagliato che non è fatto di carta, per risparmiare. Il prezzo invita a ritornare sicuramente, ma non è questo il motivo, è la bontà delle pietanze e la cortesia con cui si viene accolti. é in centro, ed il parcheggio è facile da trovare.

17/05/2025: We stayed at Sayonara beach for two days straight and liked it a lot. The staff is very friendly and the area is well taken care of. The toilets could be cleaner and might need a renovation though

16/02/2025: Excellent choice 👍 we went for lunch, we enjoyed some real delicacies; various well-presented starters of excellent quality, first course: homemade macaroni in black pork sauce, second course: mixed grill, strictly black pork and baked garden potatoes, what can I say, all delicious. Cozy and clean rustic environment; the owner made us feel at home; friendly and helpful staff. The prices are adequate in relation to the quality. We will gladly return to the Badia a Ficarra, however it is a fascinating and elegant location, you can breathe sea and mountain air, you can enjoy a magnificent panorama. I recommend booking the Badia, it is appreciated by many👏

19/10/2024: Exceptional gem of a restaurant. To start with we received a very warm welcome and a peaceful, charming space after a wet and tiring day. We both chose the Chef's Swordfish with mixed grilled veg and salad. Oh my WORD! This chef has serious talent and the fish came with a chickpea puree and a vegetable espuma - delicious and wonderfully presented. We were also advised on wine and the Nero d'Avola was the most perfect accompaniment to our meal. We've eaten in several restaurants in Castellammare and this is our standout. We may be back tomorrow! Btw we haven't got to dessert yet!!!

23/05/2025: Ieri sera a cena 22 maggio cercando un ristorante di pesce locale mi sono recaro presso "Il Delfino" .Ragazzi questo splendido locale lo consiglio vivamente a chi viene a Sferracallo a Palermo. I camerieri gentilissimi e simpaticissimi. Il cibo ottimo. Piatti abbondanti, cibo freschissimo e di altissima qualità. Se venite in vacanza da queste parti dovete assolutamente andarci! Voto 10. Sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto.

25/04/2025: We are local, so I can’t say anything about the hotel/rooms, since we had a family lunch in the restaurant. The food is delicious, especially the meat! But I didn't like the pasta. There were few waiters, all the tables were occupied, so we had to wait a long time. A little cramped, we sat back to back((which is probably why it was very noisy! The place is very beautiful, the restaurant is located on the hills, everything is green around! I think you can take a walk there after a hearty lunch.
