Etna Palace is the perfect choice if you're looking for a dream location to create wonderful memories of a special day. And it was our choice for the most important day of our lives. We contacted Chef Carmelo and the incredibly sweet Maria Rosa, who immediately welcomed us with kindness and affection, making us feel at home. Together, we chose the menu, the decorations, and every little detail. Everything was perfect even before we saw it; it's something that shines through and is immediately understood. But the real surprise came later, when the party began. Everything was better than we could have imagined or desired. The room seemed to be made of cotton candy, such is the delicacy and care taken in the decorations. Maria Rosa loves her job, and it shows: she transforms everything she touches into a jewel. The lunch was indescribable: abundant, imaginative, fragrant dishes (and hot, which is not a given!), masterfully prepared by the Chef. We celebrated our wedding on a beautiful day in late May, and despite the fear of the somewhat uncertain weather forecast, everything went perfectly. We want to thank everyone once again: Chef Carmelo, the wonderful Maria Rosa, all the dining room staff, and even those who worked behind the scenes to make our day unforgettable. We chose this location to celebrate our wedding day, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We're truly delighted and grateful for everything they did for us. The venue is simply stunning: pools, fountains, manicured lawns, and a dreamy atmosphere that left all our guests speechless. The food was excellent, and we received countless compliments from our guests, who ate wonderfully from start to finish. A special thank you goes to the owners, whose sweetness, helpfulness, and kindness are rare. Truly beautiful location, clean and welcoming. The only flaws were in the food, I'm not saying it wasn't good, but a little lackluster for the price paid. I honestly expected something more; putting 3 pieces of pasta on the plate seemed really too little.

ENCHANTED EXPERIENCE Etna Palace was a delightful discovery, truly splendid. The location, with its park, outdoor spaces, large fountain, and covered and uncovered verandas, is truly delightful. The interiors are well-kept and very welcoming, as is the staff: Maria Rita and Angela, as well as their brothers in the dining room and kitchen, were excellent hosts. I had the Christmas lunch, which was excellent, from the entrée with a welcome cocktail through to all the other courses. The fried cocktails were delicious, as were the hot and cold appetizers we received (anything but ordinary in their combinations, with a simple yet impeccable potato basket with Russian salad!). The two first courses were exquisite (and I had seconds of both): both the fresh pasta with a delicious Sorrento-style tomato sauce and the asparagus and speck risotto were superbly cooked, textured, flavorful, and savory (and risotto is notoriously difficult!). The second course (a thin rib-eye steak with mushrooms and an exceptional roux: I had seconds of both), accompanied by a baked potato, a treasure trove of delicious broccoli and prosciutto filling, was truly delicious. I would have loved to have had seconds of the desserts, especially the cream puffs, but I managed to restrain myself. The non-alcoholic drink to start, the Montepulciano served at the perfect temperature for eating, and finally the sparkling wine at the end were perfect pairings for the various courses. Add to that the quality-price ratio was absolutely in favor of the quality (elsewhere, at least, the price would have been about twenty euros more!), and I can only recommend going, and returning!
