We dined at this restaurant and the experience was simply fantastic. The restaurant combines Italian cuisine and sushi, but I must say the sushi was truly the star: incredibly fresh, meticulously crafted, balanced in flavor, and impeccably presented. Every bite was a delightful surprise, with a quality you can taste right away and that makes you want to return. Special praise goes to the staff, who are truly exceptional: smiling, attentive, kind, and always available without ever being intrusive. You can sense their professionalism, but also their passion and desire to make their guests feel at home. Service is prompt, the atmosphere welcoming, and attentive throughout the evening. In short, a highly recommended place, especially for those who love meticulously crafted sushi and want to feel pampered by a truly impeccable staff.

Last night we had dinner at the Verdi restaurant, in the outdoor area. We were served by Damiano, an excellent, polite, and friendly guy who made us feel very welcome. Excellent food and atmosphere. We'll be back!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The team, especially Damiano, were incredibly kind and professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The sushi was excellent, and so was the food!

I've had the pleasure of dining there several times in recent months with friends and colleagues, switching from the "all-you-can-eat" sushi menu to the Italian menu. As for the sushi, I absolutely find it among the best in the area, from the simple uramaki to the more elaborate (Pierluigi's special), to the simply delicious nigiri (sea bass is my favorite), and not to mention the octopus balls. All the tempura is dry, crispy, and flavorful! On the Italian menu, I absolutely have to mention the cacio carbonara, an invention of the owner that, besides being a show-off during the course of the dish, is an explosion of aromas and delicacies for the palate. For dessert, I'd mention the tiramisu, millefeuille, and crema catalana, as they are assembled piece by piece by the wait staff upon ordering, creating a moment to remember. I'd also like to mention the particular diligence of Damiano and his wait staff, who are always meticulous in cleaning the table and ensuring customer service, creating a unique and unforgettable experience.
