Retro Gusto In Otranto

Spectacular to say the least! Brand new menu except for a few dishes such as the timeless pappardelle, prawns, almonds and burrata and saffron cream! And what can we say about the mezze sleeves with basil, scampi and crusco pepper! Contrasting but at the same time very balanced flavours! Quality raw materials and staff super kind! Advised !!!

Fomos a este Rest por indicação tripadvisor e ficamos encantados , funcionários atenciosos e a comida uma delícia ! Salada com frutos mar e um risoto tb frutos do mar imperdível , o melhor que comemos nesta viagem ! Vale conferir

In una serata a Otranto da solo, l'hotel dove alloggiavo mi ha consigliato questo ristorante in pieno centro a Otranto, con specialità di pesce freschissimo. La cucina è moderna e ci sono ottimi abbinamenti, ma le porzioni non sono scarse. Ho ordinato un antipasto di cruditè di pesce miste, in cui erano presenti anche una tartare di tonno e una di ombrina che sono state probabilmente le migliori che abbia mai mangiato. Come primo dei tortelloni neri con burrata e gamberi veramente buoni, e per chiudere un dolce a base di pasticciotto scomposto niente male. Prezzi adeguati alla qualità, anche se non economicissimo, aggiungendo un calice di vino ho speso 60 € ma sono uscito pienamente soddisfatto. Personale di sala molto gentile e preparato. Consigliatissimo
