18/03/2026: Kudos to the guys who work there! Delicious pizzas and a wide selection, and they're quickly refilled if they run out, giving everyone a chance to try them. Kudos to the guys for their endless patience, especially when dealing with a Saturday dinner rush with certain types of customers. The place is small inside, and you can't always find a table outside, but you can order takeout and eat it sitting in Piazzetta Santa Chiara or at a table. I highly recommend it, especially for the quality/price ratio, which, considering it's in the historic center, isn't bad at all—in fact, quite the opposite. The pizza with honey-marinated potatoes is definitely a must-try!

A place that takes you away from reality, both for the beauty that surrounds you and the quality of the food served. I think I made the best choice for the location, the food, and the staff. My mom was so happy to celebrate her birthday here. Congratulations again!

A wide selection of the freshest fish, cooked according to Gallipoli's age-old tradition. A welcoming and relaxing atmosphere awaits you within the ancient tuff walls of this restaurant, a regular haunt of ours, where we've never been disappointed. The weighing of the fish is clear and communicated in advance. Today, we specifically enjoyed a white sea bream and roasted cuttlefish: a delight. Occasionally, cheerful voices could be heard from the kitchen staff, and this gave me a sense of the organizational atmosphere here. This isn't a quick-and-easy stop for unsuspecting tourists; it's a place where they serve the freshest fish that's hard to find. Fully satisfied and rewarded with the "divine love" desserts at the end of the meal. I had only heard of Chef Andrea, but today I clearly understood the reason for the unanimous high regard he has earned, well beyond Salento. Well done everyone. A very fair price, considering the quality. Highly recommended. AAA +++

Not much to say: excellent food, top-notch service, attentive customer service, and an elegant atmosphere at reasonable prices. The catch of the day was very much appreciated. 28/02/2026: A lovely little seafood restaurant right in the main square of Castro Marina. Excellent dishes are selected from a simple yet substantial and high-quality menu. Good wine selection. Attentive and attentive service. A very pleasant location both in winter and summer with outdoor seating. Reasonable prices. Parking is a bit difficult, but not impossible.

I also noticed that the chef was not only a good speaker, but also a skilled cook. We were all very pleased with the food served, and I personally returned several times to enjoy more of the delicious dishes. I definitely recommend this place.

Pericle also knows how to recommend dishes perfectly, making you feel immediately at ease and enjoying his wonderful dishes. The atmosphere inside is cozy and comfortable, and in the summer you can also eat outside in the square, where you can admire the beautiful historic center of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy: SPECCHIA. I highly recommend it and would love to return 👍👍👍
