25/09/2025: It's truly a quiet place, excellent home cooking with ingredients just like home, generous portions, impeccable service. The appetizer menu is varied, and the fried fish is excellent. Compliments to the chef; I'll definitely be back next summer.

04/05/2026: I went there for lunch for the first time with friends and family on Sunday, May 3, 2026. We were welcomed into a welcoming atmosphere and immediately felt at home. When the dishes arrived, we were delighted: I had seafood linguine, fried fish, and almond cake. I would recommend everything because everything was so fresh (for example, the fried shrimp peeled easily) and the portions were generous. What can I say: we'll be back! Highly recommended.

03/05/2026: A unique, simple, and peaceful spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The restaurant is located inside an old building with high ceilings. It stands very close to a former tobacco factory, closed at the end of Mussolini's reign: the village was created because of (or thanks to) this factory. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The menu, translated into French, is available online, and the dishes are photographed. Note that the lemon sorbet is not actually a sorbet but a lemon cream. We were lucky enough to try (and thoroughly enjoyed) a homemade local digestif made with wild fennel. We highly recommend this place!

15/01/2026: We got married at Tenuta Lucagiovanni in the summer of 2022, and everything was so perfect that my first thought was, "I can't wait to go back." One of my bridesmaids, who lives in Switzerland, was so impressed that she's getting married there this year, too. And we were finally able to return on December 28, 2025, to celebrate our daughter's baptism. The level of professionalism and attention to detail is hard to find. So many options to choose from, both in terms of menus and decorations. Unparalleled. Super attentive.

05/04/2026: During the Easter holidays in the Lecce area, I found myself in Castro Marina and this restaurant piqued my interest... so I stopped in. I hadn't booked, but the staff was incredibly kind and found me a table right away: a truly impeccable welcome. I ate very well, with fresh, high-quality ingredients, carefully prepared dishes, and authentic flavors. The service was excellent, attentive, and friendly throughout the meal. An absolutely positive experience: I'll gladly return and definitely recommend it.

I would have preferred a little more generous servings, but since it's Easter Sunday and we're serving a set menu, it's understandable. In any case, the staff was willing to offer second helpings. As for the dining room staff...10 out of 10! Young but with a very elegant approach and attentive to customer needs, with enviable patience despite the venue being practically sold out! 06/04/2026: I went there because it was recommended by relatives in the area. It's an excellent seafood restaurant on the main street of Santa Maria al Bagno. I found the fish to be very fresh and well-prepared. The service was very attentive. You can eat à la carte or choose from the tasting menus. Recommended for seafood lovers. Prices are reasonable.

04/04/2026: A sophisticated restaurant located in an elegant historic residence overlooking the sea. The decor and service are meticulously crafted. Excellent food quality and exquisite presentation. This isn't our first time here, and each time is a pleasant experience. The friendliness and cleanliness are a constant. It's become a go-to for me. Parking is paid only during the summer months, and you can park on the street. We didn't have to wait because we had reserved a table.

07/03/2026: A trattoria in the historic center, with decor that harks back to the times the restaurant's name suggests. They say a good start to the day begins, and that was true from the moment we were greeted by the waiter. The dishes served only to confirm the restaurant's reputation. The cuisine satisfied every request, and we were able to sample the quality of the dishes and the chef's professionalism, both for the first and second courses. Special thanks to the owner for both his helpfulness and his hospitality.
