The menu is focused and well thought out, with extremely fresh ingredients, and every dish was excellent, from the simplest preparations to the more elaborate ones. Nothing felt unnecessary; everything was done with care. The service was just as impressive. The waiters were always kind, attentive and genuinely able to read the table, knowing when to engage and when to give you space. That made the whole experience feel effortless and very personal. The location is also beautiful and charming, both inside and outside, with a really pleasant atmosphere. Considering the quality of the food, service and overall experience, the price was absolutely fair. One of those rare places where everything simply works. I genuinely wish I could eat here every day. Highly recommended.

12/07/2026: Enchanting evening, wonderful place surrounded by greenery, in the heart of Salento. We had a divine dinner, from the raw fish appetizer to the fish main courses, and finally an excellent semifreddo. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🫶🏻

13/08/2026: We had a truly positive experience at La Gramola, one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay. The menu is varied and offers many options, but in my opinion the meat is definitely the restaurant's real highlight: truly excellent and well-prepared. The eggplant parmigiana is also a must-try, we loved it. The location is another plus: the restaurant is located inside a beautiful farmhouse, surrounded by greenery and with a very peaceful and pleasant atmosphere.

18/08/2026: Excellent food quality. Especially the appetizers, the raw seafood, the flavorful and plentiful first courses, the fish, and the very unique and delicious desserts. Good wine selection as well. The only flaw is the service, which really didn't live up to expectations, both in terms of the staff's training and the table management. A shame... also because the not-so-cheap prices can't be justified solely by the quality of the dishes, but also by the good level of service.

16/08/2026: Excellent food: impeccable seafood appetizers, especially the artichoke tart, and simple, traditional first courses that showcase the fresh fish. The outdoor setting is beautiful, in a period stone and whitewashed piazza, a traditional Apulian setting, well-maintained and beautifully presented.

31/05/2026: By far the best dinner in Puglia. After a week in Puglia, visiting restaurants, osterias, masserie, and trattorias, I was convinced that Puglia is the southern region with the worst food. However, this restaurant is a real gem. I ate probably the best raw shrimp and scampi of my life. The first course with sea urchins was excellent (half portion in the photo). The prices were fair, the waiters were friendly and welcoming, always ready to explain the dishes and joke with the customers. A restaurant I will keep in my heart and will definitely return to when I visit Puglia.

06/04/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, through social media, while searching for a place to have Easter lunch. It was actually an experiment, with the desire to spend a quiet day eating something good. The result was very satisfying. A genuine location, in the open countryside, with the sea on the horizon, with the perfect balance between rural tradition and modern hospitality. The beautiful stone courtyard, nestled among the tourist cottages, offers a lovely panoramic view of the pool, shaded by a young pergola supported by Lecce stone columns, surrounded by citrus trees, and a magnificent pine forest on the horizon. The welcome was excellent, with the entire staff being very friendly and genuinely helpful. Given the occasion, the fixed menu was tasty, with authentic flavors, dishes that leave fond memories and the desire to return. Returning for the place, the taste, the kindness? Who knows, it's hard to decide!

10/08/2026: Nice little restaurant in Gallipoli. Not “cheap” but you are in Gallipoli. A bit touristy and portions a bit small for the price. Worth a try!
