15/05/2026: Excellent pizzeria, clean environment. Excellent pizzas, well-cooked and made with quality ingredients. Reservations are required. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff is friendly and professional. Usually crowded, with many takeout customers. The only drawbacks are the noise level and the tables are too close together.

31/05/2026: A very well-kept, interesting, and yet familiar location, with a large selection of wines in the cellar. The owners are kind and attentive. Service is attentive. The food is carefully selected, with a focus on local products and a taste of the Murgia region. Excellent appetizers and first courses. Typical local meats such as lamb, mutton, and "pezzente" (pork sausage).
A restaurant for those who love good food.

21/05/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance after a long vacation abroad and needed a proper pasta dish. We couldn't have made a better choice. We were completely satisfied with the food, the service, and the hospitality, not to mention the very refined and clean atmosphere.
If I ever return to Bari, I'd definitely know where to eat.
21/05/2026: Great for customers with lactose and glucose intolerance. The waiter and owner are very friendly. I highly recommend it. The prices are also completely reasonable.

18/05/2026: An excellent experience! The food, especially the meat, was delicious!!! Great atmosphere, excellent service, everything was perfect. To simplify your experience, please note that the lady who served us, wonderfully by the way, is not very comfortable with English. Use a translation app, like DeepL, and you'll be all set to make communication easier. You won't be disappointed, I promise!
10/05/2026: A pleasant surprise and stop, exiting the highway. The products are excellent, the place is small and familiar. It obviously doesn't handle large numbers, but the products are high-quality and very well prepared, and the service is pleasant and always accompanied by a smile. Thank you.

Fast service even when it was busy.
27/05/2026: A week ago, I dined here with some friends. The value for money was excellent; the food was excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful. However, when paying, we witnessed a heated argument between the cashier and the counter attendant. The cashier was visibly upset and was unprofessional even with us customers. We were a bit taken aback.

26/12/2025: Really nice place and very friendly staff. We shared a platter of cured meats between four of us (all delicious), then we moved on to the first course: the orecchiette with turnip tops were delicious! The dishes were really generous. Highly recommended.

I found this place and trusted the reviews as well as the photos, which were truly inviting.
A very quaint trattoria, friendly staff, and excellent food.
I would definitely return to try other dishes.
There are several specials of the day off the menu (I would perhaps suggest a digital menu with a dynamic QR code for the more tech-savvy).
Prices are absolutely average.
I recommend it.

18/06/2026: I happened to be in Noicattaro, so I relied on Google to find a place to eat, and it recommended this lovely restaurant with excellent staff and an excellent owner. The food was delicious, and they recommended it. What can I say? Visit it and eat at Nonna Maria's.
16/06/2026: An absolute highlight in Rutigliano! We spent a wonderful evening here. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed, and the service is incredibly warm and attentive without being intrusive. Our absolute favorite was the spaghetti all'Assassina – it was perfectly cooked, deliciously spicy, and exactly as crispy as it should be in Puglia. You can taste the love for traditional cuisine in every bite. We felt completely at ease and will definitely be back on our next visit to the region! Be sure to ask for Pino, who speaks excellent English.

03/05/2026: We ordered two thin pizzas, but they arrived thick, raw inside, and rubbery. We told the waiter, who replied, "Sorry they came out like that..."!!
We left them on the plate, but we charged them all in full, with a €3 cover charge per person for sitting out in the open with two placemats!!
We're not even close!!
There are much better places.

We dined on Saturday; the appetizer was good, but the pizza was superior. Impeccable service; we thank Tomas for his patience and his ever-present smile. Recommended.
