03/11/2025: A very positive experience. I brought some friends from the north to try some of our local dishes, and they absolutely loved them. A special mention goes to the wait staff (Carmelo and Alexia in particular), who were truly impeccable. My compliments!

06/11/2025: We booked at this restaurant listed as a fresh fish restaurant so we had very high expectations but that was not the case. We had cooked seafood appetizers but really small portions with not top quality products at the price of €18 per person, as a first course their flagship risotto, hard and rubbery rice with non-existent ingredients and with a lake of cream that tasted like the risottos prepared by Knorr memories of youth cost €16, as a second course a half slice of swordfish with a tasteless and hard to eat flavor passed off as fresh but I have serious doubts at the cost of €16. Total cost €103 this is not the right way to do catering but making fun of people at least those who know about fresh fish.

03/11/2025: My husband and I went to this restaurant with very high expectations, but that wasn't the case. What we were served seemed to be made with low-quality ingredients. The appetizers were paltry and overpriced for what was served (€18 per person). The risotto was inedible, rubbery rice full of cream and nonexistent, low-quality ingredients. The half-slice of swordfish was tasteless and tough, typical of frozen fish. This restaurant advertises itself as a fresh seafood restaurant, but that wasn't the case. Only the waiter understood the inconvenience and tried to remedy the situation, but it was too late.

29/11/2025: A truly wonderful restaurant with outstanding food. The seafood is incredibly fresh — the kind you can confidently enjoy raw. The service is excellent, the staff genuinely warm and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

04/10/2025: I went there with my girlfriend, a truly unique experience, quality throughout. I'd never tried gourmet cuisine before, so give it a try. The menu we chose included Appetizer, first course, Main course, and dessert. And it was a journey of flavors. The kindness, the welcome, the view, the quality of the products. Keep it up, a truly special raw seafood! Not to mention the mushroom for dessert. Congratulations Chapeau

23/10/2025: The pizza was truly amazing. There was a huge selection of special combinations that you can't find everywhere. The service was also good, attentive, and friendly. The prices were more than fair; for example, a bottle of wine started at €12. The only thing that bothered us was the ambiance with its plastic chairs and a less than cozy atmosphere. But the food is definitely recommended!

16/09/2025: We enjoyed an outstanding 7 course tasting menu of Puglian dishes at this Michelin one-star restaurant. We could feel the love of Puglian produce and dishes in every bite. We also enjoyed the wine pairing with regional Puglian wines. The restaurant is located on a beautiful property, Masseria Mancini. The drive there from Bari was lovely and I wished I could see more in daylight. The service and atmosphere were outstanding. It was a lovely, lovely meal. Highly recommend.

28/08/2025: Of all the fine dining experiences I've had to date, this is undoubtedly the best. At Pashà, I found not only delicious food, but also attentive service and friendly, approachable staff. The tasting menu is incredible: I tasted the flavors of Puglia, but underneath, greeting me from afar like a silent old friend, were also the flavors of my homeland, Sicily, which is also the birthplace of the brilliant chef. One Michelin star is truly too few: you deserve the second without batting an eyelid. Keep going, and thank you for everything ❤️

The food is authentic and full of flavor, from perfectly cooked pasta to wood-fired pizzas and delicious seafood. They also offer a great selection of wines that pair perfectly with every dish. The atmosphere is cozy and lively, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and truly passionate about what they do. Tips: – Make a reservation in advance — the restaurant is very popular, especially in the evenings. – If you want to try a traditional panzerotto, come on Tuesday — it’s the only day they make it, and it’s absolutely worth it! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience real Italian food like a local!

03/11/2025: If there were more places like this, Italy would have three billion visitors a year! A true trattoria, where they cook what grows in the garden in front of the restaurant, with dishes that exude sincerity and seasonality. The owners are the soul of the place: welcoming, genuine, people who make you feel like a guest, not a customer. An experience that reminds you how little it takes to eat happily: a simple table, a few glasses of wine in my case, real ingredients, and someone who cooks and serves them with love.

23/10/2025: Casual dining room overlooking backyard vegetable garden. They just do 7 vegetable tasting menu (35€) + choice of 8 meat and pasta dishes (10€) Fantastic dinner! Spinach salad with pomegranates, beet shreds and crunchy fava beans in balsamic and local extra virgin olive oil. Chick pea puree.Peppers w/ olives capers breadcrumbs. Swiss chard with cherry tomatoes. Smoked eggplant parmigiana Stewed onion with sunflower seeds and marmalade. Carrot flan. Had pasta w mushrooms and pumpkin sauce.

13/07/2025: After 10 years, we've found the same kindness, professionalism, and hospitality we experienced when we celebrated my sister's wedding. Today, once again, they confirm their excellence, both for the location—surrounded by greenery, renovated and meticulously maintained—and for the dishes, which showcased the quality of the ingredients and masterful preparation. Thanks again to the management and the waiters, a balance of professionalism and friendliness, for pampering us on a special occasion: my parents' 50th wedding anniversary.

07/11/2025: I chose it for refreshments after my graduation, as it's very close to the university. It was an extremely positive experience! Both the aperitif and the service were excellent! I recommend it!
