01/04/2024: Too bad I can't give less than one, we found ourselves here booking weeks ago seeing photos and some reviews. Rude restaurant manager, they put tables piled up on top of each other. Let's move on to the food which is poor to say the least, ready after two seconds to make you rush to get up to seat other people. Packaged dessert from the worst discount stores. Never again as told even to the same waiter!

01/04/2024: We went here after relying on Google reviews and photos. Completely the opposite of what we thought. The food was not up to the standard they presented. Watered down sauce, hard pasta and raw beans. In all this unorganized, booked for a family with a stroller and they made me put the closed stroller on the floor under the piano, while other people had it quietly next to the table. The service was poor and even rude at times. We won't be going back again and I highly recommend it.

Let's start from the assumption that the location is not bad... but.... it is not possible to reach it by car, much less park nearby, you have to travel about 400/500 meters of the ancient village... cured meats ok.. cheeses ok, shame about the onion jam and honey which were in very small quantities! The not exactly free pizza, €22, is nothing special, on the contrary... the first one at €23/24 wasn't bad, but the flavor of the butter stood out too much and that of the truffle less so, lacking a note of freshness, which I highly recommend to the chef to revisit. For the rest reception ok.

20/05/2024: Vicinissimo al lungomare di Bari, il ristorante è veramente eccezionale. Consiglio una selezione di pesce crudo perchè sono il top. Da ritornarci tutte le volte che per lavoro si va a Bari.

24/03/2024: Very kind manager and staff. Fantastic raw. First courses (all) rather disappointing. I do not recommend tasting it (in my opinion a little too overpriced) due to the first courses and the missing second course. However I repeat, all the staff were very helpful and quick.

07/05/2024: Delicious food at a good price. This is how you can describe this restaurant in one sentence. Seafood very good and fresh. The oysters were delicious, as was the chef's dish. Delicious desserts. Large selection of wines, very affordable prices considering the location. The service was very nice and helpful. One of the better restaurants we visited on our trip to Italy.

01/01/2024: Ci siamo tornati per il secondo anno consecutivo per il pranzo di Capodanno. Menù ricco, abbondante e di qualità. Personale e il titolare gentilissimi. Lo consigliamo vivamente...successo garantito!

28/09/2023: Ce restaurant propose une cuisine raffinée avec des produits du terroir frais et de grande qualité. Tant la qualité que la quantité y étaient. On a pu y savourer des mozzarella, burrata, légumes frais ainsi que de savoureuses viandes de boeuf cuites comme il se doit. Les vins qui y sont servis sont excellents et le personnel est connaisseur en la matière. Les temps d'attente sont tout à fait corrects. L'accueil, tant du personnel que du patron, est chaleureux. Le cadre est magnifique avec les salles où les repas sont servis, en plein air ou non, sont entourées de superbes jardins soigneusement entretenus avec plantes et oliviers. Il y a même un Trulli. La cerise sur le gâteau est les prix qui y sont en vigueur, tout à fait démocratiques (une entrée pour 2 et un plat principal par personne pour 2 personnes, avec un verre de vin par personne pour 2 personnes en plus d'une bouteille d'eau gazeuse nous coûtait entre 55 et 65€, couvert compris). L'emplacement semble assez isolé en pleine campagne sur une colline sur la route entre Monopoli et Alberobello, au point de se demander comment un tel restaurant puisse être connu et pourtant, les clients sont nombreux et nombre d'entre eux sont des touristes provenant du monde entier, donc pas de problème pour le retrouver et qu'il se fasse connaître, sa réputation tout à fait méritée dépasse probablement les frontières italiennes. Il y a un petit parking intérieur mais il y a de la place à l'extérieur pour stationner sa voiture. Il est néanmoins préférable de réserver car chaque fois qu'on y est allés, il y avait beaucoup de monde. Ce sont les propriétaires du B&B Tenuta Martinelli de Monopoli qui nous l'ont renseigné et on les en remercie encore. Une magnifique découverte.

25/12/2023: Perfect welcome, lovely place. Strategically positioned specifically to see all the beauties (Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Locorotondo, Fasano, Savelletri, Martina Franca, etc...). Abundant morning breakfast, daily cleaning and room always tidy. What can I say, we are satisfied! We will certainly return to visit other destinations. Oh I forgot, a few steps from the wonderful sea. Recommended to everyone!!!

01/04/2024: A restaurant with typical Bari dishes. The owner was very nice and welcoming. My favorite dish is orecchiette with turnip greens. A true spectacle and pleasure for the palate. But the homemade desserts are no exception. Always fresh and of excellent quality.

08/10/2023: Locale vuoto, ci siamo accomodati e durante l'ordinazione molti piatti erano terminati. Personale disattento e poco presente, ci ha letteralmente"abbandonati" . Vino buono ma abbiamo chiesto una seconda bottiglia e non c'era. Taglieri buoni ma le polpette insipide, non prendetele! Tutto il gruppo( 7 persone) è stato male durante la notte. Poca professionalità anche al momento del conto in cui non ci è stato concesso di pagare tre coppie con carta ma con aria infastidita ci è stato detto di "racimolare" i soldi. Non ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

02/10/2023: Five stars deserved, above all for the courteous and attentive care and availability of the girl at the service. The meatballs, both vegetable and meat, are delicious, and the choice of wines is very wide and of a good standard! Pleasant outdoor space. Good value for money.
