21/03/2024: The best meal we had in Puglia. For two people they recommended having “vegetable experience + two mains”, which surprisingly gave us 10 dishes in total plus a small soup appetiser. All dishes were creative and incredibly delicious, made using the seasonal produce from the farm.
The vegetable experience dishes were intrinsically vegan, and the mains could be made vegan.
Sitting by the farm in a sunny day added to the dinning experience.

14/03/2024: The rooms in this restaurant are small and the reason is easy to say: we are hosted in trulli; hence, obviously, the name of the place. Having said that, as regards the proposed dishes, the latter do not satisfy as one would expect, especially in terms of quality: the "house" wine did not seem up to par with the Apulian wine tradition. The service is commendable but this, combined with the goodwill of the managers and the overall reasonable price, is not enough to give a full positive rating.

01/04/2024: We went here after relying on Google reviews and photos. Completely the opposite of what we thought. The food was not up to the standard they presented. Watered down sauce, hard pasta and raw beans. In all this unorganized, booked for a family with a stroller and they made me put the closed stroller on the floor under the piano, while other people had it quietly next to the table. The service was poor and even rude at times. We won't be going back again and I highly recommend it.
01/04/2024: Too bad I can't give less than one, we found ourselves here booking weeks ago seeing photos and some reviews.
Rude restaurant manager, they put tables piled up on top of each other.
Let's move on to the food which is poor to say the least, ready after two seconds to make you rush to get up to seat other people.
Packaged dessert from the worst discount stores.
Never again as told even to the same waiter!

17/12/2023: Porzioni fatte con il contagocce, elasticità pari a zero. Per 35 euro acqua, vino, un misero antipasto con 3 fette di capocollo, tre misere mozzarelline e un piccolo sformato.
Per primo uno con 24 orecchiette e 2 polpettine l'altro 5 paccheri e un po' di fonduta.
Chiesto un bis nulla!!!

09/12/2023: Siamo ritornati con piacere dopo circa 3 anni in questo bel ristorante, accolti da un gradevole giardino pieno di verde ben curato, coccolati dalla pietra dei trulli in una sala molto carina con personale gentile, attento e sorridente. La cucina è davvero eccezionale! L’antipasti fidelio (terra/mare) è squisito. Ottimo anche il caciocavallo alla piastra ma anche i primi ben conditi e di gran gusto e le carni tenere, saporite, cucinate bene. Ottimi anche i dolci. Il ristorante era pieno di gente eppure il servizio è stato giusto nei tempi. I nostri amici davvero entusiasti! Bellissima esperienza culinaria e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, in linea con la qualità del cibo. Consigliatissimo!

05/01/2024: Trulli Houses make up this wonderful restaurant! The menu caters for everyone, including some gluten free options. The staff made us feel welcome and we had a lovely warm environment to look through the menu. Our requests and questions were courteously answered and we made our choices. The meals were delicious and the Caprese Salad was next level brilliant! The sausages and chips were also incredibly tasty and most enjoyable. This was easily our best meal yet in Italy 🇮🇹!

01/04/2024: Very, very, very bad!! 30 euros cold and tasteless orecchiette, meat full of fat, a coffee and so on.. in fact I forgot a plate of orecchiette which are always terrible for the child who ate 2, price 12 euros!!
14/02/2024: Prodotti di ottima qualità a km 0 , piatti abbondanti , servizio celere e grande cortesia.
Siamo stati accolti in un ambiente tipico di Alberobelo, all’interno di un trullo dove abbiamo assaporato la tradizione .

25/10/2023: Worst pizza ever. We were looking forward to an early pizza dinner, but were sadly disappointed with our order. The pizza was undercooked, with a soggy wet crust that bowed under the little bit of sauce and cheese. When we pointed this out to the waiter he tried to explain that their pizza has a thin crust. True, but it is also an uncooked crust except for the edge.
10/08/2023: The restaurant looks good, but sometimes it's better not to stop at the first impression. Two of us had a grilled meat (more than one course after more than half an hour after finishing the starter) consisting of sausages, steak and rolls. We notice that the meat immediately appears not very hot and that the sausages have a strange taste.
It ended up with stomach cramps during the night for both of us due to dinner (the only thing we both ate was the barbecue).
Not recommended or at least I would avoid ordering the barbecue
