24/02/2026: A beautiful restaurant, only the interior is a trattoria, but it's truly a pleasant place to be.
With the exception of a white pasta dish with cheese, which I can't fault, the rest was excellent, from the food we ordered to the bread and the olives. Special mention goes to the waitress, who was super polite, friendly, and immediately put us at ease. The price is in line with a restaurant that aims to be gourmet.

18/10/2025: A beautiful property surrounded by greenery. The owner is incredibly kind; you can immediately tell he loves his job. Local produce is used. A place that takes you away from reality, both for the beauty that surrounds you and the quality of the food served. I think I made the best choice for the location, the food, and the staff. My mom was so happy to celebrate her birthday here. Congratulations again!

17/03/2026: Beautiful rooms. We explored the other rooms too. They are all very pretty and tastefully decorated.
We had dinner too. I’m very impressed with the wine pairing selection. The pork was done very well. We tried their olive oils too and bought one.
08/02/2026: I visited an olive oil factory to tour it. I received a lecture on olive oil from a female staff member. The lecture really showed the passion that goes into making good olive oil and the desire to help people understand the deliciousness of olive oil. I found my favorite during the tasting during the lecture and bought some. It's truly delicious olive oil.
I'd like to come back to buy some more. When I do, I'd definitely like to stay overnight and enjoy the food as well as my stay.

09/03/2026: Unfamiliar with the city, we asked around for a place to eat good raw fish. The exterior doesn't exactly look inviting, but once we stepped inside, we were pleasantly surprised. The place is cute, clean, and tasteful. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and welcoming. The fish is extraordinary, fresh, and beautifully presented. The quality-price ratio is excellent.

06/04/2026: We wanted to spend Easter in a large and beautiful city of art and culture. Gravina di Puglia is stunning. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the Easter lunch at La Murgiana. The local dishes were a dream for us. They served us octopus salad, fried cod, pasta with seafood in cream sauce (disgusting), shrimp salad, etc.
The question arises: has Gravina di Puglia been moved to the seaside or is it located in the Murgia mountains?
On the other hand, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
A negative dining experience at this restaurant.

However, if you want to eat well and in quantity, go to this place. The seafood dishes are truly tasty. The staff is a bit rustic, but they quickly loosen up and become friendly. Fair prices. It's a place you'll want to return to. I recommend making a reservation; it's a restaurant loved by many.

13/01/2026: We spent a wonderful evening with friends at Siamo Fritti, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The atmosphere is welcoming and informal, perfect for enjoying time in good company.
The food was simply excellent: fresh seafood dishes, carefully cooked and authentically flavored, from appetizers to main courses. Each course was generous and truly delicious.
To round out the dinner, excellent desserts, made with great care and perfect for the perfect end to the meal.
A restaurant where you eat deliciously and feel at home: we'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful evening of good food and conviviality.
