30/11/2025: We highly recommend it for the cuts of meat, which are truly excellent and perfectly cooked. The pizzas and appetizers are also very good. In fact, some photos are recent, others are less so, as I want to reiterate my review and the fact that we enjoyed our stay at this pizzeria/grill. The prices are always reasonable, and the staff is always polite and prompt. The location is small but very well-kept.

24/11/2025: Service a bit slow. The meat was overcooked, and I wouldn't call it arrosticini. Price was over €30.00 per person.

02/11/2025: Simply the #1 in Bari for the quality and variety of the raw materials offered (fish and more), it has now become a staple of my cultural and gastronomic visits to this city, as I am from Turin. The dining room staff is simply extraordinary, yet never invasive, with preparation and customer service. Not to mention the Chef, (in my "humble" opinion) an artistic genius. 02/01/2026: We visited the trattoria few days ago and we love the food. I am really glad that we could enter several minutes early, because it was really cold outside. We tried pasta, pizza, amazing Caprese with the most delicious mozzarella; Bombette - also good but too small portion for first course. The only thing that I don't like was the fact, that the waiter brings a plate with olives and bread on two other tables with Italian customers, but not to us.... Please, improve that!

27/09/2025: It's hard to imagine a more beautiful place for a wonderful dinner. The food itself – mainly fish and seafood – is truly excellent, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. The freshly baked, delicious bread is also a real highlight. Add to that the fantastic atmosphere and the attentive service, and you'll have a truly unforgettable experience. But the tables with your feet in the sand are the icing on the cake. We'd love to come back! Grazie mille!

03/01/2026: Everything was wonderful, from the food to the staff to the acoustics, which weren't at all loud despite the room being full and the (good) music playing. They were very attentive to my food intolerances and very friendly. I had dinner here with my boyfriend for our anniversary and we'll definitely be back!

19/10/2025: We are staying not far from Donna Maria and were looking for something nice for dinner. We found just what we were looking for. The bread seems to be a house made loaf which is a pleasant change from some who just drop some rando bread in a basket on the table. This bread is good quality. We began with beef carppacio which was delicious, especially the olive paste which provided a natural salty component. My wife had gnocchi with lamb ragu and I enjoyed the mezzi ziti with a rich beef sauce. Both just wonderful dishes. Especially with Negroamaro to pair with. We finished with a Crema di ricotta pugliese dessert that's a regional favorite. It was a wonderful meal and the staff were professional and friendly.

15/01/2026: Recommended! A superb trattoria for its hospitality, its ambiance, and above all, its tasty, high-quality food. My fava beans and chicory were out of this world, as was the original and delicious vegan burger, made with vegetables and legumes. The price was very reasonable.

31/12/2025: As soon as we arrived at the table, they brought us a focaccia that was out of this world. The appetizers are a blend of tradition and innovation that the chef made exceptional, especially the fried mussels with honey, which I personally adore! We asked the wait staff for their recommendations for the raw seafood. We couldn't have made a better choice; everything was truly delicious, especially the purple shrimp, which were like candy! Special mention goes to the drawn ravioli with basil and burrata, with shellfish and double-cooked octopus. A wide and excellent selection of wines. Recommended is an understatement. A must-try in the city!

An excellent discovery; we were very well received and the food is delicious; the dishes are homemade and tasty! Bravo! Don't hesitate to travel a few kilometers into the Santa Cesarea countryside for a treat!
