The dinner was sublime, starting with the appetizers, a treat for the palate, and continuing with the delicate yet persistent first course.
The second courses were an explosion of flavors, both the lamb and the cooked veal.
The inevitable dessert was a must...
In short, you have to try it to understand.

The aperitif was served in a former quarry dug into the ground and later covered with a barrel vault.
Dinner took place in the cellar, where enormous oak barrels, each holding 6-8,000 liters, are stored.
The simple yet refined dinner was appropriate for the unique setting.

Delicious dishes and the freshest ingredients in a truly enchanting location, with comfortable seating both indoors and outdoors.
Unfortunately, we discovered it a little late, but from then on, it became our go-to: we've had all our dinners here! A huge added bonus is the gluten-free option (the restaurant is AIC certified), ideal for those with dietary restrictions and seeking maximum safety without sacrificing taste.
A heartfelt thank you to Cristian and all the staff for their extraordinary kindness, friendliness, and always impeccable hospitality. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We enjoyed a delicious pasta with octopus and the pasta of the day, with garlic, oil, chili pepper, sea bream, and fried breadcrumbs. A mixed grill was also available, and to finish, a delicious caprese salad and ricotta and almond cake. The owner was very kind and even offered us freshly baked taralli and house amaro. Excellent value. We'll definitely be back!

It is not just about the stunning infrastructure, the real magic lies in the people and the service. Everyone is warm, kind, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. It truly feels like being welcomed into a local family.
A special thank you to Loredana, Gianvito, Rosita, Giacomo, and Devid, who treated my wife and me like family and made our stay unforgettable. You all did an amazing job, cheers to the entire Borgo Egnazia team.
Everything is simply top notch. The food, the gelato shop, the golf course, and every corner of the property are 10 out of 10.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to relax, have fun, and enjoy a once in a lifetime experience.
