13/05/2025: Petite Osteria conseillée par notre hôte .. très bon .. affaire familiale .. la cheffe vient vous voir à table pour se présenter.. les « carciofi salati » sont une pure merveille … le polpo.. le gamberi .. tout est bon et je pense ,cuisiné, como a casa… sur les murs les dessins du patron .. terrasse dans la ruelle … typique !!

It rarely happens to me to leave a restaurant with the feeling that everything has been done with coherence, competence and respect for the territory. Ambasciata Orsarese is one of those places where traditional cuisine is not only told, but actually experienced. The raw materials are local, fresh and of evident quality. The special effect is not sought, but balance: each dish has a meaning, a story and solid preparation behind it. You can perceive a real short supply chain, without compromises. The service was perfect: trained, courteous and present staff at the right point, without forcing. From someone who works in the sector, it is nice to see a room managed with this level of professionalism. A place to keep in mind for those who love authentic cuisine, done well and without pretence. I will definitely return, and I will recommend it with conviction.

Special thanks to Désirée for the great wine recommendations, Leïla for the Pugliese specialties and all the others whose first names we've forgotten... 26/04/2025: Amazing pizza the best I have had in Puglia and one of the best I had in Italy, very friendly owners and service I highly recommend you to try the Gourmet versions as they bring freshness to the taste of pizza! Also they can always modify the positions so it's vegetarian 🥰 One other thing worth mentioning is to order Panzerotti although not fritti they are the best!

25/05/2025: We had dinner tonight at the Terlizzi restaurant, everything was excellent quality, very friendly staff. 5 stars for the guy with the yellow sweatshirt, very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, we witnessed a scolding that he received from someone in which he was asked if he had cleaned the table and he had to run away to clean it. I'm sorry because it's the first time we've witnessed an event like this in front of other people. I don't agree, but I highly recommend it.

02/06/2025: Hi, even though I'm not used to giving reviews, this hotel deserves it very much. Let's say it didn't disappoint my expectations, in fact I have to say that the 3 stars are a bit tight, in my opinion it deserves a 4 stars. When I arrived there I immediately understood that I had made the right choice, the staff was nothing short of fantastic, qualified, the rooms were clean and above all of excellent workmanship. Not to mention the restaurant, the 20 € menu was very good both in terms of price and what they offer, very good and tasty dishes, and as a Sicilian I have to say not bad. The dining room staff Antonio, Francesco and Nicola were very friendly and qualified. If I ever have to make a pilgrimage again I already know where to go

Per il vostro evento fatevi affiancare dal direttore Paolo e il metre Gianni e sarete certi di avere dei grandi professionisti al vostro fianco. Il nostro matrimonio è stato perfetto in tutto, non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Lo chef ha deliziato i palati dei nostri ospiti che ci hanno riempito di complimenti.
