24/12/2025: A unique experience, with a knowledgeable, welcoming, and professional staff. The dinner was sublime, starting with the appetizers, a treat for the palate, and continuing with the delicate yet persistent first course. The second courses were an explosion of flavors, both the lamb and the cooked veal. The inevitable dessert was a must... In short, you have to try it to understand. Compliments to the chef and his team.

09/12/2025: The location is very unique. The aperitif was served in a former quarry dug into the ground and later covered with a barrel vault. Dinner took place in the cellar, where enormous oak barrels, each holding 6-8,000 liters, are stored. The simple yet refined dinner was appropriate for the unique setting.

The real highlight, however, was the menu: truly spectacular! Delicious dishes, carefully presented, and prepared with quality ingredients. All our guests raved about both the flavor and the variety of dishes. A special thank you also goes to the staff, always available, professional, and attentive to every need. 13/06/2026: Meat that suits the Argentine palate! We went to this place while on vacation in Puglia, and my first question was whether it was worth it, and the answer is a resounding yes! The meat tasted incredible! Super tender, with a great grilled flavor. The service is very good and the price is quite reasonable compared to other places. If you're planning on eating pizza, pasta, and focaccia for several days, this is the place for you! ✨

This restaurant was recommended by our Airbnb host Giancarlo, and rightly so! Go eat here if you love delicious and authentic (Italian) food and hospitality in an intimate atmosphere. The restaurant is spacious, meaning you never feel crowded or too close to other tables. ​The Service: Staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and never intrusive. Their food and wine recommendations were spot on. ​The Food & Quality: Simply outstanding. The vegetables are farm-to-table (grown in the field next door), and both the pasta and desserts are strictly homemade. The veal steak we had on our second night was cooked to perfection and melted in our mouth. ​Value: The price-to-quality ratio is excellent. You get top-tier, authentic food at a very fair price. ​A special mention goes to Ms. Vera, the chef and owner, who went far beyond our expectations. If you want an authentic, high-quality dining experience this is the place to go!
