02/01/2026: It's not the first time, not surprisingly, dishes that amaze the palate, smell, and taste buds. Everything is impeccable. I have a small complaint: the place isn't well heated. I recommend a stove with a fire; it would add a touch of warmth and make the space more welcoming. In the bathroom, turning on the existing radiator would be enough.

28/02/2026: I'm still sitting here at the table, completely satisfied with my lunch at La Pignata. Friendly service, excellent cuisine, and good music. A relaxed atmosphere and attentive, smiling service, even accommodating requests for variations, like my amazing spaghetti with mussels in white sauce, with just 3 or 4 cherry tomatoes... exceptional! 😍 Thanks to all the staff, I'll take home so much pleasure!

06/01/2026: We went with a group of 26 friends to lunch at this delightful little restaurant in the heart of Otranto on January 3, 2026. We were welcomed by Mrs. Doriana with warmth and kindness. The food and price were excellent. I highly recommend it.

17/03/2026: Very elegant restaurant but we were disappointed by the food. Gracious service. I had pasta with lobster which was quite nice. The sauce ofolive oil and cherry tomato was light and bright. The tail had been loosened from the shell but it was difficult to get at any other meaty bits as no special implements were provided nor finger bowls. I expect diners here are too elegant to wrestle with their shellfish. My companion had grilled swordfish which was dry. The steaks were very thin, less than a centimetre thick. That’s likely a management decision which makes the work of the kitchen staff near impossible. We ordered two contorni. Grilled mixed vegetables were tough and dry for the most part. Partly the consequence of slicing courgettes and aubergines too thinly. Partly the decision to over-grill resulting in a good looking dish at the expense of tenderness. There was a bottle of olive provided that helped. No seasoning. The other dish of aubergine salad was tasty and well seasoned from capers but served stone cold straight from the fridge. It could have been improved by serving slightly chilled or at room temperature.

22/03/2026: During one of our usual gastronomic explorations in Puglia, we ended up at Ritrovo degli Ostinati… and thank goodness they're stubborn, because it's definitely worth it! The place is very well-kept and has something truly unique: it feels like eating inside a cave, with the typical exposed stone walls creating a warm and characteristic atmosphere. The staff is kind and helpful, but above all, the food is truly excellent and the price is right. In short, one of those places where you leave wanting to return. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

17/03/2026: Excellent restaurant in a historic area of ​​Massafra, near the Church of Santi Medici. A custom-built restoration of vaulted ceilings and traditional dishes. Special wines from the Amastuola cellar, especially "Cento Sassi," 15.5% ABV, pair well with fava bean and chicory dishes, spaghetti with olive, caper, and tomato pesto and crumbled tarallo, and a meat and potato medallion. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Very good service.

24/12/2025: A unique experience, with a knowledgeable, welcoming, and professional staff. The dinner was sublime, starting with the appetizers, a treat for the palate, and continuing with the delicate yet persistent first course. The second courses were an explosion of flavors, both the lamb and the cooked veal. The inevitable dessert was a must... In short, you have to try it to understand. Compliments to the chef and his team.

09/12/2025: The location is very unique. The aperitif was served in a former quarry dug into the ground and later covered with a barrel vault. Dinner took place in the cellar, where enormous oak barrels, each holding 6-8,000 liters, are stored. The simple yet refined dinner was appropriate for the unique setting.

16/01/2026: **Exceptional seafood experience in Bari!** We had an outstanding lunch at Biancofiore today. The raw seafood starter was absolutely divine incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. You can taste the quality in every bite. Our waitress was wonderful attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us select the perfect wine pairing for our meal. Her recommendations were spot-on and really elevated the entire dining experience. If you're in Bari and looking for exceptional seafood in a welcoming atmosphere with outstanding service, Biancofiore is a must-visit.

09/04/2026: A good aperitif and appetizer to start the day. Both the appetizers and the main course were excellent. Wine by the glass was also good – local Chardonay and Primitivo. The meat and seafood were fresh and well-prepared. And most importantly, it's one of the few restaurants where you can still order something at 3:30 PM: we went through two of the selected ones that were already on their break until 7 PM.... I'll definitely be back because it's worth it.

04/04/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at the Bellavista Restaurant in Tricase, and the experience was simply excellent. The location is stunning, with a breathtaking view that creates a relaxing and romantic atmosphere, perfect for couples or friends. The real highlight, however, was the food, especially the fried squid from Leuca: absolutely extraordinary. The squid were incredibly fresh, tender, and flavorful, fried to perfection with a light, crispy coating that wasn't greasy at all. A balanced dish, delicate yet rich in flavor, among the best fried seafood I've ever eaten. The service was also excellent: the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, always available but never intrusive. The wine list was good, and the prices were appropriate for the quality of the dishes and the location. I highly recommend the Bellavista Restaurant to anyone who wants to eat high-quality seafood and enjoy a special evening with a wonderful view. I will definitely return, especially to try the fantastic fried squid from Leuca.

10/03/2026: Sunday family lunch: The food was pretty good, the prices were average, but the real problem with this place was the service. We sat down at 1:30 PM and ordered appetizers, which were finished by 3:00 PM. The main courses also arrived staggered, preventing us from eating together. Overall, we weren't impressed, so I don't think I'll return.

28/02/2026: Nestled in the countryside of Palo del Colle, this is a well-appointed and welcoming masseria. Clean, tidy, beautiful, and tastefully furnished. The dining room is very welcoming and modern, with a garden view and new furnishings. The refined restaurant, attentive to the chef's latest creations, offers fresh, tasty, unique, and diverse dishes. It's worth visiting in the summer, however, for a more colorful visual impact and to stroll through the wonderful garden. Kudos also to the friendly and attentive staff. Recommended.

I sensed this human warmth from the first meeting with the sweet Marilyn, who accompanied and guided me, thanks to her great professionalism, taste, and rare sensitivity. Nothing was left to chance: from the excellent food to the impeccable service, to the original and fun ideas that made the evening unique, tailored to me and full of emotion. 10/04/2026: Our meal at Giuseppe’s was amazing! He was so welcoming and nice, helped us with ordering the right things. We had so much food, very good value for what you get. Delicious, perfectly cooked pasta, an array of antipasti, homemade limoncello and amaro. The staff were so lovely and caring. I can’t recommend enough if you’re in the area and would like a truly authentic experience.
