14/08/2026: Excellent place! Michelle was amazing and made us feel so welcome. Her service was phenomenal from beginning to end. The food was absolutely delicious, and even though we were a group of 10 people, everything was handled perfectly. We were all very satisfied with the experience. The prices were reasonable, the location was great, and we would definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Michelle, for making our visit so special!

02/08/2026: Quality food, beautiful setting, friendly staff. The menu isn't very clear in my opinion, and you'll need to ask the wait staff without knowing the prices. The dishes are sophisticated, so don't expect to eat Italian classics. This isn't meant as a criticism, but restaurants like this have to be liked, and I personally don't. Prices are high, in line with the type of restaurant.

We recommend it, especially if, like us, you want to take advantage of its strategic location in the historic center, just steps from the Archaeological Museum (also recommended!). The staff is welcoming, and the dishes blend local products with innovative flavors. The dishes are always balanced yet tasty, and every choice reveals thoughtful consideration. The dining room seats no more than 50 people, but this makes the experience even more special and intimate. We'll definitely be back!

24/08/2026: We dined at Ardecuore last night, in the center of Fasano, and I must say it was a truly pleasant discovery. We chose this restaurant both for the excellent reviews and because it was recommended by our hotel. It's located right on Fasano's main street, a delightful and characteristic area, with beautiful white pavement and a truly pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is charming both inside and out, and they let us choose where we'd like to dine: we opted for a table outside. The menu is varied and beautifully presented, with both meat and fish options and many traditional dishes revisited with a contemporary twist. We had an appetizer, a first course for me, and a salad for my partner: everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and with great attention to the ingredients. And then we were won over by the desserts, truly excellent! I finished with an Alloro, served in a chilled steel glass: a particularly pleasant little treat, given the heat of the evening. A special mention also goes to the staff. They're young, knowledgeable, and very helpful, with experience outside of Fasano, and it was truly a pleasure to chat with them. We took advantage of their local knowledge to ask for some advice on nearby beach destinations. Giulia, in particular, made a great impression on us: kind, professional, and always available. In short, a lovely evening, good food, a pleasant atmosphere, and above all, young and competent service. A place we'd definitely recommend to anyone passing through Fasano. 😊
