10/03/2026: The cavatelli was great and the orichchiete would have been wonderful if the braciola didn't have fat.
The lean meat is much better. I'd give it a 4 for that reason.

The welcome is provided by industry professionals. The ingredients are carefully selected and extremely fresh, and the dishes are delicious.
The owner loves Puglia and its products. He welcomes you with expertise and guides you step by step through this top-notch food and wine experience.

We had an outstanding lunch at Biancofiore today. The raw seafood starter was absolutely divine incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. You can taste the quality in every bite.
Our waitress was wonderful attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us select the perfect wine pairing for our meal. Her recommendations were spot-on and really elevated the entire dining experience.
If you're in Bari and looking for exceptional seafood in a welcoming atmosphere with outstanding service, Biancofiore is a must-visit.

04/05/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant in Mattinata and had a very positive experience. We ate inside, but the restaurant also has a truly beautiful terrace with a sea view.
We loved the food: well-prepared, tasty dishes made with quality ingredients.
The service was prompt and friendly. The owner, in particular, was very kind: even though dinner was served inside, he gave us the option of enjoying dessert on the terrace. A simple but much-appreciated gesture, which made the evening's ending even more enjoyable.
The value for money was also good, in line with what we ate.
Overall, a lovely experience that we would recommend.
03/05/2026: Excellent seafood dishes, including a top-notch tuna steak, friendly and helpful staff, a warm welcome, and a breathtaking view (if the weather permits, you can eat outside). A restaurant I highly recommend!

The food was pretty good, the prices were average, but the real problem with this place was the service.
We sat down at 1:30 PM and ordered appetizers, which were finished by 3:00 PM. The main courses also arrived staggered, preventing us from eating together.
Overall, we weren't impressed, so I don't think I'll return.
08/03/2026: High-end cuisine at a truly fair price. It's hard to find such a balance these days: authentic dishes, quality ingredients, and a bill that makes you want to come back right away.

The food was fantastic, served by the chef.
This restaurant was recommended by our Airbnb host Giancarlo, and rightly so! Go eat here if you love delicious and authentic (Italian) food and hospitality in an intimate atmosphere.

29/04/2026: A lovely restaurant in the historic centre of Galatina, right behind the Basilica of Santa Caterina, a tourist destination of considerable importance for its frescoes known as the Salento Assistance. Having said that, I went there for dinner last week. The food was excellent, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. The room where we dined was located below the first floor entrance, a very characteristic feature with a barrel vault in tuff typical of Salento. We had a great time and will definitely be back.
27/04/2026: The food was decent, a bit pricey and not very generous. Unfortunately, the restaurant was full, so we were seated in the basement – it was rather gloomy!

What a treasure! The fixed price menus all include an assortment of interesting ‘antipasti locali’, plus primi and/or secondi piatti, seasonal fruit and dessert, water, wine and coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed each course and opted to share one fruit and one dessert (tiramisu).
Service was friendly and prompt.
Highly recommended!

04/05/2026: I went there for lunch for the first time with friends and family on Sunday, May 3, 2026. We were welcomed into a welcoming atmosphere and immediately felt at home. When the dishes arrived, we were delighted: I had seafood linguine, fried fish, and almond cake. I would recommend everything because everything was so fresh (for example, the fried shrimp peeled easily) and the portions were generous. What can I say: we'll be back! Highly recommended.
03/05/2026: A unique, simple, and peaceful spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The restaurant is located inside an old building with high ceilings. It stands very close to a former tobacco factory, closed at the end of Mussolini's reign: the village was created because of (or thanks to) this factory. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The menu, translated into French, is available online, and the dishes are photographed. Note that the lemon sorbet is not actually a sorbet but a lemon cream.
We were lucky enough to try (and thoroughly enjoyed) a homemade local digestif made with wild fennel. We highly recommend this place!
