25/09/2024: Nonostante siano tanti anni che veniamo a Pescoluse non conoscevamo questo ristorante. Si trova un po’ all’interno ma dispone di una bella terrazza. Abbiamo cenato in due e devo dire che materia prima, impiattamento e sapori erano al top. Conto commisurato alla qualità del cibo. Complimenti

22/09/2024: Scrivo questa recensione anche se il ristorante Le Scalelle non ne avrebbe alcun bisogno. È stata una serata perfetta. In una spaziosa veranda abbiamo mangiato molto molto bene. Pesce fresco e soprattutto cucinato con esperienza. Uno dei pochi posti in cui è finalmente buono anche il vino della casa. Rapporto qualità/prezzo correttissimo. Fosse più vicino sarei uno dei più assidui abbonati.

17/03/2025: Delicious Roman-style pizza. You can buy pieces in different variants and try different flavors. Very nicely served on a large board and cut into small pieces. Fantastic, hot, delicious cake, amazing quality of ingredients! An additional plus for very nice service.

24/03/2025: We had lunch last 09.03 and we were very disappointed with the food, they had spoken very well about you but the expectations were far different from how it went unfortunately, and the friends who spoke to us about you and the old management were there at the table with us, mortified... Complete menu of land and sea, of which starters were right and fresh and good but not even a hint of the fresh mushrooms for which we came to find you. Moving on to the first courses, the risotto was inedible as it was completely raw rice, which sent everyone in the room back, not just us, and the second first course was a fusilli seasoned with a really bland and insipid sauce, so even worse than the first course I would say. The second course was only in the center, two cuts of meat on 10 place settings and only one fried fish, only one dinner plate always in the center, a dessert not of your choice, which no one ate and coffee and bitters, all at the price of €50 per person, without even a consideration at the cash register, everyone disappeared, what a terrible impression... The service was initially excellent but after the first complaints reported to the brother of the new owner who served us, the management having changed, the second first course was cooked by a beginner, he disappeared from the room. This is all and I think it's enough to never go back again.

11/03/2025: Delicious vegetarian food. 4 starters and pasta. Wine and coffee. Yet the total bill for 2 people was only €40! Just don't come at 8 o'clock, most guests come a lot later.

18/03/2025: L'Underground è il nostro ristorante preferito a Castro Marina. Impossibile non lasciarsi tentare dai piatti gourmet che lo chef propone e che il personale, professionalmente illustra mentre li serve ai clienti. Prezzi nella norma, rapporto qualità/prezzo ottima.

09/03/2025: Very nice restaurant. Well-kept, clean, low music. If it were adult only it would be perfect and would raise the bar for customers. If we hadn't been constantly disturbed by tables with very young children we would have been better off, but this is a review for the place and not for those who go there. The food is excellent, fresh and not frozen fish. The difference can be felt on the palate. Very good and varied proposals on the menu.

08/02/2025: Degustazione sontuosa con alcuni piatti epici, superiori per tecnica e gusto a tanti altri assaggiati in ristoranti stellati. Migliore esperienza culinaria fatta in provincia di Lecce. Allo chef direi, come si dice in salentino stretto... "Tie nu ii stare quai!". Ritorneremo senza ombra di dubbio.

L’accoglienza dell’oste è stato il plus: il pane di loro produzione con un intingolo di olio evo e le entree gentilmente offerte sono state la coccola che non mi aspettavo e che mi hanno piacevolmente colpita. Lo spaghettone ai ricci di mare è stata poi un’ esplosione di gusto. Consigliatissimo a chi è amante dello slow food e adora gli ambienti accoglienti dove gustare dell’ottimo cibo.

11/02/2025: Sunday 11 August, We waited 20 minutes to order and 25 minutes for a capocollo appetizer. The waiter kindly offered us some white wine for the delay, which we appreciated. It's a shame, however, that when the tomato and cacioricotta orecchiette arrive, they bring us the orecchiette and a separate supermarket Cacioricotta sachet, already opened with a spoon placed inside. I understand it is a trattoria (even if the sign says Restaurant), but precisely because it is a typical dish and precisely because the dish costs €10... freshly grated fresh cheese was the minimum. Served obnoxiously (tall boy with glasses) and left for an hour on the outdoor table in the heat.. Furthermore, on the menu, the tomato-based orecchiette cost €10 but then they put €12 on the receipt, smart guys. To then say that the price was programmed wrong....meh Cover charge €2.50 not marked anywhere, surprise on the bill for stale bread and unprofessional service. Very bad experience, I strongly advise against it.

17/03/2025: Great lunch experience. Tasty dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. Fried mussels with honey were a surprise. Traditional taste for the mixed pasta cream with beans and mussels. Excellent fried cuttlefish, calamari and shrimp. To finish, tiramisu. Young and friendly staff. Nice atmosphere and attention to detail. Recommended.

26/02/2025: We have always booked with pleasure at the Fini hotel for many years and I must say that the excellent quality standard has not changed at all over the years therefore always good choices without reservations of anything. Highly recommended for anyone who goes to give or pray to Padre Pio. Always a clean, welcoming place and good, excellent cuisine with tasty and plentiful dishes. I always thank Antonio Francesco and Nicola for their kindness and professionalism who followed us with their advice even with my ninety-year-old father. What can I say, congratulations to all the staff and go to the Fini hotel in San Giovanni Rotondo

16/02/2025: On a Saturday evening in winter, we had dinner by reservation at 10:00 pm, in this grill restaurant. Table ready, choice of meat from the counter, excellent roast and side dish of potatoes with ashes, good house red wine. Good service, the only flaw on Saturday evening is the people's voices.... so it is preferable to enjoy the delicacies at the table in company during the week.

10/12/2024: Bad experience... food that tasted like it was reheated in the oven, aubergine parmigiana tasted better in the work canteen. We left almost everything on our plate. We just ran away. Not to be repeated! Luckily the ice cream otherwise we would go to sleep hungry. I don't understand all these positive reviews as we tasted 3/4 courses but all of them were not up to par. Cheese platter perhaps from Conad to say the least with commercial jam used for breakfasts passed off as cheese jam, €15 for the platter. Never again!
