I'd start by saying that the welcoming and relaxing atmosphere envelops you from the first moment, creating the perfect setting for an unforgettable experience. The pasta has its own "why": every forkful confirmed that I had chosen the right place. The dishes are very carefully crafted, the flavors are authentic, full, intense, and balanced. You can taste the attention, care, study, and passion behind what arrives on your plate. The service is excellent. The waiters are professional, polite, and attentive to the customer. Overall, it's a full and authentic experience, perfect for those looking for something different, far from banal. I highly recommend this place!

We arrived early in the evening on December 31st and they managed to find us two tables for dinner despite not having booked and an upcoming New Year's Eve concert on the stage a few hundred meters away. We had a very good dinner. Typical cuisine and attentive, friendly service. Quality bresaola for our dog was included in the price 🐕!

01/01/2026: I checked the TripAdvisor reviews before booking. 99% were positive. Out of curiosity, I looked at the 1% with negative reviews. The user review "Parisian chef with bossy wife," a true script for an episode of an Italian comedy, convinced me to book. At lunchtime, I introduced myself as a friend of the "Parisian chef." The manager, described by the Parisian chef's wife as "aggressive, misogynistic, and lacking in charm and elegance," and we laughed about the incident. We ate very well, spent the right amount, and returned the next day to try other dishes. You can't stroll through the heart of Lecce's historic center and not stop at Locanda del Ballerino. The origin of its name is already a story worth telling. If you decide to go, introduce yourself as a friend of the "Parisian chef with bossy wife." 😉😂

18/10/2025: A beautiful property surrounded by greenery. The owner is incredibly kind; you can immediately tell he loves his job. Local produce is used. A place that takes you away from reality, both for the beauty that surrounds you and the quality of the food served. I think I made the best choice for the location, the food, and the staff. My mom was so happy to celebrate her birthday here. Congratulations again!

21/12/2025: Amidst the alleys of Locorotondo's historic center, decked out for Christmas, lies the "Ai Tre Santi" restaurant. Appetizers, first courses, and second courses... absolutely delicious. The photos demonstrate the meticulous presentation of the dishes and the excellent ingredients. The result is simply superb!

The restaurant is beautifully decorated in a nautical style, and the dishes are generous and delicious, starting with the brigands' appetizer, which can be enjoyed with a wine from a wide selection of local and international wines. The prices are absolutely excellent considering the quality and quantity of the food and service.
