12/05/2026: I am a local (from Puglia ) and I must say that the food in this restaurant is amazing. We had the appetizer with 5 dishes, the risotto and the cavatelli with seafood, the wine of the house. The dishes are abundant and you won't be disappointed by the quality. The owner is super friendly and nice. I strongly advice this place if you are a local like or a tourist, I will definitely come back again if I'll pass by Polignano.

12/08/2026: A must-try for meat lovers! Originally a butcher shop, it transformed into a restaurant a few years ago. Fantastic local specialties at fair prices, super-fast and friendly service. Besides the Bombette (a type of sausage), they have an impressive selection of dry-aged hams. The atmosphere can get a bit noisy at times, as you sit outside in a large market square with many other restaurants. But the food makes it all worthwhile. 😃
09/08/2026: For meat lovers, this is the place to be. There's a wide selection inside the restaurant; you choose your favorite cut and return to your table, where it's served grilled shortly after. The only downside is the very limited appetizers and limited selection. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend making a reservation; it's always in high demand. Definitely worth a try!

02/05/2026: I brought my group of ladies here for dinner during our tour, the service and foods were excellent! One waiter, one buser, and Chef Alfonso in the kitchen handled a full house of guests very well!!
The foods came out very quickly, we got a table on the terrace with a beautiful view!
Could not say thank you enough to everyone involved and made my group feel so welcomed!
01/05/2026: We had lunch today and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The service was impeccable; the waitress who served us was very kind and welcoming, both to us and our little one. The food was overall very good, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The only thing I'd improve a little? Perhaps increasing the number of appetizers on the plate, or perhaps adding a little more to the appetizer mix would be appreciated. Thank you 😊

04/06/2026: A lovely spot in Monopoli. We ordered orecchiette with seafood and rigatoni with octopus. As a welcome, we received a small appetizer of tomato bruschetta and bread polpette. Nothing extraordinary, but a nice touch.
The food seemed authentic and the dishes were good. It's an excellent option for a simple, relaxed local lunch. The service is laid-back and the atmosphere is peaceful. A great place to discover the cuisine of Puglia.

04/08/2026: Very nice and accommodating. My wife and I loved it.
It started out a bit of a rough. A family showed up in the Cabana next to us, the young man was extremely sick, you know the deep (I'm sick) cough and he never even tryed covering his mouth... So with my health condition we needed to ask to be moved. Coccaro Beach Club was super accommodating, understanding and helpful! The rest of the day was flawless. Had the Sea bass with the final prep and serving happening Cabana side. Plus they had fresh fruit, cheese's, drinks...
All and all a super great time!
PS if you're planning on going into the water and you have water shoes bring them. The shoreline in this section of Italy is pretty rocky, with sandy patches.
