Beautiful place in the center of Apricena, traditional cuisine with a modern twist, delicious, especially the burragine parmigiana, the tiramisu and much more, even the house wine, in our case a rosé, excellent!! In short, I would say a beautiful restaurant, delicious and superbly managed!

I found attention to the plating (although there are some things that could be improved) and traditional flavors well-balanced and creatively combined. The honey-crusted pork and the desserts deserve special mention. The food is definitely good, but the real added value is the excellent customer service. It's not a given in big cities, and honestly, you wouldn't expect it in a small town. My compliments to the young owner. Let's face it, Apricena isn't exactly a dream destination, but this place is worth a visit.
