03/05/2026: ​An exceptional dining experience that masterfully showcases traditional Piedmontese cuisine. Scannabue is undoubtedly a must-visit in Turin. ​The menu is outstanding from start to finish. The '2008' Vitello Tonnato was perfectly balanced, followed by superb Agnolotti del Plin elevated by the wonderfully rich Beurre de Bresse. The Braised Beef Cheek in Barbera was a standout—meltingly tender, deeply flavourful, and beautifully presented on mountain mashed potatoes. ​A particular highlight is their excellent and reasonably priced selection of wines by the glass. This allowed for flawless pairings throughout the meal: a structured Timorasso (Derthona) to start, an elegant Nebbiolo for the pasta, and a robust Barolo to complement the braised meat. ​Professional service, a welcoming atmosphere, and brilliant value for the quality of ingredients provided. Highly recommended.

22/02/2026: We discovered Ristorante La Mimosa thanks to a couple of friends who have been frequenting the restaurant for a long time and were particularly keen to take us there. We were three couples, our first experience at this restaurant... and we can confidently say it won't be our last! The evening was simply perfect. Besides the delicious food, we were welcomed and looked after with impeccable service: attentive, professional, and always smiling, making us feel at ease throughout the dinner. The quality of the ingredients is excellent and is evident in every dish: excellent ingredients, impeccably and surprisingly prepared, with thoughtful and never boring pairings. A delightful discovery was the chef's entrée, a start that immediately raised our expectations; expectations were fully confirmed as the evening progressed. And how could we not mention the wonderful dessert platter that accompanied our desserts? A truly superb finishing touch that made the moment even more special. A dinner with friends that transformed into a high-level gastronomic experience. My compliments to the entire staff: we will definitely be back!

04/04/2026: Delicious food, excellent and generous service, and a very beautiful place. I came here from Bologna and I don't regret it. Don't worry if the portions aren't as large as you might imagine (the staff will tell you if that's the case), but you understand that when the food is this good, you can make an exception. One thing is that the cover charge is €4 per person. But as I said, with all this luxury, you don't care about the price. Trust me and come here. The only thing is that if you don't book at least five days in advance, you'll have a hard time finding a table.

20/01/2026: A top-notch Michelin-starred restaurant. The elegant location is spread across several rooms; in the summer, a pleasant outdoor seating area is also available in the courtyard of the old farmhouse that now houses the restaurant. The staff is highly trained, courteous, and helpful. Tables are well-spaced, allowing for conversation without disturbing others (or being disturbed). Guests can choose from a tasting menu or dine à la carte. All the dishes on the list are worth trying: the freshest ingredients, prepared with flair and professionalism by the chef. The welcome aperitif, amuse bouche, and petit fours offered in addition to the requested courses are also not to be overlooked. Dining here is an experience not to be missed. Prices are commensurate with the quality offered.

24/12/2025: I really appreciated the attention they paid to a person who doesn't eat dairy and who hadn't previously warned me. They created a special menu. The gobbi agnolotti with raspberry beurre blanc and cardoons are a must-try. Highly recommended.

Despite our large group, the service was surprisingly fast, attentive, and well-organized. The staff was always available, professionally handling even small issues and specific requests, without ever compromising on kindness or efficiency. A strong point is certainly the attention paid to everyone's needs: allergies, dietary preferences, and special requests were listened to and fulfilled with care and genuine availability. You can clearly sense the passion of those who work here and their desire to provide an authentic experience. The quality of the food is excellent: well-prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and the opportunity to sample various typical Piedmontese specialties, enthusiastically explained and recommended. Each course was a little journey into local tradition. In conclusion, Aldente isn't just a trattoria where you can eat well, but a place where you feel welcomed and pampered. Even just for the warmth and attention you receive, it's absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommended.

21/02/2026: Plan a morning or afternoon to visit Superga and then Colle della Maddalena, finishing with lunch or dinner at this restaurant in Revigliasco, which has a beautiful view of the spectacular valley. Everything else is the usual: very clean, the staff is friendly and well-trained. The food is excellent, and every dish is carefully prepared.
