15/05/2024: We had a good time, but perhaps it wasn't the right day. It was a bit too crowded, you could see they were struggling to keep up with all the tables, in fact they forgot to present some dishes to us, which let's say for a star restaurant the presentation is very important, it's part of the experience; they gave us a table towards the wall with the sideboard, where I could see the poor waiters, a little uncomfortable, always having to turn in front of us to be able to get the glasses etc. apart from this the food nothing to say, everything was excellent. They are famous for their cellar, we liked the wines a lot, maybe even too much.

Passionate about quality products, committed to quality food, we had the pleasure of visiting his vegetable garden, created a little over a year ago to supply his kitchen with local and selected products. I recommend. In summer the patio must be very pleasant.

26/05/2024: Sorry to have to stick you......dinner with 4 friends. Some dishes were normal but 2 second courses were forgettable. The cut was plated without a minimum of garnish or choreography, not to mention the lamb ribs: only part of the skin and fat. You don't bring a dish like that to the table. It can happen, I hope it doesn't happen again. I'm always for constructive criticism.

Instead, a mix of really plentiful starters and all fantastic, good bulk wine both red and white, first courses (I'm told) very good. I stopped at 6-7 starters because I had arrived. Roman style, €27 each. Advised

01/12/2023: Tutto stupendo. Cucina Location Personale all'altezza. Lo Chef è strepitoso con grandi capacità estro creativo e maestria nell'elaborazione personale dei piatti. Il posto che dire..sembra di essere caduti dentro una fiaba di quelle che leggevamo da bambini. Tutto il personale è attento e preparato, dedica il massimo dell'attenzione e non lascia nulla al caso. Davvero indimenticabile. Grazie

18/11/2023: Ristorante per chi cerca un luogo ideale per riuscire a parlare senza chiasso, serviti in modo eccezionale, con una bellissima vista, con un menù fantastico e portate preparate in modo magistrale senza cadere nel perimetro dell'odiosa nouvelle cuisine. Sicuramente nella top 5 dei migliori ristoranti dove sia stato a questo livello. Prezzo assolutamente corretto in rapporto, come già sottolineato, alla qualità sublime della cucina, delle materie prime e del servizio.

02/04/2024: Finding vegan options is never easy or obvious but here you can eat very well, simple but very good dishes, a very rich starter and the dessert was truly exceptional (a cake with pistachio mousse and hazelnut brittle and salted caramel, perfectly balanced). We had a great time and will definitely be back 🤩
