01/11/2025: A must-try for traditional Piedmontese cuisine. It pleasantly surprised us and allowed us to sample all of Turin's great classics. Our favorites were definitely the creamed cod, the tajarin with sausage, and the braised cheek. All dishes are prepared with top-quality ingredients and carefully plated. You can choose between à la carte or a set menu. We found the atmosphere refined yet informal and the service prompt. A special mention goes to the excellent breadsticks served in a bread basket. Definitely a must-see in the city!

26/10/2025: I wandered in by chance and was pleasantly surprised! A warm and welcoming little osteria, with delicious and surprising food. The first course was very good, and the second course was exceptional! The Iberian Pluma was mind-blowing, and to finish, the Gorgonzola and honey gelato was 10/10.

The dishes in which the food is served, the waitresses who are charming and attentive, and the food itself—so delicious. It’s been a long time since we’ve had vegan food this tasty. 23/10/2025: We went last night with a little girl. We had a wonderful time, the waitress was very friendly and explained in detail all the gluten-free dishes (practically all of them). A paradise for anyone with a celiac disease, and also suitable for vegans (they had a selection of vegan cheeses). They also have a children's menu (gluten-free too!). We had gluten-free fried fish and fondue with GF potatoes/crostini. Thank you, because it's truly a blessing to find a place where celiac disease isn't a problem!

07/11/2025: It's always a pleasure to dine at Umberto's. Impeccable service, excellent dishes, and portions are generous, not just tasters. Truly excellent value for money. Recommended.

03/11/2025: Lunch is always amazing. Everything was perfect, from the snails to the truffles. From the service to the lovely and very professional girls.

16/11/2025: Highly recommended restaurant! Everything was delicious and the waiters were very friendly. I highly recommend the Fassona tartare with truffle cream and the balsamic beef fillet, which had a crispy crust. The apple pie was also delicious, although it was a bit small, but they brought us another slice!

15/11/2025: We decided with one of the brothers to have a one-of-a-kind menu, since there were 12 of us... we tasted and enjoyed ALL the dishes, from the truffle tartare to the soft chocolate-filled dessert. Everyone loved it all, topped off with the courtesy of the young waiters and the owner's friendliness! A quaint, very welcoming place.

26/10/2025: An excellent experience in a historic location. Excellent hospitality, perhaps a little chilly but definitely impactful. In addition to the menu, there are two tastings. We chose the more comprehensive one. The selection ranged from meat to fish, including specialty dishes like onions wrapped in milk, truly memorable. The wine list was good, although we opted for pairings. The staff was friendly and professional, and the bill was reasonable.

27/07/2025: Bella la location, anche le scelte gastronomiche e i piccoli entree della casa, la pasticceria pre caffè. Servizio migliorabile, e anche i calici di vino: mezzo dito in più non guasterebbe … Menu fisso da 80€ e 110€, vini esclusi, già il primo è abbastanza per quantità.

19/10/2025: Yesterday was an excellent new culinary experience! Everything was delicious, excellent Piedmontese cuisine of the highest quality, both in terms of ingredients, cooking, and presentation! We'll definitely be back!
