27/01/2026: A magical place located on a panoramic terrace overlooking the lake. The winter version, however, offers a more intimate and homey setting around the large fireplace. Superlative food and prices reflect the quality of the ingredients and service. Definitely worth returning.

30/01/2026: This is a truly charming hotel set in the heart of the renowned Gavi wine region. Perched on a hilltop, the former noble villa has been beautifully transformed into a unique and elegant hotel. Surrounded by a beautiful park with a fountain, outdoor swimming pool, and rolling vineyards, the setting feels both peaceful and timeless. I have stayed at Relais Villa Pomela several times, in both summer and winter, and it never fails to impress. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with genuinely friendly and attentive service that makes every stay feel special. The hotel’s restaurant serves excellent Italian cuisine, refined yet authentic, and sure to satisfy even the most discerning palates. Another great advantage is the proximity to the Serravalle Designer Outlet, just a five-minute drive away. For guests who prefer not to deal with parking, the hotel conveniently offers a shuttle service to and from the outlet. I can highly recommend this hotel and very much look forward to returning again.

23/01/2026: Excellence in hospitality and authentic flavors in the heart of Alba. We dined at Il Cortiletto d’Alba restaurant, and the experience was immediately top-notch. We were greeted with impeccable grace and efficiency by a young waitress who welcomed us with great professionalism. The real added value, however, was meeting a very kind lady who explained the menu to us. More than just a reading of the dishes, it was a passionate account of the ingredients: she provided us with detailed information on the provenance of the ingredients, all of which were of the highest quality. From the famous Entracque potatoes to the delicacy of the black truffle, to the organic vegetables, every element exuded freshness and local tradition. What truly struck us—and almost embarrassed by how rare it is these days—was the lady's attention and extreme kindness; a thoughtfulness that makes the guest feel truly special. In the kitchen, the ingredients are treated with respect: the dishes are flavorful and balanced, showcasing each individual ingredient without overpowering it. A valuable tip: the restaurant is very popular, so booking in advance is highly recommended. Although we didn't, we were lucky: thanks to their exceptional helpfulness and courtesy, they managed to find us two seats despite being sold out. The price was more than fair. We'll definitely be back. A big shout out to all the staff: really well done!

The only drawback, in my humble opinion, is the location... a little bare and, excuse the word, a little "sad." With a few tweaks (details in the furnishings and lighting), it could gain much more value and match the top-notch cuisine! I assume the very friendly and welcoming owner will welcome you warmly and congenially, setting a less formal tone for the evening, warming up the atmosphere with her presence. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you for the lovely evening (I hope you can take my criticism of the dining room positively and perhaps make some changes to warm up the spaces and make them a little more "romantic-intimate." 29/01/2026: Aroma is located in one of Turin's most beautiful foothills, a bit inconvenient for parking, but that's no surprise. The interior of the restaurant is undoubtedly well-kept, perhaps a little "cold," but the floor is very beautiful (tasting bus)! The à la carte menu offers dishes that are decidedly interesting to read, perhaps a little less so on the palate. Some flavors—like a Vermouth reduction—were barely noticeable, which is a shame because the menu descriptions are undoubtedly captivating, with some dishes that are out of the ordinary. The meats are very good and cooked to perfection, perhaps a little on the small side. I've tried all the desserts, and they're beautiful and equally delicious. Some, to be clear, were perhaps a little cloying for my taste buds and my tastes. The service was a bit cold and aloof from the start; there was no lack of professionalism, respect, or kindness, just very cold. Overall it was a good dinner, but I expected more, especially from the two tasting menus, which were nothing particularly appealing in my opinion.

08/03/2026: It's a shame to write this, but it's true. We went there as a last resort, as it was the one and only place in Alba that had a table for two available on a Sunday evening... and given how the evening went, it was a blessing in disguise! A top food and wine experience! The wine cellar is exceptional, the ingredients are spectacular, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and competent. Thank you for giving us the last table.

07/03/2026: My partner and I went there on Friday evening. What can I say? Everything was excellent. From the location to the food to the service. A dream wine list. 100 pages of tablets with an incredible selection of local wines. I was especially struck by the great honesty in the wine prices; I was amazed by the wide variety at truly fair prices. Everything else was also honest, and the service was very kind and attentive, truly pleasant. What can I say... highly recommended.

05/11/2025: A wonderful experience! Around 1:30 pm, we were found a table for two upstairs with a magnificent view. The sage ravioli were marvelous, and the house pasta al ragù was delicious. I highly recommend it. I highly recommend it!

02/11/2025: There were nine of us and we chose just one dish: a first or second course. The choice was wide and everyone was satisfied. I had prawns, grilled fish, and seafood risotto... I had grilled whitefish, which was good, just a little too salty. Friendly staff

10/03/2026: The osteria where you can experience and enjoy the authentic atmosphere and good food of the Langhe. All in a set menu with four excellent appetizers, two first courses, including the best tajarin I've ever eaten, and then exquisite second courses and desserts.
