11/12/2025: I went for lunch. The raw meat was excellent, and I was surprised to find dishes that also had the option of adding white truffle. I recommend it.
10/12/2025: Excellent food, traditional Piedmontese, specializing in snails.
Friendly and professional staff.
I gave the ambiance four stars because the ground-floor dining room isn't very large, so we had lunch in the basement dining room, which has no windows, which was slightly underwhelming.
Otherwise, highly recommended, right in the heart of Cherasco.

06/12/2025: We celebrated a birthday. The service was prompt, the staff and owner were attentive and thoughtful, and the food was quality, cooked and served with care. The wine list was extensive. The location was welcoming and well-kept. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

05/11/2025: A wonderful experience! Around 1:30 pm, we were found a table for two upstairs with a magnificent view.
The sage ravioli were marvelous, and the house pasta al ragù was delicious.
I highly recommend it. I highly recommend it!
02/11/2025: There were nine of us and we chose just one dish: a first or second course.
The choice was wide and everyone was satisfied.
I had prawns, grilled fish, and seafood risotto... I had grilled whitefish, which was good, just a little too salty.

10/11/2025: For the past 10 years, we've happily returned to this osteria whenever we travel to Piedmont for truffle hunting. We appreciate Mauro's recommendations and the excellent food, as well as the very fair prices for the white truffles. The wine suggestions from his son, who represents local winemakers, are always a delight.
A warm, authentic establishment run with great passion – we're already looking forward to our next visit in 2026!
01/11/2025: Today we went to this very nice osteria. What can I say, it was well worth the visit! We arrived early, so parking wasn't a problem. Once inside, we had our pick of tables and chose one right in front of the beautiful wine bottles at the back of the room. The wine list is mostly regional and extensive, and best of all: the prices are very reasonable! All the dishes were very good, perhaps with the slight exception of the steak, which was a bit uneven. The vitello tonnato was really good. The best part, of course, was the fresh truffle grated over the pasta. Delicious! The pictures show what we drank. We'll definitely be back.

Interno con tavoli spaziosi, bianche tovaglie, stile marinaro.
Menù di pesce,anche crudo, sempre fresco.
Ottime materie prime, pane di loro produzione con farina di Buratto, servito ancora caldo.
Prezzi onesti per la qualità.
Servizio rapido e cortese.
Ottimo sconto con The Fork.
Noi torniamo spesso.

19/11/2025: Expensive? I don't think they ordered a grilled fish for two; we asked for a container to take away the uneaten fish because we were full. The food was good, even better... A carafe of white wine with dessert at the end. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
So you can eat the pizza by the meter🤗, face to face, and...enjoy your meal. I recommend it, everything was excellent, and we'll be back...😜
09/11/2025: A historic establishment we've known for decades. Always an excellent pizzeria, it's also become a restaurant: delicious and original dishes, from appetizers to desserts, including seasonal and other specials.
And the helpful and attentive staff follows the owner's example, always welcoming.
An excellent place for both lunch and dinner.

The price is €35 per person, absolutely fair for what you get.
Organized service and a simple, pleasant atmosphere. A place that delivers on its promises and is definitely worth returning to.

for a sporting event, a must-see at
Gufo Bianco.
A superb dinner in an extremely elegant setting, meticulously curated down to the smallest details, with qualified and friendly staff attentive to every need.
The dessert trolley is missing from the photos.
I'll leave you to imagine, but the quality and deliciousness are hands-down winners.
The white truffle taglierini are a must-try.
