16/03/2024: Avevo recensito questo ristorante qualche anno fa. Era stata una esperienza gradevole. Devo dire però che questa volta non è andata bene. Non discuto sulla qualità del cibo che resta sempre valida. Quello che mi ha deluso è stato il servizio scostante della signora. Avevo già percepito la cosa al telefono quando ho prenotato. Mai un sorriso, mai chiesto se andasse tutto bene. Sarà stata la giornata difficile? Lo spero per lei. Mi è quasi sembrato che le stessimo dando fastidio. Carta dei vini con prezzi un po' "impazziti". Nota di plauso al proprietario che sa fare il suo mestiere.

15/03/2024: Grande qualità cibi e carta vini. Pochi tavoli in locale tipico in centro a Torino. Qualità della carne ottima, tonnato e guanciale fantastico. Carrello dei formaggi eccezionale grazie alla competenza del proprietario che dimostra una grande passione! Ottimo il bonet. Bravi!

If you have any questions about the menu when choosing, the friendly lady can also speak very good English. I will definitely come back.

26/03/2024: Recommended. from a customer for lunch. Really a great choice although beyond my "business lunch" standards. The restaurant is located in an area outside the town center, with some convenient parking. Cozy place, warm atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff, very clear in their explanations of the dishes. After tasting the Cartoccio of Roccaverano cheese flavored with rosemary, I tried the durum wheat tagliatelle with Nizza hunchbacked cardoons and bagna cauda. Some fresh pasta with Piedmontese meat sauce, some traditional Agnolotti. The desserts are also excellent: truly exceptional Piedmontese bonet and warm hazelnut cake with cream ice cream. Excellent price when compared to the quality of the dishes and the service, a little high for a business lunch. Ideal for bringing clients to "impress" or to enjoy exquisite Piedmontese dishes as a couple or with friends.

05/04/2024: Very nice hotel, the restaurant is remarkable in terms of food, presentation and view! Varied breakfast, sweet and savory, always with a view of the lake! In good weather you can take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool. Fantastic treatment!

21/03/2024: Excellent restaurant. The service is very good and attentive. The two of us for dinner at 7:00 p.m., the only ones. No music. The people in the kitchen were laughing a lot among themselves, it was nice 😀. Atmosphere ok. I took the boiled meats, good portion, excellent with the 3 sauces. The rabbit was good with a slight truffle taste. 2 free entries, thank you. I recommend, thank you.

26/04/2024: I had lunch with a sports car club, great place, service ok, a rich starter. The only flaw is the wine, a local dessert that didn't excite me.

24/04/2024: A truly special place. It is located a few meters from the main road but incredibly makes you feel like you are in the middle of nature and away from any inhabited center. Surrounded by greenery and the historic villa itself is wonderful. The staff is highly qualified and very kind. Very clean facility. The only flaw is perhaps the gym (for those interested), there are few tools and machines but it can be done.

19/04/2024: Perfectly executed tasting menu. Very well-rounded caring team. A very accessible Chef who comes regularly to see if everything is going well. Passionate about quality products, committed to quality food, we had the pleasure of visiting his vegetable garden, created a little over a year ago to supply his kitchen with local and selected products. I recommend. In summer the patio must be very pleasant.

16/03/2024: Locale bellissimo nel nucleo del paese un po' discosto ma questo é anche il bello. Noi abbiamo optato per il menu di degustazione piú importante e posso solo dire di aver mangiato magnificamente. Ogni portata eseguita in maniera impeccabile con gusti ben decisi ed intriganti. Faccio notare il fatto di essere uscito molto sazio e soddisfatto. Le fotografie allegate parlano chiaro. Servizio attento e competente. Una stella piú che meritata. Complimenti a tutto il team.
