01/07/2026: The ambiance speaks for itself, the service is impeccable and very courteous. Be wary of anyone who claims the wait is very long. Battipalo offers a menu (even without a tasting menu) where they try to showcase their unique identity. I sat for 2 hours and 15 minutes, but I didn't feel the wait bothering me at all. The dishes are excellent; I'd also like to provide some feedback (as a customer) despite an excellent rating. The ravioli base was sensational, the texture and cooking of the lamb was truly excellent, and the only personal recommendation for the zucchini (appetizer) would be something that contrasts with the salsa verde at the base (it's a bit tiring to finish). The dessert was very good (I ordered the puff pastry), not the restaurant's strong point, but still very pleasant. Finally, the wine selection is very broad and of high quality. My only suggestion would be to recommend or direct the service to a wine (not necessarily a specific winery or region) based on the dishes you order, at least for the tasting menu. Highly recommended, and I recommend this experience to everyone, thank you for everything (I hope you read me).

28/07/2026: I can't understand why there are places where you go for a while and suddenly forget they exist. I came back here after an absence of I think twelve years, and if it was already good before, now they've really outdone themselves. The best dinner in recent years. Top-quality ingredients, superb fresh pasta, and an original menu (the wine list is also very extensive, I must say). Excellent value. Friendly service. Very nice location. Go there. Come back. And don't forget about this place like I did.

23/07/2026: Had a lovely meal in the garden. Very helpful and sweet service. Beautiful menu, choice of a set menu or à la carte. Nice, original dishes, including a starter of prawns with caramel and passion fruit. Fantastic. Other dishes were also really tasty. Beautiful wine list, with the Dogliani wines prominently featured, of course. Including, surprisingly, a Timorasso from Dogliani. How nice. Had a wonderful evening, thank you.

07/07/2026: We return to this excellent restaurant from time to time. Tonight, we were a little disappointed with the appetizers, which we felt were overpriced. Otherwise, we were satisfied: the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms was excellent, and the desserts were a good selection.

The dishes exude attention to the finest ingredients, with fresh, authentic flavors that showcase tradition. The risotto alla certosina deserves a special mention, truly excellent and prepared with great balance. The wine list is also excellent, made even more enjoyable by Maria's recommendations, who always puts guests at ease and suggests the most suitable pairing with expertise and passion. The atmosphere is refined but never formal, perfect for both a special dinner and a quiet evening. A place I'd happily recommend and always return to.

10/06/2026: You can sit right by the water, the service is lovely, and both the mixed grilled fish platter and the fritto misto are excellent! It's very busy, but the friendly, multi-faceted staff works together seamlessly and has everything under control.

08/06/2026: It's more like a canteen than a restaurant (the inside). The service is assembly-line style. The food is really bland. We ordered lasagna and gnocchi, both dishes were tasteless; it's quite surprising that you couldn't even taste the cheese...

21/02/2026: Plan a morning or afternoon to visit Superga and then Colle della Maddalena, finishing with lunch or dinner at this restaurant in Revigliasco, which has a beautiful view of the spectacular valley. Everything else is the usual: very clean, the staff is friendly and well-trained. The food is excellent, and every dish is carefully prepared.

05/07/2026: Everything was perfect. The location is in the center of Cuneo, in a historic building. The food was wonderful, from appetizers to dessert, and even the wine. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Not to be missed.

16/06/2026: We visited Osteria Senza Fretta for the first time last night, and what a wonderful experience it was. The restaurant truly lives up to its name. For the first time in ages, my wife and I didn't feel rushed while dining. The service was impeccable and flawless from start to finish, with excellent attention to detail in every dish that was served. It felt almost dreamlike, enjoying beautifully prepared fresh food while listening to the gentle sound of the fountain and classical music in the background. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and elegant. What impressed us even more was seeing the head chef personally come out to serve some of the dishes. Such humility is rare to find. The lady head chef has created some truly outstanding dishes, full of creativity and flavour. Our waiter was excellent as well, providing attentive service throughout the evening. His knowledge of the English language was greatly appreciated and made the experience even more enjoyable. 10/06/2026: Osteria Senza Fretta is one of those places where you immediately feel at home as soon as you walk in. We were guests for dinner. The location is elegant and understated. But what is most striking is the courtesy, the welcome, and the quality of the cuisine. Passion and professionalism shine through in the management and customer service. All this, with excellent value for money. Keep up the good work.

15/03/2026: What a fantastic restaurant. Excellent home-cooked local recipes, with a friendly staff that made us feel like we were home. We loved everything, but definitely have the agnolotti. We tried several others during our stay in Turin, and Taverna’s was head and shoulders above all the rest.

21/07/2026: Right next to our agriturismo, we received a restaurant recommendation. We went there at lunchtime to reserve a table. The friendly owner suggested we come with our children at 7:15 pm, as they would still have space. Otherwise, she said, it's difficult to get a table anywhere on Tuesdays. We weren't disappointed. They had a great wine selection and dishes that were hard to find. The kids had homemade tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce, which was delicious. We had an antipasti selection, as well as gnocchi with chanterelles and donkey meat with mashed potatoes. Everything was absolutely delicious! The service was attentive. All in all, a fantastic experience!

13/07/2026: A restaurant that never disappoints. The atmosphere is very welcoming, with the option of dining al fresco in the summer without being swarmed by mosquitoes. The wine list is extensive, with many choices from other regions, but a special focus on local producers and his majesty "Nizza." As for the food, it's an excellent interpretation of traditional Piedmontese cuisine with a contemporary twist. I particularly enjoyed the Piedmontese-style fritto misto, which is usually a winter dish but presented in a way that's enjoyable even in the summer. The staff is friendly and helpful, and here too I found a true passion and dedication to the restaurant industry. Congratulations!
