21/07/2026: I've been frequenting this restaurant in the summer for several years now (my mother is from Orsara Bormida), so my review is based on at least 10 lunches/dinners. The atmosphere is always well-maintained and refined, and has improved over the years; the outdoor area is very beautiful. Excellent and professional service: all the wait staff are truly professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive to their customers...a heartfelt thank you to everyone! The food is always excellent, rightly showcasing local specialties. If I could offer a piece of advice as a customer (I'm certainly not a chef), I'd try to make the stuffed pasta dishes (ravioli, agnolotti, and plin) more flavorful by offering them with more flavorful sauces or by modifying the filling (which, to my taste, is a bit too delicate). Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Would I return? Absolutely, as I have done in recent years!

21/05/2026: A truly wonderful experience. Besides the divine food, we were struck by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. They offered us focaccia and a delicious spinach and goat's milk gorgonzola appetizer, free of charge, and they were so good we wanted seconds (haha). Even the small desserts they made were simply wonderful, carefully prepared and delicious. The atmosphere is gorgeous, welcoming and relaxing, one of those places where you feel good as soon as you enter. A special thanks also to the young waitress, very polite, very well-mannered and truly professional. You can sense the passion, quality, and attention to detail. 03/06/2026: A small, welcoming restaurant in the heart of Turin's Quadrilatero district. The dishes offered are typical of Turin and Piedmontese tradition, well-prepared with excellent ingredients. I tried everything other diners chose, as well as my own! The Fassona beef tartare and veal with tuna sauce were outstanding, but I recommend the rabbit tuna, the best I've had since coming to Turin. The owners provide excellent service, and I thank Mrs. Nadia for her kindness and helpfulness. The prices are more than reasonable for the dishes offered! Excellent

16/07/2026: Wonderful experience in our second time in this beautiful restaurant in Saluzzo. The food is exquisite, so is the service. Very elegant dishes that reflect the region, extremely well-prepared. The wine list is simply amazing, too Definitely recommended, and worth changing your road to nake sure you visit and have a meal there if you are in the region.

12/07/2026: I visited Le Quattro Stagioni restaurant with my partner and a friend. The menu is captivating for the quality of the ingredients and the care with which each dish is prepared. A special mention goes to the desserts, which are simply exceptional. The service was impeccable: Roberta and Piero's professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness made our evening even more enjoyable. An experience I highly recommend.
