03/02/2025: Nos alojamos en este restaurante con habitaciones en noviembre pasado. Las habitaciones, un apartamento y una habitación doble eran excelentes. Impecablemente limpio y cálido. La comida para los 5 de nosotros fue excepcional. Todos los cursos eran generosos y totalmente deliciosos. El personal era amable y eficiente. No tenemos ninguna duda en reservar de nuevo este mes de marzo si podemos pasar. Mi hija y nietos viven en Piamonte, este es nuestro restaurante favorito hasta ahora. Solíamos comer aquí hace muchos años cuando había un propietario anterior, la calidad de la comida y el servicio es igual de alta.

02/02/2025: We went to the Usignolo Restaurant, located in Viggiona (VB). From the first reviews and photos it immediately attracted us, and we were not disappointed at all. As soon as you arrive you can admire a breathtaking view of the entire lake, while the interior is modern and very classic. The spaces are large and the arrangement of the tables is very beautiful and functional. The restaurant is very bright due to the large windows, which give the possibility of admiring the view even from inside. As an appetizer I ordered an encore of Piedmontese Fassona tartare and salmon. Truly exceptional dish, the meat and fish were really fresh and their quality was very high. A very, very good dish and highly recommended. As a second course I ordered spaghetti with seafood. This dish was also really delicious, here too you could feel the quality of the products and their freshness. A small negative note is the fact that the pasta was a little too salty. The service is normal, the staff is very friendly and quite fast. Sometimes we waited a moment longer but it was certainly due to the large turnout. Furthermore, a positive note is the parking spaces, although the restaurant is located on a hill it has plenty of them available. A truly delicious and highly recommended restaurant, go there as soon as you have the chance!

21/01/2025: Dal cibo all accoglienza tutto ottimo, personale qualificato , preparato e del mestiere, si vede in loro la passione per questo lavoro a volte ci si dimentica quanto può essere stancante e tutto il lavoro che c è dietro solo per un primo …detto ciò noi abbiamo optato per 2 menù degustazione e tutti gli ingredienti usati si sentiva a pieno la loro freschezza e manualità dell essere fatto in casa.. ringrazio anche la cameriera che mi ha consigliato un buon moscato secco da accompagnare al menu!!!! torneremo per provare altri piatti , grazie ancora per tutto Monica e Marco (anche noi del mestiere) !!!! 26/02/2025: Farmhouse with bedrooms and restaurant room, all very welcoming. The owner and his family are kind and helpful in everything, truly great people. You always feel at ease in this place, surrounded by vineyards and peace. In a perfect position to reach various characteristic villages and hills of the Langhe. There are many wineries not far away so it is really very convenient.

Unprecedented with Vitello Tonnato, amazing Fassona steak, the first ones we tasted Plin with ricotta and spinach and exceptional lemon Zelst tajarin with 30 reds with local sausage sauce excellent fettuccine with hemp flour with ragout of chicken livers equally tasty for the second course Their rabbit to the langarola a delicacy excellent wine list with prices without excessive mark-ups the professional and competent management makes this place a jewel in the crown of Cherasco, a historic village and certainly a good starting point for a holiday in the Langhe. a special thank you goes to the Patron Mr Flavio and Mrs Emy in the kitchen and a round of applause to the young and professional Luca in the dining room. 28/02/2025: I have had the pleasure in the past of dining at the L'Acino restaurant during a business dinner and I can say that it was a more than positive experience. Located in the heart of Turin, this restaurant offers an elegant yet relaxed environment, perfect for a professional meeting but also for enjoying a good dinner. The menu, seasonal and very refined, is a perfect balance between Piedmontese tradition and a touch of innovation. Among the dishes that really impressed me, the meat ravioli with roast sauce was a real pleasure for the palate, as was the Barolo braised meat, which won over all the guests with its rich and enveloping flavour. Another delight was the plin, which, despite its simplicity, showed all the goodness of typical Piedmontese dishes. The service was impeccable, with attentive and trained staff who were able to suggest the best wine pairings and made the atmosphere even more pleasant. The wine list, which offers a selection of local labels, was excellent company throughout the dinner. I recommend it to anyone looking for quality Turin cuisine in a welcoming and refined environment.

24/02/2025: Very pleasant place in the city center reported by slow food and I would add rightly so. Could it be easy to open a place with a little money, give it a style, a guideline and make a good impression? Probably yes. What is much more difficult to replicate is what happens at L'Acino with the couple in charge, probably the owners, I don't know if it's wife and husband, who pamper you, advise you, bring you the dishes and bring them back, print the glass and the paper, leaving behind with a few wines but surprisingly there's fatty helium in the Nebbiolo and so that's fine.. In short, everything is fine if you consider the possibility of drinking all the wines of Mascarello Bartolo in this such a convivial atmosphere that is certainly an added value for this very small corner of Turin where you went with your wife to try to delight her for the umpteenth time🔥🔥
