04/03/2026: Prices are too high for the size of the portions and the service. The location is beautiful, in the piazza overlooking the lake. The flavors are good, but the portions are too small. €89 for lunch includes an appetizer and two main courses, a bottle of water, and a glass of wine.

28/02/2026: Nice location, good food, very high prices. We recommend sitting outside whenever possible.

12/04/2026: While strolling through Sesto Calende, we stopped for dinner without a reservation. The place was very spacious. The appetizers and first courses were average, but the spaghetti was overcooked. We waited 30 minutes between the appetizer and the first course. Friendly staff.

30/03/2026: Worst food I've had in Italy. Seafood linguine was rubbery and bread was also chewy. Won't be back.

04/09/2025: The food was very good. The restaurant had a modern feel. The traditional food was very well prepared. The waiter remained completely professional, which is lacking in most Italian restaurants, as you know... The whole thing deserves five stars. They're trying, and it shows.

27/08/2025: The Visit in this Restaurant was very nice. I had a Bruscetta and Spaghetti with garlicoil and chili. The Food was delicious. The Service are friendly and peacefull. I think the prices for Food, Ambiente and Service are fair.

05/04/2026: The noodle portions are small and relatively expensive. The restaurant automatically adds a 13% service charge which I did not like.

01/04/2026: Average restaurant. I had spaghetti and a mixed salad and wasn't even close to being full; the cheese came from a bag... mmm... but the price was above average. The wine portion was also very small. Not worth repeating. What a shame. I can make better food at home.

09/12/2025: I went today for a glass of Greco di Tufo white wine. €6, without any accompaniments, and not even a generous amount. The price sign outside said €4/5 per glass of wine. A bad experience.

07/03/2026: Absolutely wonderful, well prepared food right on the lake. The view was beautiful and the food was too! The staff were just wonderful. The restaurant has limited space on the terrace therefore it was not too crowded. Light opera music played overhead, including modern music such as Josh Groban. Wonderful welcome for lunch to Lake Como!

12/10/2025: We sat for a coffe and sweet desert. The view was wonderful at the afternoon. The cheesecake was horrible, stale. The spoon for the capuccino was dirty and reused. The cappuccino had something like crumbs . I woudnt recomend the place except for the view

03/04/2026: The owner is always very kind, but €3.30 for a cappuccino and an empty croissant is a bit excessive for a café overlooking Via Roma on Cesano's main street. For a lower price, you can get breakfast on the Navigli canals, with a completely different view and atmosphere. This review is just to show that people are slowly making their breakfast at home. It's not the 30 or 40 cents, but the fact that it's really increased in just a few months.

02/04/2026: I've always enjoyed this place, but I've never encountered such arrogance from a gentleman, I think the owner. I went for breakfast this morning with a friend and two 4-year-old girls. The place was quiet, with no one nearby. The girls allowed themselves to joke around, laughing a little loudly while sitting on the chairs at the table next to ours. No one complained, especially since we had no one nearby... The owner came over and, in a rude tone and a loud voice, urged the girls to behave, rudely inviting them to sit at their table, saying they weren't at the playground and therefore had to behave at their table... The tone was really rude and out of place; he could have politely asked us mothers to let the girls sit with us... The quality was good, but otherwise, a zero rating! You've definitely lost customers!

20/04/2026: Went on a Saturday night. Lasagne tasted microwaved, Pizza had burnt bits cut off and the cacio e pepe was poor. It was expensive so you expect good quality but it is definitely not worth it.

20/04/2026: We ate there yesterday for two people, and it cost us €120 for just two courses and two drinks… very expensive prices and a waiter who insisted we leave a tip without giving us a choice… the meal was very good nonetheless; we went to three restaurants in Milan and paid the same price as only this one…

15/02/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance for a dinner for two: the place was a bit dated, the food was average (the culatello and marubini were good, the saffron risotto was passable), and the service, unfortunately, was completely inadequate. Left to our own devices after the main course, we waited a long time for someone to offer us dessert. Unfortunately, the maître d', half-hidden around the corner, was busy on his phone, despite there being only four customers in the room. We left our spot and paid the bill (average-high, considering what we'd eaten). What a shame.

20/01/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant due to its proximity to the hotel. The decor is simple, a bit run-of-the-mill. For the appetizer, a "puff pastry" made of three layers of carasau bread, the kind you'd find at Lidl, filled with burrata and cherry tomatoes. The burrata was fresh and delicious. The dish was a simple one, costing €16. For the first course, paccheri (I don't remember the exact name) with cabbage and a mix of meats. The pasta was a bit too al dente, but the dish was tasty. Water, a glass of wine, and a coffee. Total €88 for two. The price/course ratio was quite exaggerated, I'd say. Would I go back? Definitely not.

04/04/2026: Zero stars isn't an option, unfortunately... Attracted by the great atmosphere, we wanted to enjoy a relaxed dinner and were even willing to pay a bit more for the fantastic location. Unfortunately, the staff's "friendliness" completely ruined our evening. They were unfriendly to all the guests! There wasn't even a greeting or a hello. Absolutely outrageous! I hope the owner reads this and hires new staff. The food was okay, but nothing special. The portions were rather small. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
