05/06/2025: Eravamo in gruppo, una trentina, di cui metà bambini, ma ciononostante il servizio è stato abbastanza buono. Menù monumentale, un intero volume, con pagine e pagine di proposte, il che mi fa sempre sorgere qualche dubbio. La pizza non era un gran che, bruciacchiata, pomodoro acquoso, ustionante, però disponibile in un'infinità di scelte. Buona la birra.
04/05/2025: Egal, was wir bestellt haben, es war alles super frisch und unglaublich lecker. Der Service sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Schönes Ambiente. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren drei Abenden hintereinander dort und mussten dann leider nach Hause.

24/11/2025: Trattoria in Bergamo Alta, on the road leading to the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. A very pleasant atmosphere, especially the dining room, probably converted from an old cellar/pantry located below street level and entirely made of stone. The casoncelli bergamaschi are delicious... and among the main courses, both the rabbit bergamasca-style and the braised beef were good, both accompanied by excellent polenta. I saw the platter of mixed cured meats being passed around and it made a good impression (next time...). The service was also good... fast and attentive, despite the restaurant being packed on a Sunday.
Overall, I would recommend it.
22/11/2025: They practically force you to order the set menu. Small portions.
They don't let you share the menu with another diner.
Coverage, drinks, and dessert are not included in the set menu.
I'm attaching a photo of the receipt for a single dish without having ordered the set menu.
I'm hungry.

12/10/2025: Reasonable price for drinks, good icecream. Lots of flies when we were there which were a nuisance.
04/10/2025: Too bad - it's already closed!
We were just there (October 4, 4 p.m.) and it looks like the season is over; the terrace has been completely dismantled... So, unfortunately, our salted pistachio won't be available until next year... =;o((

19/09/2025: The food was MEH.. I ordered fish spaghetti and I was surprised it was only spaghetti with fish smell 😂 no real fish! Also the waiters are SUUUUUUPER RUDE SUPER SUPER RUDE more than waiters in France. It was the views for me honestly. Forgot to mention I had to order a pizza from another place coz I wasn’t full at all.
12/07/2025: Awful service, unhelpful staff, food extremely average, the chef claimed no bad reviews in 35 years, but Google speaks for itself.

The food was good, but there are better!
The waitress was very kind and attentive!
It's strange that a restaurant in the city center was practically empty around 9 pm on a Saturday. We were the second customers to dine. The prices were average. The sign outside says "Italian," but I don't mean to be racist, but it's not.
01/08/2025: I'm sorry to have a reservation confirmed a few days ago on the fork and find the restaurant closed, never happened before

The service was familiar and super friendly; the mother, a chef, asked if I wanted the scialatielli (which she later "confessed" was handmade) with clams, cherry tomatoes, and how spicy it was... Is that enough to convey the level of care and attention?
Listed among my favorite places.
Top-quality ingredients, outstanding service, and a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere. Very fair prices and excellent value.

07/11/2025: Avoid this place! We ordered starters that were definitely not worth the price, €27 for some mediocre tuna slices. As for the main course, both the pasta and potatoes were undercooked and swimming in grease.
Furthermore, the service was subpar; we were very disappointed.

09/10/2025: Be aware they take advantage of tourist here! Atmosphere is amazing, food was good, drink was fair, bill was ridiculously expensive but the real kicker was when time to go we asked them to get us a taxi and that’s when things got bad. Should be easy right, not with this place. A Maserati shows up not a taxi, thirty minutes late and they forced us to pay 160 Euros. A Uber was four minutes away and would have cost half that. We got hosed by a really fancy hotel concierge and his counterpart at the hostess stand!

21/09/2025: We were guests at the hotel and were out cycling – the couple was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful! We offered a free aperitif in the restaurant and even a small breakfast. Great!!!

13/06/2025: ...das Lokal war voll und trotzdem hat alles bestens funktioniert. Speisen frisch und vor allem beim Mixed Grill sehr gutes Fleisch. Kompliment an Nicola und sein Team, natuerlich auch an den Chef Frenk.

28/10/2025: I don't recommend going there. All the dishes smelled of something strange, possibly spoiled. The waiters took a long time to arrive. The two drinks I ordered before the main courses never arrived, which was even better. I waited 10 minutes for the bill with my hand raised until someone came to me. I don't recommend it. The waiters just stood there, watched, and chatted. Only one waiter was good. If you walk further, you'll find many more interesting restaurants.

02/12/2025: Aperitivo for €15 with a spritz.
I found the sandwiches and the wide selection to be really good. There's a good turnover and it's often crowded.
30/11/2025: It looks almost good, but the memory is more than bad. The aperitif was average at the time, but after a couple of hours, you're left with sour burps and the need to hydrate yourself. It's a shame, the place is very nice, but they've definitely downgraded the quality of the service and food. It's enough to make you feel sick.
